Only thing that has changed is we added a extra set to my banded leg press on anterior day. Also added a rest pause set to my second set of lateral raises

No changes to report apart from dropping NPP. I get this problem everytime I run nandrolone, E2 is in range but I get gyno symptoms, no growth just nipple sensitivity.tbh I really can't be bothered managing it when I run great on just test and primo alone. I don't really want to t he extra management when I grow fine on the other compounds.

More changes will be coming up in the next few weeks though.

Photos from this week's check in below.

No changes to report apart from dropping NPP. I get this problem everytime I run nandrolone, E2 is in range but I get gyno symptoms, no growth just nipple sensitivity.tbh I really can't be bothered managing it when I run great on just test and primo alone. I don't really want to t he extra management when I grow fine on the other compounds.

More changes will be coming up in the next few weeks though.

Basic same anterior workout as my usual Lev

Cable curls x2
Incline cable chest press machine x2
Lateral raise x2
Leg extension x2
Hack squat x1
Leg press x2

Both hack squat set and leg press sets where full on past failure with some assisted reps. Both excercises I added extra weight too aswell, 7.5lg on the hack and a extra plate aside on the leg press due to getting to many reps last week.

Leg press I got 7 plates a side for about 11 reps full depth and controlled. I was pretty happy with that. That leg press is pretty heavy too

Thanks Lev 🙏 522 carb rest days and 600 training days currently. Think the plan is too slowly drizzle more in over the next few months keeping me as lean as possible. Hopefully hit 105kg end of year 💪
