Test E - One of the easiest delt pins I have ever had....no really.
Deca - Not Today
EQ - Not today
HGH - 3iu. Average sleep. Few aches from yesterdays block pulls kept waking me.
Overall - Now 3 weeks left. Going to be an awesome finish to this cycle. Everything is in sync.
Nutrition - High Protien diet
Meal 1a - 2 eggs, 3 tbsp egg white, 100g Ham, 1/2 cup cheese P53, C4, F31 Cal 513
Meal 1b - 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup milk, 20g walnuts, honey P15, C38, F18, Cal 422
Meal 2a - 6 Vita Wheats, 100g Mortadella P21, C25, F29, Cal 446

Meal 3 - High Protein Mix, Protein milk, P84, C29, F14, Cal 636

**I have a high protien, lower carb and fat diet as I have found this is what works for me. Yes, I have tried higher carbs, didn't work well

Sleep
6 hours. Usual up and down, and up and fkn down
Training
Rest day. Need it before Squats tomorrow too.
Daily thoughts
Nice working in the home office today. Just resting and trying to heal the various aches and pains that a day doing heavy singles of anything inevitably brings.
One thing I am trying to do is get the idea out of my head that when this current cycle and training program concludes in a couple of weeks that there will be big changes. There won't be.
After a full week off training, I will immediately follow on from where I just left off. The program will have a big adjustment by splitting quads and posterior chain into separate days. Other than that things keep moving up.
The health focus is purely PEDs based. That I have sorted.
Training continues unabated. Will be fascinating to see how things run on just TRT though.
Will my diet change? You know, I really don't know. Going to play that one week to week. After all I want to be lean and healthy but not bodybuilding stage ready lean.
