Test E - Smooth as usual in delts today.

Deca - Smooth as usual in delts today. One each side. No issues with either.

EQ - Not Today

HGH - 3iu as usual. Recovery is excellent and injuries are healing super quick.

Overall - Blood test came back and e2 was spot on. Everything in test was acceptable and explainable. Cycle and @Southern Cross Labs oils are top drawer and this shows it.

**Getting more difficult as I dial the band tension in. Still had good strong form in all lifts.

**Went to alternating arms to control lift better and this did help. Going to also start doing a full DB curls. Did one set of these and they were really difficult.

Daily thoughts
Blood test came back today and was not overly concerning. It's in a previous post so no need to rehash it here. So I have a discussion point instead.
During my early morning log catch up, it was mentioned by one of our sisters in Evo @shesh that it was hard for her to not look at a scale weight and feel she must be less weight due to a lifetime of doing that.

For decades or even centuries women have been told they need to look a certain way or be a certain weight. In the beginning by men wanting some idealistic version of a female but in the last 50 years or so by other women.
Now days it is worse than ever with social media taking how girls need to look into the stratosphere.
As a Father of 2 daughters I see this all to clearly. One daughter has 3 children and has to work extremely hard to find time to grab any gym time she can. She also denigrates herself daily on her weight, hair, shape and all around looks. It doesn't matter what her partner, me or her mother says she doesn't hit what is regarded as ideal and therefore is not happy. But every now and then she glimpses what could be and sees light at the end of the tunnel.

My other daughter has it much worse. No children, in the beauty industry, she hits the gym, pilates, nutritionists and every beauty trend that puts its hand up. She is searching for utopia and won't be satisfied till she finds it. Of course she never will, and as she ages will be continually chasing the next miracle. Social media is only too happy to remind her of this too.

So how can we combat this? Good question, and I wish I had a salient, sensible solution. All of us on Evo have body dysmorphia of some description or we wouldn't be here trying to solve it. Maybe that helps a bit, as the brothers are actually a bit aware of what the sisters are going through because we live it a bit too.
I suppose in the end all we can do is support each other as an Evo community, understand the issues that are out there, and not let them poison with misinformation in here, and ignore social media and the misguided message it often sends.

The Test E, Deca, Eq combo works well together with the proviron, Reta and GH. Until everything stalls or causes me issues I see no reason to change what is obviously working.

Lipids are always put under stress when we run heavier doses and short term isnt a big issue its long term thats the silent killer... its all good until its not.

Your health phase following this cycle will be a good time to improve the numbers there but my opinion is if we can have a positive influence on keeping them as healthy as possible year round regardless of what phase we are it then it only benifits us long term. This is a lifestyle at the end of the day.

8 weeks left is wild to see how much more progress you can make. Judging of what you have already achieved going to be wild to see legend 🔥🔥

Are you going to donate blood on this cycle ?

Also as you mentioned with your daughters all you can do is support them as best you can. Hard to offer any advice myself. But no doubt you are a great supportive father and role model.

Ok blood test result came back. I will go through this and have the last one as well for some context.
1. Test, SHBG - obviously as expected. SHBG is low but in range....just.

General Chemistry - While they look high they have improved in Creatinine and eGFR. Urea is up a bit but water intake is terrible at present. Obviously ALT and AST are increased and again I need to take in more water. Dbol and a couple of my prescribed meds are also to blame and fortunately they leave soon. Worth monitoring of course.

Happy overall with my first full cycle mid way test. Couple of things to adjust but nothing major. Must hydrate better. Nurse even said blood was slow yesterday.

@Kopite67 bloods aren't really that surprising. If anything I would say they're pretty good considering you're midway through your cycle. Completely normal for cholesterol levels to be skewed.

I think, all things being equal, equipoise will give you different things that can happen. I think a big part of that is the dosages people are using it at. @Kopite67

I keep that Evo vibe going, not only on the socials but my actual in person conversations and interactions also. I think "skinny tok" is coming to an end, and a new wave of support is coming on the socials.

I hope so brother. I don't play on any social media but the mainstream news is as bad if not worse promoting these people and their stupid theories and unrealistic ideals. Between my wife and my daughters I must be saying "you don't look (insert any number of statements), you look great, stop stressing" about 20 times per week.
And you do spread the most positive vibe and upbeat considerations going around bro, even if you occasionally don't apply it to your own body 😉 🩵

**Went to alternating arms to control lift better and this did help. Going to also start doing a full DB curls. Did one set of these and they were really difficult.

Daily thoughts
Blood test came back today and was not overly concerning. It's in a previous post so no need to rehash it here. So I have a discussion point instead.
During my early morning log catch up, it was mentioned by one of our sisters in Evo @shesh that it was hard for her to not look at a scale weight and feel she must be less weight due to a lifetime of doing that.

For decades or even centuries women have been told they need to look a certain way or be a certain weight. In the beginning by men wanting some idealistic version of a female but in the last 50 years or so by other women.
Now days it is worse than ever with social media taking how girls need to look into the stratosphere.
As a Father of 2 daughters I see this all to clearly. One daughter has 3 children and has to work extremely hard to find time to grab any gym time she can. She also denigrates herself daily on her weight, hair, shape and all around looks. It doesn't matter what her partner, me or her mother says she doesn't hit what is regarded as ideal and therefore is not happy. But every now and then she glimpses what could be and sees light at the end of the tunnel.

My other daughter has it much worse. No children, in the beauty industry, she hits the gym, pilates, nutritionists and every beauty trend that puts its hand up. She is searching for utopia and won't be satisfied till she finds it. Of course she never will, and as she ages will be continually chasing the next miracle. Social media is only too happy to remind her of this too.

