Got bloods back today, to say I've recovered from last cycle would be a stretch. Bloods 8 weeks post pct.
Barely in range on lh, fsh, and total test. Free test is well below reference range. At least e2 and prolactin are normal.
Might be self prescribed trt if can't get doc to play ball.
Might look at freezing some sperm as a safety net as well, anyone done it and know what it costs?
Or is it a better idea to just smash Clomid and hcg when you want a kid?

Sucks man. I'm going the hcg way. Constant hcg use. Then smashing hcg and maybe even HMG for 90 days pre-conception as explained to me by a fertility endocrinologist.

Better to do a clomid/hcg and maybe even triptorelin style PCT when ur ready to have kids. Although many friends of mine have had kids while on test so... who knos

lots of talk over this (bad hardwrs/updates/hackers) onley one newer market still going smooth and seen to good to be true. I am staying off all markets cos of scamming possible LE involment. btc hasent crash has I thort it would tho

raloxifene is a better option for gyno management, but either can be used alongside your AI. Have you had an ultrasound to confirm its gyno or just feeling something? Sometimes our minds play tricks on us..
 
If unsure. Just go and see any random GP. Just tell them whats up and get an opinion. Best not to risk crashing e2 if not that.
Understand you prob dont want to see usual dr, any gp can have a look. Can then also order further testing on medicare for you.
Sometimes, its just the easiest and quickest...and safest option.

In my opinion Ralox and nolva are so similar its not funny big price difference though. Nolva does everything ralox can. If its that bad you need to go under the knife
 
Anyone have any experiences with any UGL proviron? Was looking for bayer brand but can't find anywhere in stock, looking now at Platinum Anabolics, Southern cross, or lambo... Or anyone got better ideas? lol

Ive never had what id consider great test levels to begin with, i think the highest ive ever got for TT was like 20, but ive practically got secondary hypogonadism.

im going to see if running clomid and nolva again for another few weeks boosts me back up in to the mid normal range for LH and FSH and gets my test levels back to a decent level and then hopefully i can stay at a decent level when i come off. If not, i think itll just be a case of doing self prescribed TRT and HCG for the forseeable future and then consulting a fertility specialist when/if I wanna have kids. Plenty of pros and guys doing trt seem to have managed to have kids, so I guess all is not lost.

On a side note, my ALT was like 3x the normal range and AST was almost double the normal range. Havent used orals in well over 6 months. They've always been at or just above the reference range which i assumed was just from lifting, but 3x on ALT which is less associated with muscle tissue damage is also a little concerning considering i dont drink or smoke and have a good diet with plenty of exercise. Might have to look in to the liver further as well. NAC has appeared to do sweet FA for me thus far.

i havent taken panadol or anything along those lines for well over a year, i dont take any recreational drugs or alcohol at all and I have been off everything since July, no orals for well over 6 months.
This is why its kind of alarming, but i dont feel terrible. All other liver markers like bilirubin and ALP were within range, except the ALT and AST.

I looked at my history way back to 2013 before I ever started any anabolics and even then they were both slightly over 40. Got a scan booked and will probably be getting bloods for liver disease like EBV and hepatitis etc

Your history sounds very similar to mine, including the low TT prior to AAS and the high liver enzymes. For me the liver enzymes were a case of being fat(unsure if this is your case) and consuming alcohol, and when i say fat i mean around 15-18% bf which most people wouldnt consider as being fat but for some people their body doesnt like higher bf%.

Have you tried TUDCA? I had high liver enzymes for years even on cycles without using any orals, then tried tudca WITH orals and it brought them within range...so its fkn magic!

id say my bf% would be in the 15-20 range and i don't drink or smoke. I could count on one hand the amount of times i have had a single drink in 5 years. I just dont like the taste of alcohol at all or the way it makes me feel.

I ran out of tudca, always use it while on anabolics regardless of whether orals are in the mix or not, and more is on the way hopefully it should be here soon.

