Hey Guys, first post. Have done a done allot of reading here. So much that I feel like I know some of you. lol
I’m posting what I have for a log so far on this cycle journey as undoubtedly il take all the help I can get.
Background:
37 years old. Started training when I was 20 years old. Hard to believe it’s been that long. Physique was much leaner then. I did some gear back between the age of 20-25 years old. I don’t remember allot of it but definitely don’t remember seeing the benefit of it as I’m sure I had no idea what I was doing and probably messed up my hormones for a long period of time if not until now when I started again.
Fast forward to now, I have always felt like I should been seeing more physique changes and they never came. Iv definitely gained muscle and strength but just not the drastic changes that I wanted. Iv been training for 17 years and feel like I don’t look like I did. Regardless I have always stayed locked in on training. I have always trained hard. Done small amounts of cardio . Diet was not on point and with my new found knowledge I think the problem was probably mostly under eating causing my body to hold fat and possibly keep estrogen elevated.
A downside to where I live is private blood work is next to impossible. East coast of Canada. Iv read all the threads on how to get blood work etc here and none are available where I’m at. I have however think I found a way and hopefully will have hormonal bloodwork in the coming weeks. The only recent bloods I got was at a walking clinic about 3 years ago for something unrelated. I expressed my feelings of low t and she agreed with me but said I needed a family doctor to move forward with that. I do not have one.
Fast forward to now where I’m 10 weeks into a blast and have realized from reading here I don’t know exactly what I’m doing but I want to do better.
I’m on the 10th week of a Test 375mg and Mast 375mg cycle. I added Anavar 2 weeks ago at 20mg
I also have reta in here for the last 4 weeks at 4mg . Started lower and worked up.
I plan to cruise Trt until I reach my goals and possibly beyond.
When I started my blast I was 235lbs. I’m now 214 and have gained some muscle but there’s plenty more fat mostly mid section and chest. Muscles are hard. Have gained some definition. I know most guys say don’t use mast unless your lean but it was a feel good for me from back in the day and I’m hoping it has helped me.

Ai: last 3 weeks I played around with a bit of arimidex and aromsyn. I had a touch of sensitive nipple but that has went away. I think if I stay on 12.5 aromsyn once a week I will feel good.
Other then the bit of sensitive nipple I’m not having any sides. I have been playing around with a bit of cialis for pumps but I have zero ED issues.
All my product has came from the approved sources on here being primarily syn pharm and an order from biogenex. Did end up with some pharmatech mast from Syn when they ran out but iv been on the Syn stuff and still have a bit left.
I do understand my biggest downfall is bloodwork and I’m working on doing better there.
Blood pressure has been sitting around 125/90. How do we feel this is?
Training:
7 days a week
First 6 weeks I was still doing light cardio.
Last 4 weeks I have been going much harder with the stair mill for about 25 minutes zone 2 or 3 the whole time.
Strength is not a issue
Very active in the rest of life and work
Diet:
This has been locked in for 6 weeks now.
Pre‑Workout
• 1 scoop whey isolate (27 g protein)
• 40 g dry oats
• 10 g honey
Protein: 27 g
Calories: 330
Post workout
• 2 large eggs
• 5 egg whites (boiled, yolks removed)
• 2 slices white toast
• 10 g peanut butter
Protein: 40 g
Calories: 430
Lunch
• 170 g cooked chicken breast
• 150 g cooked basmati rice
• 50 g mixed vegetables
• ½ tbsp olive oil
Protein: 53 g
Calories: 520
Supper
• 200 g cooked extra‑lean ground beef
• 150 g cooked basmati rice
• 50 g mixed vegetables
Protein: 52 g
Calories: 620
Evening Snack
• 190 g fat‑free Greek yogurt
• 100 g strawberries
• 1 scoop whey isolate
Protein: 28 g
Calories: 600
Supplements:
5g creatine. Unsure if I need this anymore?
Krill oil omega 3
Grapeseed extract
Garlic extract oil
Standard multivitamin
Standard pre workout with 200mg caffeine. Lately been using half a scoop and unsure if I want this anymore. Kinda placibo
I’m curious to what I can improve. I mean I know the first answer BLOODWORK. That’s next, then hopefully I can get some help here to get where I need to be.