So how can we combat this? Good question, and I wish I had a salient, sensible solution. All of us on Evo have body dysmorphia of some description or we wouldn't be here trying to solve it. Maybe that helps a bit, as the brothers are actually a bit aware of what the sisters are going through because we live it a bit too.
I suppose in the end all we can do is support each other as an Evo community, understand the issues that are out there, and not let them poison with misinformation in here, and ignore social media and the misguided message it often sends.

Now it's people hiding behind a keyboard/phone anonymously bulling others.

I think it would be so much harder these days as a parent, social media in all its forms is just so embedded it is really scary what they peddle. I didn't have this as much when my kids were younger, but I have grandchildren and that is now a whole new challenge on this front. My daughter is a early learning teacher and is acutely aware of the issues. She won't let the kids have phones she is that concerned and monitors their computer use like a autocratic regime 🤣.

It's definitely challenging times as parents bringing up kids today. My eldest who is in year 8 needs a laptop for school. And I have restricted access to certain website and applications but the crafty little bugger keeps finding ways to bypass it. Makes me angry but proud at the same time haha

It allows for adjustments and changes to things and seriously could save you a world of hurt later on. All of these tests are important for a person's personal health, to neglect them is not an intelligent proposition at all.

**I have a high protien, lower carb and fat diet as I have found this is what works for me. Yes, I have tried higher carbs, didn't work well 😁😘

Hydration

Glad this is in now, reminds me to drink water. Aim is 1.8 to 2.4 lires per day of purely water. Shakes, Intra workout gatorade and the occasional energy drink supply's the rest.

Sleep
7 hours. Better than last nigh. Right groin is still a bit tender and woke me occasionally.

Bench + chains 3x20,40,60 1x80,92,102,112,122.5kg
**Strong lifts today. Best they have felt in a few weeks. Powered though top lift and asked my training partner/photographer if I should go for 140+ without chains? Was asked was it in my program for today? How would it mess with me if I missed it? Stupid logic...😖

Thanks brother. I personally believe it is massively important to kown what is happening at the peak levels of a cycle. It allows for adjustments and changes to things and seriously could save you a world of hurt later on. All of these tests are important for a person's personal health, to neglect them is not an intelligent proposition at all.

Running so out of time today. Everything seems to be taking forever, even my log.
Anyway, bloods were done today and now we wait for the result.
Overall it's been a great day. Work was finally productive, training was spot on and I even had a slight cheat lunch.
Just need to get my HGH done and then some rest before we go again.

I might sound silly, but I have always found it so fascinating that we’re all human yet how our bodies respond to things even as simple as this is so so different! I’ve found my body works more efficiently on lower fat higher carbs (more energy, less bloat, less sluggish and fatigue) you can make amazing progress when you just listen to your body!

Always loving the additional photos of wild life! Hahah need to get you back in the group chat my man! ❤️

Thanks brother. Yeah I know she was right, still wanted to give it a crack though. Fortunately there was one clear mind out there 🤣
The sleep thing has been a real slow burn but it is improving. I think it will be months before I see big progress in that area, but that ok, it's improving and that is more than what has happened in the last several years. 🩵

Thanks brother. I might need to get my photographer out from behind the camera and spot me. She has done my lift outs and spots many times before and is excellent, so I have the option. Will do it at comps from now on too.

Do the floor press on the floor. It works better due to the limiting factor of the elbows hitting the ground.
I know @Mobster but I can't set my catch bars low enough to do that. Only found that out when I decided to do them. So I modified the height for this cycle then I will drop them for DB presses in the next. The only down side to a home setup🩵

Test E - Smooth as silk again today. Makes things a lot easier on a double pin I have to say.

Deca - Again really smooth. Deca has been fantastic. Strength has been a steady climb and joints feel good, especially when run in conjunction with HGH.

EQ - Not Today

HGH - 3iu as usual. Recovery is much better with HGH in my corner and repair is steady on my shoulders and lower body.

Overall - I have said it before, the combination of the four @Southern Cross compounds has been awesome so far. My weekly check-in's and daily log updates show I am leaner, stronger and bigger without gaining in weight to much. Hard to fault the results when they are this obvious.

**Feeling better in the shoulder joint and this has been the week by week. Still not pushing until after this cycle is completed

DB laterals 4x20x5kg
**Still discomfort in the first set but eased as things went on. Burns deep into the Lateral head and traps. Another cycle on this weight.

Rear delt DB 4x20x7.5kg
**Great weight today. Easy start then burns on last 3-4 reps. Can be increased in weight though.

Daily thoughts
Nice restful Public Holiday. No pics from training as shoulders are pretty boring visually really.
Training today proved Shoulders are still not 100% but are improving weekly. Only isolation work hits the areas with the most issue and high reps doesn't make these worse. Definitely keeping this regime until this cycle ends. Deca and HGH are certainly helping and they need time to help repair things fully I believe.
On the upside presses are not longer hindered by the Shoulders and are back at full tilt.
Other than that was a nice relaxing day again.

Glad this is in now, reminds me to drink water. Aim is 1.8 to 2.4 lires per day of purely water. Shakes, Intra workout gatorade and the occasional energy drink supply's the rest.

7 hours. Better than last nigh. Right groin is still a bit tender and woke me occasionally.

**Strong lifts today. Best they have felt in a few weeks. Powered though top lift and asked my training partner/photographer if I should go for 140+ without chains? Was asked was it in my program for today? How would it mess with me if I missed it? Stupid logic...😖

Thanks my brother. Hitting a real sweet spot at the moment and I hope I can ride it out to the completion of this cycle at least.
I am really happy with the gym and haven't added to it in a couple of years now. Obviously there are always bits you want to add, but I promised the missus no adding till after we move 🤣🩵
