Approved Log 2026 Cycle Training Log

Hey Guys, first post. Have done a done allot of reading here. So much that I feel like I know some of you. lol
I’m posting what I have for a log so far on this cycle journey as undoubtedly il take all the help I can get.

Background:
37 years old. Started training when I was 20 years old. Hard to believe it’s been that long. Physique was much leaner then. I did some gear back between the age of 20-25 years old. I don’t remember allot of it but definitely don’t remember seeing the benefit of it as I’m sure I had no idea what I was doing and probably messed up my hormones for a long period of time if not until now when I started again.

Fast forward to now, I have always felt like I should been seeing more physique changes and they never came. Iv definitely gained muscle and strength but just not the drastic changes that I wanted. Iv been training for 17 years and feel like I don’t look like I did. Regardless I have always stayed locked in on training. I have always trained hard. Done small amounts of cardio . Diet was not on point and with my new found knowledge I think the problem was probably mostly under eating causing my body to hold fat and possibly keep estrogen elevated.

A downside to where I live is private blood work is next to impossible. East coast of Canada. Iv read all the threads on how to get blood work etc here and none are available where I’m at. I have however think I found a way and hopefully will have hormonal bloodwork in the coming weeks. The only recent bloods I got was at a walking clinic about 3 years ago for something unrelated. I expressed my feelings of low t and she agreed with me but said I needed a family doctor to move forward with that. I do not have one.

Fast forward to now where I’m 10 weeks into a blast and have realized from reading here I don’t know exactly what I’m doing but I want to do better.

I’m on the 10th week of a Test 375mg and Mast 375mg cycle. I added Anavar 2 weeks ago at 20mg

I also have reta in here for the last 4 weeks at 4mg . Started lower and worked up.

I plan to cruise Trt until I reach my goals and possibly beyond.

When I started my blast I was 235lbs. I’m now 214 and have gained some muscle but there’s plenty more fat mostly mid section and chest. Muscles are hard. Have gained some definition. I know most guys say don’t use mast unless your lean but it was a feel good for me from back in the day and I’m hoping it has helped me.

4th week 4mg Reta

Ai: last 3 weeks I played around with a bit of arimidex and aromsyn. I had a touch of sensitive nipple but that has went away. I think if I stay on 12.5 aromsyn once a week I will feel good.

Other then the bit of sensitive nipple I’m not having any sides. I have been playing around with a bit of cialis for pumps but I have zero ED issues.

All my product has came from the approved sources on here being primarily syn pharm and an order from biogenex. Did end up with some pharmatech mast from Syn when they ran out but iv been on the Syn stuff and still have a bit left.

I do understand my biggest downfall is bloodwork and I’m working on doing better there.

Blood pressure has been sitting around 125/90. How do we feel this is?

Training:
7 days a week
First 6 weeks I was still doing light cardio.
Last 4 weeks I have been going much harder with the stair mill for about 25 minutes zone 2 or 3 the whole time.
Strength is not a issue
Very active in the rest of life and work

Diet:
This has been locked in for 6 weeks now.

Pre‑Workout
• 1 scoop whey isolate (27 g protein)
• 40 g dry oats
• 10 g honey

Protein: 27 g
Calories: 330

Post workout
• 2 large eggs
• 5 egg whites (boiled, yolks removed)
• 2 slices white toast
• 10 g peanut butter

Protein: 40 g
Calories: 430

Lunch
• 170 g cooked chicken breast
• 150 g cooked basmati rice
• 50 g mixed vegetables
• ½ tbsp olive oil

Protein: 53 g
Calories: 520

Supper
• 200 g cooked extra‑lean ground beef
• 150 g cooked basmati rice
• 50 g mixed vegetables

Protein: 52 g
Calories: 620

Evening Snack
• 190 g fat‑free Greek yogurt
• 100 g strawberries
• 1 scoop whey isolate

Protein: 28 g
Calories: 600

Supplements:

5g creatine. Unsure if I need this anymore?
Krill oil omega 3
Grapeseed extract
Garlic extract oil
Standard multivitamin

Standard pre workout with 200mg caffeine. Lately been using half a scoop and unsure if I want this anymore. Kinda placibo

I’m curious to what I can improve. I mean I know the first answer BLOODWORK. That’s next, then hopefully I can get some help here to get where I need to be.

