Approved Log My Cut Cycle Log: Road to 200lbs or less! My first cut ever.

Day 2 of cagrilitide 1mg along with my normal Mounjaro 12.5mg. Yesterday I took the shot. Didn't feel anything different. Today I felt fine until I had to eat. Today is a different morning then usual. I got up at 4 am to go workout. Then had to get home to take my son to school because my wife is traveling to go get my oldest son from His MoS school in Virginia. I left the gym hungry. I knew I wouldn't have time to make my normal meal after working out right away because I had to take my son to school. Soni had a double scoop protein shake. Roughly around 65 grams of protein in it. Once back from taking my son . I made my normal meal to get the rest of my protein. Normally even with a shake I can put down my food. I started eating and after a few bites I was like ugh I don't want this. I kept eating to get in my carbs and protein that I can. So here is some pics of what I started with and what was left. I will save the left overs for later. I got a battery operated shaker cup. So I am going to take a shake with me to work. In case I get hungry and start hurting at work. We will see how it goes through the day. I haven't felt this way about food in over a year and half. I remember this feeling when I first started Mounjaro. I would say the cag is kicking in. I am sitting here now just feeling blah from eating. Just wanted to update some of my experience as I do this experiment. I probably should start a new log for myself to document this. What do y'all think keep it here or start a new log?

This isn't so much a cut as it is an experiment to try cagrilitide and to use it to reduce my Mounjaro dose. My worry was with cutting Mounjaro was I might start eating more. I am pretty sure that's not going to happen on cagrilitide. I am actually going to call the doctor and ask to have my dose reduced to the 10 mg for a month. Then reduce to the 7.5 the next month. Get back down over the course of 3 months to the 2.5mg on month 4.

Yes, tonight I just ate the left over breakfast and had another protein shake. I didn't even want to eat that really but knew I needed to eat something I could feel my stomach was empty and needed some food even though I didn't want to eat. That's a weird feeling knowing your body is hungry but you don't want to eat. This is how I felt when I first was using terzepatide but it came with all the side effects and this hasn't so far had any noticeable sides but I only been on it for 2 days. Crazy how fast it curbs appetite.

I think showing my food intake is a good evaluation of how this stuff is working. I have been up to 15mg of terzepatide and I can eat this whole plate of food easy and have a double scoop protein shake with it. I have always been able to eat a lot of food my entire life. I can't even eat half of my normal meal after training. After the first 5 bites it became a chore. Finally I divide the plate and said to myself u half to get half down, you need the protein and carbs. So I got half down and the rest will be for dinner. Dinner will be the ret and another double scoop of protein shake. I am going to take protein shake with me to work. If I start hurting I will have one to help me get through the day. I been on the terzepatide for over 2.5 years now and it's hard to remember if eating was this hard on it to compare but I was able to eat my protein back then and didn't have to rely on protein shakes like this. When I couldn't eat at all on terzepatide it usually came along with the bad sides nausea, diahrrea and the burps. I haven't notice any of those sides. you should add psyllium husk see if you can control it :D

you should go with a protein shake and 1/3rd the solid meal :D mix it up move to protein shakes liquids easier and protein bars please :D

Oh man the stand offs I had with my parents over food hahaha. When my dad and step mom moved near us… I couldn’t eat regular American food. Always ate Mexican food and I’d eat it right up. Didn’t eat much school food.

My step mom was actually an excellent cook. Really good food, sometimes almost chef level. But all the things like the sides, especially au gratin potatoes. I just couldn’t eat it it was so mushy and bland and they tried making me sit there all night so I sat there all night LOL

Yeah that's what I am doing. I don't waste food. Save it for later. Then dinner is already made. :)

I already take in 30 grams of psyllium husk a day. I buy that stuff in 12 lb bags. You think I need another 25 grams a day?

Good for you man. We are brainwashed into thinking we always have to finish our plate. @kcates it's just not true. If you feel full then don't eat. We are overeating way too much so it's not like we are needing to overeat on purpose.

@kcates a lot of people are in your situation man. We have learned to view food as a treat and as something that is marketed like crazy. It's a huge industry and they need people eating and eating a lot.

For me I eat that amount normally because I only eat 2 meals a day due to my schedule. Between those two meals I only take in 200-225 grams of protein, that meal is where I get all my carbs for the day which I need for construction work afterwards. I have been eating that same meal for over 2 years now only fluctuation has been the carb amount either 6 ounces or 9 ounces of rice. That's why I am using it as a reference of how much the medicine curbed my appetite. It cut it way down.

It's just I have to get done more in each meal. I wish I had an easier job not in the heat where I could eat more often. I only eat 2 meals a day and if I stay to my diet I am only having around 2500-2700 calories depending on the meat I eat at dinner. This is pretty much maintenance for me. I have this meal and I don't eat again for 8-10 hours again. I just don't like eating while doing construction. Then I eat a pound of meat typically at dinner and sometimes some veggies.

