@PrinceDaddy I'm sure you could easily find out what kind of snake by posting a picture on a snake forum. I once had a snake inside my house. Luckily it was not poisonous because it took some bites at my dog's face. I got a shirt on top of it and then I grabbed it and I put it outside. I always want to keep snakes alive.No. I believe a rat snake.

My typical Saturday leg workout. Rinse and repeat. No changes as of yet. I do shower at the gym and use the steam and sauna on weekends.
This is a spa day for me post workout. Might was well put my gym dues to use.

I can say for sure I am feeling the Tirz 3mg finally. It is very similar to the Reta. Basically, I do get hungry and eat and I do have a sweet tooth, but I don't overeat. The big change with both GLPs is there is a stopping point. So, a flavored Greek yogurt later in the evening post dinner as dessert. In years past without the GLP, I could easily eat 2 or 3. With the GLP, it usually is just one. You just get satiated faster.
For the NAD+, No noticeable effects so far.

Strong back workout today. Was supposed to do the plate loaded rows, but I outlined the issue with it to the service person and they started working on fixing it. I'll give it a whirl next week. I don't feel weak, I'm going thru the motions. Not pushing limits, but definitely working hard.
29 years ago today, I was a runner. I ran the 1997 Boston Marathon. I qualified for it. My impression was I don't know If I will ever do it again, better go get this experience in. I did end up getting better, but then I got injuries and moved on.
There is something special about competing in a sport where amateurs can compete on the same stage as professionals. At the marathon, they start the elite runners in their own start. Everyone else starts later. At the Olympia and Arnold BB shows there is also an amateur show.
It is awesome as an everyday Joe to be able to compete on the same stage as a professional. I think I am drawn to these types of sports.
Posting pictures from that Boston Marathon. I am a very hairy dude. I actually started shaving the body hair, just the upper body when I started running. I think that was a signal, you are bodybuilder not a runner. I would actually have fellow runners say you are too big to run as fast you do. Must be those power glutes?

Looking at some of my pictures from my running days. At my leanest I was 150. I always had some sort of wiggle to my abs/midsection. Maybe its just a moment in time or just not something flexed while running. Maybe weak core or just i have large organs inside?

Yesterday, I cooked 4 portions of ground beef 93/7. Sometimes I will cook one portion for that day. As of late tho, I have been just having 3 or so eggs scrambled or sunny side up along with turkey or chicken sausage and just start the prepped beef the next day.
Also, on my social feeds I occasionally see variants of the cooked eggs. I tried cottage cheese mixed in with eggs. DID NOT LIKE. I tried non-fat unflavored Greek Yogurt mixed in yesterday. DID NOT LIKE. Just trying to bump the protein. If I scramble eggs, I'll add some egg whites to the eggs. I LIKE THAT. Eggs do taste good to me and no digestive issues so far as I know.

I do feel it now. I don't feel it at the gym or during the day. I feel it in my sleep. Something like a deeper sleep or a sleep where my body is burning fat better. I feel slightly warmer but not anything annoying. This is how I felt on it last year. I will be introducing the peptides by themselves and at least run 3-4 days as an the only addition to the mix to make sure I am noticing the effect.I have 2 vials of MOTS, so will likely need to re-stock.
I have BAM15 and SLUPP332. These are kind of expensive. I have some leftover SLU from last year. I'm going to run the SLU first

It is a a blessing and a curse to know what shredded condition on your body looks like. I feel like my muscle building years are over. Now it's more shaping and hardening the muscle along with trying to bring the best condition. Atrophy the waist line, tighten the waist and keep the muscle mass.
Every year as I get into prep I hope to bring my best package to date. This year is no different. The peptides, drugs help, but at the end of the day you are doing everything you can to chisel the physique. For me, it is fasting for 12-18 hours, it is going to OMAD. It is getting in the gym and making sure I feel the intended body part. It is working on core and vacuum. It is doing 35 min of cardio at the gym post workout every day.
It is doing a 2 hour walk Monday thru Friday for about 5 miles and getting anywhere from 15-20K in steps.
I can see the indentations and vascularity as the conditioning comes in. Part me is why is taking so long. Part of me knows is it is happening. Part of me wants to get to the finished product. It just takes time and hard work. You have to embrace the suck.
It is time. Let's go!

Good leg workout today. I don't feel weak. I'm not pushing for new records, but I can easily handle the current weight I am handling. I would like to see the weight continue to drop. Feels like I stalled a bit. I definitely notice a small layer of water on my body. I am getting excited to switch my compound to the ultimate dry contest cycle. Since I am planning for 2 shows, I'm hoping to be on full blast contest by June 1 since I will be running it from June 1-Sept 1. I'm really looking forward to seeing the 179 or below. I was hoping it would be in April, but I definitely need to be there in early April
Another thought I was having today was my joints. If you recall last year when I was just doing TRT my joint just felt very dry. Right now they feel great. I don't know that I would even complain about them at this point. I do believe this is the Deca at work. It does seem like even tho I will be pulling out the Deca and switching to Mast/EQ, the joints seem to hold up. It could be that I drop the max weights as well.
I can still pinch quite a bit in the fat areas. Will keep grinding and fasting and hopefully minimize it.

