Puffiness has dropped a bit since last week. Also feeling a little better after reducing Armidex from 0.25mg twice per week to 0.25mg once per week. I think it dropped my E2 out of my comfortable range.

I'm feeling very good, much better than last week. I am getting a bit fluffy though, but that will come out when I start to cut. I must say I'm feeling the gains coming fast these last couple weeks. The pics dont really do it justice but I feel my arms, shoulders and legs have got some decent growth.

Shoulder workout but you've got close grip bench in there. Are you doing that for tri's? Is it right that you hit arms the day before though?
 
Good workout and food bro, just be careful of behind the head press it puts your shoulders in a un natural range of motion , shoulder joint is less stable. don’t go too heavy on these use moderate controlled weight. Would be aiming for a higher rep range

I thought close grip did both triceps and delts? I must say, I dont really feel it in the delts so I might drop it. Especially difficult this week as I added in that tricep workout the day before.
Close grip will hit tri's the most, then chest and front delts secondary. I actually really like doing CGBP for tri's after I've warmed up or pre-fatigued tri's with pushdowns.

I'm going to run Deca for another 2 weeks then ease off the bulk. I'm getting a bit of fat and looking forward to getting my abs back. @LevButlerov any ideas on what the next cycle should be?

I'm thinking of doing a few weeks at maintenance calories running only TRT, to give the deca time to clear. Then jumping on something else for a cut for a bout 12 weeks.

Great workout that you put together. I like how you hit the glute machine. Not many people even bother with that, and I like how you finish with some weighted leg raises. @KrisPTofu