Hey guys sorry I haven’t updated. Really wanted to get some bloodwork in for my next update so I could feed some info it this. I do have a bloodwork appointment scheduled for Tuesday. I’m attaching a photo of the bio markers that I can get tested. As you see the cost here is pretty high to get this done and this place is my only option. Is there anything I don’t need here or anything I should add. Il follow up with photos shortly.

Side note: my progress has really taken off from my last post and I’m feeling great.

Awesome you are feeling great (thats half the battle) , what's the progress?
Sorry I didn’t elaborate on that. I’m down another 3lbs consistently in the fat department which isn’t huge but iv gained a decent amount of lean muscle at the same time. People are noticing and I’m noticing allot of changes in the mirrors at the gym.

The next step really is the bloodwork so I can get some recommendations on health and how I can continue to push this cycle etc.

I have a pretty thick upper body. I feel like my torso just has an inch thick of fat over the whole thing and like 2 inches in my lower chest. That’s what my stomach photo represents. It solid. Just fatty if that makes sense.

The photo I posted with the scale in it is from 2014. It’s probably the last time I felt “lean”. I am so much bigger muscle wise then I was then and feel like if I got back to 190 or 195 I would look pretty jacked?? Currently sitting at the 211 mark. When I started this blast and diet I was 235. It’s only moved 3 lbs in the last few weeks but I notice allot of gains when I’m working out.

Anyway, I think I’m on track but I just want to do the best I can here to get where I need to be.

To start you have a good muscle base, and we can cut from here easy. And body dysmorphia welcome to the club we all have it :P like likely 100% of us, we are on a steroid forum so we want to all get big or cut or hard, thats all not feeling good when we look in mirror but thats not a bad thing! it can drive and motivate you to be the best.

I think we can cut you up easy, lets work on it.

Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Or use an app like myfitness pal or cronometer. Very easy.

@Scott40 EVO is a place where you don't have to worry about body dysmorphia or anything like that. It's a no-judgment zone. We're kind of like Planet Fitness, but a bodybuilding forum. So don't worry about it at all.
 
Thanks guys. Il post some food and workout data. I’m diet is locked in on what I posted from the first post with no variations besides sometimes turkey instead of the chicken. When I’m on the go il put the chicken or beef in a wrap instead of having the rice or sweet potato which is almost identical macros.

Pre workout meal and post workout meal along with my workout tracking.

Pre is Oatmeal with honey and protein powder , post is eggs and protein bread with pb. Vitamins are Krill oil, garlic extract oil, grape seed and men’s multi vitamin.

Ok, posting some photos of my base. Sorry it took so long. I’m way out of my comfort zone doing this but I do need some help to get to the next level. Body dysmorphia I guess but I just find i look so damn fat when I take photos like this.lol

I have a pretty thick upper body. I feel like my torso just has an inch thick of fat over the whole thing and like 2 inches in my lower chest. That’s what my stomach photo represents. It solid. Just fatty if that makes sense.

The photo I posted with the scale in it is from 2014. It’s probably the last time I felt “lean”. I am so much bigger muscle wise then I was then and feel like if I got back to 190 or 195 I would look pretty jacked?? Currently sitting at the 211 mark. When I started this blast and diet I was 235. It’s only moved 3 lbs in the last few weeks but I notice allot of gains when I’m working out.

Anyway, I think I’m on track but I just want to do the best I can here to get where I need to be.