Does TRT dose like <200mg pw have a negative impact on ALT and AST levels? Would like to get back to a decent test level to aid in recovery from training etc but not if its ognna mean my liver becomes non-existant...

I heard tudca without orals is bad on the liver...

I had hi liver and my endo at the time asked if I have gay sex and the such... HIV etc.. But I don't lol. So I never got the test.
Liver always returns to normal after a few weeks ever after 5+ weeks of 60 dbol

ALT and ALT can be training related amongst other things, including a fatty liver. They are 'non specific' markers
The relative 'liver toxicity" of anabolic steroids that are injectable and oil-based is generally not a major consideration, because these compounds are basically metabolized the same as the natural testosterone that is already in the body. However, we may see liver enzyme increases just because the liver is working to remove these steroids, the same as it does any other foreign chemical.
Oral steroids are different and get passed straight to the liver from digestion, so can harm a lot more.

Have u tried dieting down to 10-12% and doing cardio? Might be a good idea to lean up abit and see how the body responds.

i recently finished test deca cycle. Nothing crazy - 500mg test & 400mg deca for 14 weeks. I used HCG the last 4 weeks up to PCT @ 500IU per week. PCT was clomid/nolva and i ran that for 5 weeks at 100/50/50/50/25 & 40/20/20/20/20. Now, i have done cycles before this but never deca before. My question is is it normal that i have zero libido still 2 weeks after PCT has finished? I have always bounced back quicker than this previously. I know deca shuts you down harder than other compounds so just looking to see if i went wrong somewhere or just to give it more time. Thanks

If you're running deca and you plan to PCT, you need to extend your blast with test only for a fair while to ensure the deca has cleared your system.
19- nors are very suppressive and deca has a long active life in your body.
I'd be running just test alone for at least a month, maybe two, after finishing up deca and THEN starting PCT.

I wouldn't. The pill is typically an estrogen and progesterone mix. You may have some polypharmacy (drug-drug interactions) at play there.
Some pills I think are estrogen only, but they tend to be less suppressive and normally used if the woman is prone to side effects on birth control.

Long story short, I wouldn't drug your partner to increase her sex drive. As much as I'd like to be feeding my missus anavar so I could pump for days, I think ultimately it's a bit selfish and unethical.

After a quick look there don't seem to be established drug-drug interactions with dostinex (caber) and hormonal birth control, but I'll do some more digging if I get time. Only very briefly looked.

I know my brothers wife had to take it because she got a prolactinoma and had very hi prolactin.
I think it's fine. Maybe when we're older and by her choice I'd let her try some for a couple month stints. Hit some swingers parties lol.

My misses has tried the hi estrogen pills, and while they make her tits huge, she becomes a fucking psycho.. Psycho!
She's on lowest estro pill now like 20iu whateevr it is idk and she's pretty good. I'm contemplating giving her just pregesterone only.
The higher the estrogen pill the lower their libido.
And the higher the estrogen pill the more anxiety she had.

Some girls could be messed up psychos for years and end relationships not knowing their pill is making them crazy...

After 14 weeks of deca your prolactin is probably hi and can takes weeks to return to normal... Hi prolactin = low libido.
Either caber. Or if you want natural tyrosine and macuna pruriens.

Got some of those straps they use when you get blood drawn for some BFR ( blood flow restriction ) training since my elbow tendinitis has been playing up.

It’s either that or completely stop slot of my direct arm work.

I can get away with not training biceps directly other than some light curls but Tricep work is the real meat on the arms

It’s a weird injury and really frustrating!
Some movements I’m fine but more everyday things are affected for me.. can’t carry all the groceries into the house in one trip now ;)


I’m on some heavy anti inflammatory tablets for a few weeks and if they don’t do the trick I’ll probably look into BPC 157 again.
Loved it when I had shoulder issues and apparently for the tendons etc it’s the peptide to use.

Flirted with the idea of some Tb500 but it’s a lot more expensive and seems to be geared towards wound / bone healing more so
