No weightloss/gain still same weight on scale Maby down a kg or 2 but to be expected during cruise

Sometimes it does dribble out a bit but not all the time usually it’s flowing good.

Either way I just hope it’s not bad news at all on all ends and it’s something that can be cured and resolved
 
Brother you are a big boy, there is a big chance you holding a lot of water weight, and now that your taking an a.i it’s causing the excess water to be excreted, this could be one reason this is happening
 
Especially comming of a blast bro you would be holding a lot of water and lowering the dosages to cruise will also cause you to lose water weight
 
If I drink water with 2 hours of bed time I pee 3 times at least through out the night. I have to cut it off early

I just bought the strips and blood glucose meter now. This is a hour after eating. Sorry I couldn’t do it before breakfast as chemist wasn’t open but I’ll continue throughout the day. What do you think?

That’s fair enough.

Meal 1: 5 whole eggs 3 egg whites 4 English muffins. Black Coffee with almond milk. First test was a hour after this at 6.1 blood glucose

Meal 2: 250g steak in 2 bread buns with onion lettuce low sugar/salt ketchup. I’ll do glucose test for this and post it up aswel.

Check your fasted blood sugar after waking up in the morning. Also check it like 2-3 hours after a meal and or right before eating.
Tomorro morning definitely I’ll check it.

I’m about to eat now and instead of steak I got salmon instead in the sandwiches.

So this is right before second meal.
250g salmon/avocado/2 burger buns/ lettuce and onion and low salt and sugar ketchup

Update on my frequent urination.

As bad as it sounds I ended up getting a prostate massage done by a female professional lol thankgod she’s a dr but referred to me by a close dr mate. After 15min of awkwardness and feeling I lost my manhood lol. I am not peeing as much today. I only went toilet once lastnight and today it’s been very minimal like twice only but I don’t have no urge to pee constantly.

I am not saying it’s all gone but this morning has been real good. She is going to do it again on the weekend again. Hopefully this was the issue but I’m still going to take caution and check sugar levels as you guys instructed also I paid for full bloods for everything and I will post up all.

Morning to all. Sorry I haven’t logged in a few days as I’ve been busy with work but I’ll speed things up on the log now.

Yesterday and today are low carb days for me and atm I’m currently at 129.7kg fasted. I have dropped down a few kg but it hasn’t bothered me. Was just thinking of 250mg a week is enough or would I have to increase in the future on a cruise? I split the doses into 2 injections to keep things stable which I feel works better then once a week injections.

No cardio today for me as I plan on just spending time with my son as he is like cardio cause I take him everywhere and I’m on the move.

I wanted to mention that I do absolutely love this igf1 lr3 as it’s giving me the feeling of phenomenal pumps in the gym and my strength is still the same and going strong, I haven’t lost any strength so far. I have noticed tho I’m not as full like I was on blast but that’s to be expected I guess and I don’t want to constantly eat high amounts of calories and carbs because I know right now I would be adding fat so I take this time in a cruise to reduce my food a bit and keep fat levels at bay before my next blast.

It’s already been 2 weeks into cruise and now week 3 starting so another 3 weeks and I’ll be blasting once again.

I decided what I want to do in terms of blast and it will be something like this as I use to do this before.

Wk 1 - 12 1000mg test e
wk 1 - 10 600mg deca
Wk 1 - 10 600 eq
Wk 1 - 10 400mg tren e
Wk 1 - 5 20iu novorapid

Still considering adding an oral just not sure what I want to add. I still have anadrol and heaps of it but I don’t want to go too watery cause I know blood pressure becomes a bitch for me.

Don’t know what I will use as this will be my last growth phase before I actually cut soon

I do have a question I never brought up or a little issue.

Since this blast I was doing I have been urinating a lot and I wake up Maby 2 - 3 times a night to pee. I assumed it was the aromasin or shilajit because I never use to pee so much but I’m week 3 into cruise and I’m still peeing a lot. Is this because the aromasin reduced my estro and I am peeing a lot more? I’m going to do bloods this weekend and see what’s happening.

I owe a lot throughout the day but I also do drink heaps of water. I know it’s over 5litres as I’m drinking water heaps so it could be that as I use to assume it was a way to help flush kidneys and liver.

Could it be
Prostate issues
Kidney issues
Estro related?

I never really took ai before and I never really had this issue but I know my estro was somewhat high back then. I’m just trying to get an idea what it may be.

I don’t have a issue urinating
My urine colour is light yellow sometimes clear from drinking heaps
I don’t leak after and I don’t have a weak stream.
My bloods before cycle I didn’t have any kidney issues either but I’ll see what these bloods say.

Any help or anyone who’s had similar issues please reply.

I am a bit of a hypochondriac so I might be worrying myself over nothing.
N2guard will help with kidneys and urinations
 
Looks like you’re just on the borderline so it’s fairly normal.
The expected values for normal fasting blood glucose concentration are between 70 mg/dL (3.9 mmol/L) and 100 mg/dL (5.6 mmol/L).
Would the igf1 could have played a part for increasing it a bit?
 
IGF-1 actually lowers blood sugars hence the name “insulin like growth factor”.

Hey guys sorry for the delay. My phone has been with repair guy cause I smashed it by accident.