Don't worry about your comfort zone, man. You're going to do great on this log. There's nothing that can go wrong for you except seeing you improve going forward. I would your food pictures as well. @Scott40

I think that you don't wanna chase what the scale says cause the scale can be misleading. @Scott40 that's why it's important to post up the picture so we can tell you what changes are happening. Sometimes you can have the same weight and still look way better.

I think you look fantastic. I'm not sure what you're self-conscious about. It's okay man. Now is the time to build confidence in yourself and that's what this log is going to do. @Scott40

@Scott40 Bros, good job on this. I got a lot of respect for you to go out of your comfort zone and post up pictures. I was self-conscious too when I did my log but at the end of the day you are going to help other people and you are going to help yourself.

Question I do have from the bloodwork order sheet I posted above? That’s scheduled for Monday the 13th. Is everything on there I need to check? Anything I don’t need? The cost is high unfortunately.

Hopefully will have those results next week as there saying 3 business days after appointment. Il attached the photo again here.

@Scott40 EVO is a place where you don't have to worry about body dysmorphia or anything like that. It's a no-judgment zone. We're kind of like Planet Fitness, but a bodybuilding forum. So don't worry about it at all.

Saturday update, meals were identical all week to what I posted the first of the week. No cheat meals or refeeds. No other drinks but water and protein shake.

Scale said 210 for the first time today so not much movement there but noticing arms are allot leaner this week. Or at least today on arm day lol.

Blood work is Monday the 13th so I’m close to that and can see what’s going on.

Training is great. I need to take some notes and post but it’s tough at the gym as I am limited to my hour and half there so I use it sparingly and am not really on my phone.

Strength is very high, I have no problem lifting whatever I want within reason for reps. I find I need high reps for good pumps even when on heavy sets. Since jumping back on this cycle and really getting my mind back into the gym iv been pushing much harder and doing exercises i haven’t in years. Maybe I got too comfortable in my routine.

I wish I had dialled in 5 years ago

Only slight variation is when I’m on the go instead of home il put the meat in a wrap instead of the rice or sweet potato for carb but the macros are the same and swap veg for apple.

I’m doing my nighttime meal right now lol

Il post meals tomorrow. There very consistent. Even the carbs iv added the last few days to try iv done in between my meals and kept the meals identical . OCD lol

Post workout, shoulders and cardio.

7 whole eggs. Yokes are not removed on this picture like the last but I’m only eating two. 2 slices protein bread with the rest of my PB serving from this morning.
i would cut out 1 egg and add 1/2 avocado
and BP swap for walnut butter if you can
Next meal, extra lean ground beef with rice. Had my apple in between last meal and this meal.

Next meal, chicken and rice. Sweet and spicy zero cal mustard.

Last but not least, plain Greek yogurt with protein powder mixed in and prime protein shake.

That I could do, how about almond butter? My wife is using that in her diet to so that’s already in the household. Same with avocado. We’re both dieting and really only have diet foods in the house anyway so keeps it simple. She’s a figure/physique competitor and I definitely owe staying on track to her preparing most of my food lol

Mid week update, training is still on point. Diet has been identical besides switching the pb with almond butter.

I will have my blood work info tomorrow morning. It’s been two weeks and they hadn’t called so I did. They have everything ready except DHT will be another week I guess but i said il take the rest. Curious what is going on there.

That being said when I got my mast from Syn I only got two bottles and the rest was pharma tech from him. I’m not feeling too good about that product with the stuff iv read so I did order some more from Nordic this week so I don’t need to get into that.

Good evening, sorry it’s been awhile since I updated. Work is back to my busy season and I slacked on updating my log. I’m here reading everyday though. I have not slacked on training for diet though.

I’m still eating the identical diet. Training is the same but weights have progressed. I’m down some more body fat sitting at 199lbs. Getting closer to the weight on was at in 2014 when I was allot leaner. That being said iv definitely put on some muscle as well with this recomp.