It is a a blessing and a curse to know what shredded condition on your body looks like. I feel like my muscle building years are over. Now it's more shaping and hardening the muscle along with trying to bring the best condition. Atrophy the waist line, tighten the waist and keep the muscle mass.
Every year as I get into prep I hope to bring my best package to date. This year is no different. The peptides, drugs help, but at the end of the day you are doing everything you can to chisel the physique. For me, it is fasting for 12-18 hours, it is going to OMAD. It is getting in the gym and making sure I feel the intended body part. It is working on core and vacuum. It is doing 35 min of cardio at the gym post workout every day.
It is doing a 2 hour walk Monday thru Friday for about 5 miles and getting anywhere from 15-20K in steps.
I can see the indentations and vascularity as the conditioning comes in. Part me is why is taking so long. Part of me knows is it is happening. Part of me wants to get to the finished product. It just takes time and hard work. You have to embrace the suck.

Solid leg workout today. I don't feel weak. I'm just getting my sets and movements in. I feel the muscle. I also work mobility so I make sure I can sit with a bar and plates ATG pause at the very end. Also plenty of sissy squats.

It has been cool in the 60s (F). Much cooler for Texas this time of year. I will take it as the 100 degree days are around the corner.
May 1 means time to get serious. I stop buying certain items. Tomorrow is a 12 hour fast day 4AM-4PM. Next week I will be doing 2
fasting days. I think my Sat/Sun will be OMAD as that seems to work best for my schedule. I may implement this weekend. It's time to shred.

Strong back workout today. Was supposed to do the plate loaded rows, but I outlined the issue with it to the service person and they started working on fixing it. I'll give it a whirl next week. I don't feel weak, I'm going thru the motions. Not pushing limits, but definitely working hard.
29 years ago today, I was a runner. I ran the 1997 Boston Marathon. I qualified for it. My impression was I don't know If I will ever do it again, better go get this experience in. I did end up getting better, but then I got injuries and moved on.
There is something special about competing in a sport where amateurs can compete on the same stage as professionals. At the marathon, they start the elite runners in their own start. Everyone else starts later. At the Olympia and Arnold BB shows there is also an amateur show.
It is awesome as an everyday Joe to be able to compete on the same stage as a professional. I think I am drawn to these types of sports.
Posting pictures from that Boston Marathon. I am a very hairy dude. I actually started shaving the body hair, just the upper body when I started running. I think that was a signal, you are bodybuilder not a runner. I would actually have fellow runners say you are too big to run as fast you do. Must be those power glutes?

BM back today. My normal back workout. Feel a little gassed towards the end, but on the onset I do feel strong. I do Meadows rows with the Tbar on the ground. I can pull 5 plates for 5 to 6 reps. 225lb+ including the bar? The dumb bells only go as high as 130, I usually knock out 6 sets of 10 each side.
I am starting to use the waist trainer around the house. It does help you hold your belly in temporarily. I also think it works a little as an appetite suppressant. You don't eat and drink as much since you feel fuller.

One thing I am noticing is hunger. I genuinely feel hungry. About two weeks ago, I was eating healthy with reasonable portions but did not feel hungry. Lately I finish my big bolus dinner, and I'm still feeling hungry. I suppose between the fasting and the peptides maybe my metabolism is amping up?
I am going to change my NAD+ dosing. I do not like injecting 50 units in one shot. I get belly jelly lump. I am thinking of just changing it to 20 units EOD next week. I don't know that I will continue it after the current vial.

I work out at a Lifetime Fitness. There are some nice cars in the lot. Every now and then I am just amazed at what I see. This one is a beauty. Not for me, can't afford it and even if I could I'm too old for it.

try adding cagrilintide to the mix you'll seeI am, but once I get to this phase I do feel hunger. For me the GLP loses some of its efficacy.
I don't crave things I am not supposed to eat. I just seem to want a little more food. The first vial of Reta last year was extremely effective in blunting appetite altogether, but I noticed last year it seemed to wear off to a point of eating a reasonable serving vs a domino serving where you can't stop.
I think if you are cutting into a bodybuilding show, the GLP helps, but being a little hungry is just a part of the program.

I feel pretty good on this stack. It has only been a week so I'm not sure you would see noticeable results at this point. I think every 2 to 3 weeks would be a better visual and weight measure.

One thing I am noticing is hunger. I genuinely feel hungry. About two weeks ago, I was eating healthy with reasonable portions but did not feel hungry. Lately I finish my big bolus dinner, and I'm still feeling hungry. I suppose between the fasting and the peptides maybe my metabolism is amping up?
I am going to change my NAD+ dosing. I do not like injecting 50 units in one shot. I get belly jelly lump. I am thinking of just changing it to 20 units EOD next week. I don't know that I will continue it after the current vial.

I work out at a Lifetime Fitness. There are some nice cars in the lot. Every now and then I am just amazed at what I see. This one is a beauty. Not for me, can't afford it and even if I could I'm too old for it.
If you are not a hungry bodybuilder you are not doing it right. Stay hungry!