I am brained washed into knowing I have to get my protein in and carbs. I got to get 200+ grams of protein a day and I got to get my 9 ounces of carbs to make it through the day doing construction. This is why I have this meal the way it is. I died at work yesterday and only worked 5 hours because I gassed out because I didn't get the fuel my body needs.

I think you could adapt to working longer with less. I mean, I’m almost certain of it. And it might be your magic bullet. Wether or not it’s a good idea is arguable hahaha.

That's easy for a caffeine user to say! Lol, I couldn't help at the jab. When I used caffeine I could use less. The body had something else to use to energize my body all day. Once coming off caffeine I had to start using more carbs to get through the work day. I was at 6 ounces of rice a day only plus my protein. But now I have found 9 ounces gets me through the day. I also know when I am dragging at work I start using my phone and getting on social media. It's amazing how much caffeine will help with dieting. That is why it was in the old caffeine ephedrine aspirin stack back in the day.

Yeah, guilty. I wish the Apple Watch and such was more reliable. I’d leave my phone at home. What gets me is when I have to wait while I’m at work. That’s when you’ll see me getting on EVO during the day.

You’d get a kick out of this: I used to get real, unadulterated, coca leaf tea. Not chemical cocaine, not the same thing. The tea puts some real pep in your step and positivity and motivation without any negative feelings later. I’m sure it’s possible to develop a habit if you had like, a field of it hahaha. Definitely can work all day with no food and it didn’t seem to linger on and affect my sleep like caffeine

When I used caffeine I ate less and worked like a beast now my age is catching up with me in the field it feels like without it.

Well. If you can stop yourself from continuously increasing the caffeine, maybe a mid day pick me up would be a good tool. On certain days, I’ll take a quarter or a half of a modafinil. Only if I’m up very early and I know I need focused energy for a loooooong time.

It’s amazing the way as toddlers and children our parents linked food to us
It’s created a lot of food issues as we’ve gotten older

Question. Does anyone ever use boc-157 and tb500 just for recovery not specifically for an injury maybe in like a low dose or maintenance dose? If so what have your results been with doing it this way? How much do you use for maintenance/ recovery? I have a friend locally that is running it 5 days a week both of them 1mg each daily for 5 days and 2 days off. I am not sure about that schedule I don't know why u would need to tb500 daily and also why 2 days off? Soni came to the pros here to see what y'all say.

you can do maintenance with bpc157 and tb500 for sure, I have a client on 125mcg bpc ed and 500mcg tb500/week but he's fully recovered :D @kcates

If using it for what you have mentioned what @LevButlerov has said is pretty good in my opinion. I would get BPC157 and TB500 in seperate vials not in a mix. Those mix blends are great for fast recovery from injury but not practical for ongoing maintenance use imo
 
I will try this amount see how it goes. If I have no injuries what are the benefits I will be looking for?

I'm glad you checked out the MOTS-c research thread bro. You can start with 1mg and a big guy like you with a lot of energy output like you during the day can probably go to 2mg after a week or two and see. If I had to guess your sweet spot will be 2mg or more but start at 1mg.

I started 1 mg today along with some bpc-157 and tb500. So here we go! Thanks Harley guy!
 
Today I started Mots-c1 mg fasted at 6 am today. I also started .5mg of Bpc 157 x2 injections daily one in my left elbow for tendinitis and 1 in my right shoulder where i have 6 anchors. I used separate syringes for each injection. That shoulder gets sore a lot from working out. I also took 1 mg of tb-500 today and will take another one Saturday. Plan to do that weekly when I take my cagrilitide. So far I have not noticed anything different today. Just a normal day where I get tired in the afternoon. I am tired tonight that is for sure. I have been rereading the Mots-c community thread and was falling sleep while reading it. I am going to go eat and got to bed hopefully be asleep by 8 pm.
 
This is an early question because I am only day 2 of taking it. Let's say I don't feel anything at 1mg how many days should I give it before I move up to 2mg?

I think I felt a little better at work end of day yesterday. It's been a drag lately just to go to work and get motivated. I do get very minor pip from the motsc. It last about 15-20 minutes. I notice it while I drive to the gym. I hope the motsc picks up. Today is day 3 of using it. Overall I feel better with everything I am taking. Less bloated probably from the cag, better sleep from the gh, not sure if the bpc-157 and th-500 is showing results this early. Over all I look better in the mirror as well. I will just keep plugging along. Maybe I will increase the motsc tomorrow after seeing how today goes. I am wondering if anything out there will ever give me energy like caffeine other then major drugs/stimulants that I don't want to take. I am still amazed at how well caffeine works after coming off of it and really realizing how well it works. I had been drinking caffeine as far back as I can remember as a kid I would drink unsweet tea that was always in a jug in the fridge growing up along with kool aid. I would drink both.