Feeling the best I have in years in terms on mindset, energy, health etc.

Definitely not where I want to be yet but getting asked every other day at the gym what I’m doing so something is going right.

After my last bloodwork I switched all my injectables to Nordic Fusion where I was out of SyN and he was the one with stuff in stock. It’s been the smoothest out of all I have tried so far (syn,Biogenix,Nordic) and service is top notch alough it is from all these guys.

My Reta dose has increased as the food noise came back and I’m now at 6mg weekly on that.

I dropped the anavar after last bloodwork as it was just about time to cut the oral and cut those liver numbers back in shape. Oddly enough I didn’t notice dropping that really in anyway and just trained through it.

I’m still blasting and I have bloodwork booked again for June 16th.

Will try to update a bit more.

I have been enjoying the t400 over the enth as well. When I say smooth I I guess mean the viscosity of the oil is nice and I find it flows really well so I find for small gauge daily injection it is easier then my last product

I have been feeling fantastic so I’m sure next set of bloods will show that as well.

Quick update. Still going strong on training and the diet. Did have to go a bit lighter on upper body for a couple weeks due to elbow injury but it seems to have subsided with the help of some bpc/tb combo. It’s really only bothering my on bicep curl now so I have been avoiding that a bit.

Iv also made some changes to my compounds. I have dropped the AI (Aromasin) and added in some Primo to see how that shows on my next blood work which is in just under 2 weeks.

Iv also added in some HGH

I do feel like the last two weeks have been my biggest jump in progress in awhile. Can’t see it being the compounds but I do feel fantastic.

My blood pressure is also trending downward constantly as weight as dropped and is averaging 122/89 now vs 135/95+ like it was a few months ago and I haven’t seen any of the big spikes I was seeing. I’m logging this daily and sometimes twice a day. Iv added beat juice to my daily supplements. Man it’s gross but it’s supposed to be good so I’m on it.

Adding a couple photos. Mid section is much tighter, I think the last photos I posted I was around 214lbs. I’m at 192lbs today. Quite different from the 232lbs was on January 1st. I feel like I have put on some muscle tissue to. I have veins in my arms and shoulders that I have never see even the last time I was lean in 2014.

Just need to continue grinding.

I do feel like the last two weeks have been my biggest jump in progress in awhile. Can’t see it being the compounds but I do feel fantastic.

My blood pressure is also trending downward constantly as weight as dropped and is averaging 122/89 now vs 135/95+ like it was a few months ago and I haven’t seen any of the big spikes I was seeing. I’m logging this daily and sometimes twice a day. Iv added beat juice to my daily supplements. Man it’s gross but it’s supposed to be good so I’m on it.

I feel like I have put on some muscle tissue to. I have veins in my arms and shoulders that I have never see even the last time I was lean in 2014.

I wanted to try some primo for a few reasons that iv seen from extensive reading.

I have seen allot of people use primo or other compounds to keep estrogen in check while on cycle instead of a ai. I wasn’t high on last blood work but I was on the upper end. The Aromasin was definitely drying my joints out from my research and ultimately it seems healthier to use the primo to control estrogen and get the added benefits of the compound even though it’s mild. I can tell you i felt fantastic all cycle but the last two weeks after adding that and hgh I feel like fantastic times 10 lol.

My body has really like this change. I think mostly dropping the Aromasin and adding the hgh but I have woke up lighter and fuller every day now since making that change. Seemed like 4-5 weeks worth of what I was seeing happening in only 2.
Could be unrelated but that’s how it felt.

@Scott40 these juices that you read about that are good for you a lot of times are not because what ends up happening is they have a lot of sugar added plus they are processed from the actual fruit. If you want benefits from fruit, just eat raw organic fruit. That's your best bet.

@Scott40 yeah the iron grind is the hard part, but I think you have a good structure to everything. Nice that you are 192 pounds today. Leaning out is important. Now you can build back strong.
