I think this cycle looks pretty sound. @Juicehead199777 you have things balanced really good. Using a DHT with Nandrolone is smart and I like the growth hormone dose.

Hey guys as far as training goes I will be doing 10k steps daily.
4 days a week strength training
As far as actual training wise I will be training between 8-15 rep ranges and doing drop sets here and there aswell. The older I get the more I enjoy volume more over.
1.Chest & triceps
2.Back and bicep
3.Shoulders and calves
4. Hammies and quads
I would love to be training more than 4 days a a week. Sometimes I’m able to fit it in but having a business and family I like to balance my life in a way where everything is balanced out. Whenever I can fit more days in I will be.
Diet wise macros will be starting at 3.5k calories
High protein

Minimal fat

For me most morning meals looks something like this expect just not as fancy looking. I have every morning 4-5 whole eggs with avocado with some toast along aside coffee. Within one hour of this meal I train right after I take a high stem pre workout along side a Powerade for intra workout and post shake usually just normal 50grams of protein with some fruits simple as that for me. Pre and post workouts

Week 2 of using @Buck Pharmaceuticals goodies. So far it hasn’t been the best my bicep is very tender and sore not in a good way from work. But overall can’t complain.
My back days always start off with
3 of rope pullers 12-15rep to get blood in my lats
Than my work out as it follows
Deadlifts or rack pulls 6-8 reps and 2 working sets
Pull ups or lat pull downs 4 sets 10 reps
Machine or barbel rows 8-12reps 2 working sets heavy
I finish of with some cable pull downs 15-20 reps pump as much blood into my lats as I can. Simple but effective workout that i have been following and enjoy for years.

The pullups and deads are really building that back bro. Your delts are standing at attention too, very impressive.

Can we get your weights on barbell rows, deads, and also bench and squats too? I see you don't neglect your calves either tell us how you built those badboys!

For barbel rows the most i done was 160kgs for 8 reps.
Deads the most I done 260kgs for 2 reps but usually stay around 180-200kgs for 5-8 reps
cable rows I do the whole stack
Lay pull down the whole stack into a drop set which usual stack around 130kgs
160 for reps is big :D