I could never acquire the taste for coffee. Now I can once in a blue moon drink hot chocolate with a splash of coffee in it was more like what I describe my coffee when I ordered it. I put so much stuff in it to hide the coffee flavor to be able to drink it. Lol

I have bumped my cagrilitide to 2mg a week. I am taking 1mg on @Wednesday and Saturday. I have bumped my motsc to 2mg daily for now.

The cagrilitide I feel good with good appetite suppression. Using a couple of shakes a day on some days to keep protein up. The mots c I haven't noticed much as in the way of energy boost in the afternoons. I have actually been lately more worn down in the afternoons. Today I didn't work but I did feel a little lack of energy for working out. My thoughts there is two thing that could be at play here. One is my reduced carb Intake has me sluggish and feeling this way. Second my mitochondria is damaged and I need to run a recovery cycle of ss-31 then retry the motsc after running a cycle of the ss-31. I am going to keep running it for now. Revaluate things in a week or so see if energy picks up.

@LevButlerov I am going to be taking the rice cakes and honey to work starting today. Going to see how it goes. Did u say eat 2 with honey? I am also wondering if I should just have them at 1pm and letting them work before I crash later around 2 or 3. I think I am going to rely on if I start wanting to get on my phone and not staying focus I should eat then. That's the early sign I am getting worn down.

I will load it up with powder and add water onsite. I need to buy some more because getting it clean. Dry next day I fail sometimes. He said I can try to go down to 120mg weekly if I like but he said he I didn't need to if I wanted to keep my test at the higher end. Since I workout so hard and with my daily job. So I think I will call this my TRT dose for now.
 
Also it has been a year since I last started a cycle. I am going to work up to 300 mg sustenon week, I have been on 50mg of deca a week. I have deca, primo, and Anavar. What should I run for a cycle for 16 weeks along with my sustenon? I am also on 5iu of GH. Curious to hear what EVO family thinks I should do.

I did this when I almost tore my tendons armwrestling. I'd actually 'try' and get it in that spot and then force it in. It healed my tendons in 6 weeks vs. the doc saying it would take 6 months.

Also, MOTS-c doesn't act like caffeine. Caffeine blocks adenosine which is a brain chemical that makes you feel tired and MOTS-c does not do this nor is it an beta-2 agonist. If you compare MOTS-c to stimulants you'll be disappointed as it doesn't compare.

We don't wanna build a cycle around only what you have we want to figure out what you need based on your goals and get those compounds. Can you repeat what your exact goals are with BF% and weight goals along with your BF% and weight today?

My thoughts have been I have wanted to try a cycle of deca and sustenon to see if I like it as much as some others do. Overall I just want more mass. I am a high convert so even at 140mg of test a week I am still running 68 e2. So I figure I would run primo with it to keep e2 down and not get over a 100. That is my thoughts on what I am thinking about doing. I am at 19% body fat percentage my deca scan. I do them monthly and I am moving right now about .5-1% down a month. Prior month it said I gained a pound of skeletal muscle. This month I stayed the same but lost weight. This is why I have the products I have. I have been waiting to use the deca since last year. I finally found my recover zone for TRT. So now I am going to run some stuff. Just curious what others think

I know you're shying away from EQ due to hemoglobin and hematocrit but I don't see it being so high that EQ would put it in any danger zone. You're on the cusp of being in the normal high range.

It's your call though. I'd donate blood too before you start and during.

At the very least you're clearly a high aromatizer so I'd get aromasin on board soon around 6.25mg twice a week.
 
I did the rice cakes and honey and had a 60bgram protein shake. Only down fall was I needed to take a shit afterwards. There is no shitter on the jobsite. So that sucked but overall I felt good yesterday at work. I am not dying in the afternoon.

Bros, I think you should definitely go with deca and sustanon. It's a good one, it's a really good stack, and you'll grow like a weed. @kcates

I think deca is a great steroid and it's really good for bulking. @kcates I know you want mass but I personally would go with EQ instead especially at your body fat.

@kcates I think you should continue to lean out. That should be your number one focus. I wouldn't even worry about using any of these bulking steroids until you get at least 10%.

I agree that you should focus on cutting down. The leaner you get the more flexibility you'll have. It's hard to bulk up when you are carrying excess body fat @kcates

I was previously at 100 when I was using 180 mg a week. I reduced to 140 mg a week and it came down to 68. I didn't have any sides at 100. I have learned I feel better on the high side. When I am in range or lower I don't have the energy like normal.

How much primo would I add to that to keep estrogen down to start with? Then. How often would I check my bloods to see if I need to up the primo or add arimidex to help keep estrogen in check? I normally do blood work every 6 weeks but wasn't sure if I need to do it like every 4 here or every 6 still be fine.

@kcates alot of people like sust I just never was a fan. All of the different esters kept my levels all over the place