I did my priv blood tests this morning and hope to get results either tonight or tomorro.

I’m still just trying to figure what type of cycle I want to do still as I plan on doing something wild as usual.

I’ve had 2 rest days with cardio but tomorro I have chest/biceps/calves tomorro.


I’m still running igf1 as I haven’t stopped it. My urination problem has gone back to normal and I found out I don’t have diabetes and a scan showed no prostate issues nor enlargement.

I do have a question for experienced users. Once my cruise is done
I have 3 more weeks of my cruise left also 2 weeks left for the igf1
Once I jump into my blast can I use insulin or should I wait? Not sure if you have to wait a while before using insulin after igf or can I start it when I blast

I would not use insulin period, unless you want to step on stage, whats the point of it?

I done it yesterday morning bro so hopefully it comes around 8pm to my email tonight.

Yeah my drs good his all about sport and looks after athletes aswel. I go thru him when I do my checks on organs and heart too. Better safe then sorry.

Yeah you’re right. I’ll start logging and tracking again. Didn’t think of it like that. Do I log my blast in here soon or do I have to make a new thread?

otherwise you run the risk of gaining too much fat
 
insulin is going to take your physique to another level
as long as you use it right
 
insulin is the most anabolic thing
but you want to be careful not to put on body fat either
 
Hey guys. This won’t be a good log

I trained back/traps today.

My third exercise doinf hammer grip pull ups I possibly tore my upper bicep. I stopped immediately and me and my partner left to go straight home. I have it wrapped in ice atm. It’s swollen a bit at the moment looking a bit like jelly. I flex in the mirror to see if there’s any difference in shape or length in both biceps and they still look same minus one being swollen. I’m hoping it’s a partial tear.

Guess 130kg people shouldn’t be doing pull ups lol.

I’m going to go to the drs tomorro as today is a public holiday and I just want to see how I am once my body cools down from gym. Is there a way I can assess here at home if it’s a full tear of bicep/shoulder area?

Your liver is stressed hard and you are on the verge of getting gout. Lower your protein intake.
I got told it’s from strenuous workout the day before. I’ve had them higher before but it’s going down.

I’m actually planning to drop protein and carbs down a lot now since I can’t train for a few weeks. Just cardio and legs only.

I’ll be getting bloods again in another 4 weeks

I am a big believer in lower protein intake compared to most. It’s hard on the kidneys.
Gout is no joke. It damages your joints. I’ve had it and have managed to make it go away from protein intake under 200 grams per day. Most of the mass monsters never ate as much protein as the trainers on this site promote on a daily basis. Trust your knowledge and not what trainers tell you.

So you reckon cutting up chicken, steaks and fish to around 200g sized portions would be more ideal than 250?

I can do that. I’ll start next meal onwards between 180 to 200g portion per meal.

You provably should try and eat a lot less of everything since your off cycle and give the body a break. The amount of abuse we go through with cycles and training is horrendous to our health. I know I was looking forward to the end of my cycle when I was at week 10. It’s tough on the body. You likely won’t lose much size or strength during the off phase since you know how to train properly.

I cut my aromasin down to 10mg twice per week while using 250mg Test E per week. I don’t want to crash my E2 too much.
Easy I’ll do this. 2 x 10mg per week. I have proper pharm grade aromasin straight from a pharmacy. So I’ll take it today and Thursday

I really don’t think it matters too much. It wouldn’t hurt to eat in a shorter window tk give the digestive tract a beak. Heck try some 20 hour fasts once a week and see how you feel. Could help a lot. I believe fasting works best when off cycle anyway.

Blood donation, Ip6, red yeast rice extract and/or some citrus bergamot, there’s a few things I would suggest to be honest

Also I did have a look but could find it, do you have a copy of your diet handy?

I came back from drs and it seems to be a bicep strain and not a bad tear.

I’ll be taking time off upper body but still be working lower body and Abs. then next week I’ll do some light band work for left bicep before I go to the gym and use machines at light weight.

This is my first bloods I’ve seen that my estro has been this high. And before I never ran ai and didn’t have them this high.

Prolactin aswel but I am going to use aromasin twice a week through my cruise. And find something to drop prolactin.

Urea they told me on the day of my blood test that I am dehydrated as it shows how slow bloods were coming out. I didn’t drink no water around 8pm and didn’t feel like water in the morning as I wasn’t thirsty tbh.

AST and alt are high but that Maby cause I trained hard the day before but I know it was from the anadrol and anavar so I know that will still take time.

Remember these bloods are 3 weeks after my blast so I wasn’t expecting bloods to look the greatest.

Would you know what dose of aromasin would be good for now with 250mg so I can lower estro? Also what would be a good dose for caber for prolactin?

and calm your bloods down for 4 weeks before going further

and your diet training not clear on the udpates

Im only using the test, no orals no gh no insulin. I stopped igf last week and I am using vitamins and a cycle support tablets right now. I’m using 12.5mg aromasin to lower estrogen and I have caber on Monday next week for high prolactin.

Other then that just organ support vitamins and foods, and lower carbs and protein as said before.

a lot of times if you are dehydrated it will cause your kidney numbers to be elevated
but really that's not the most optimal ways to test the kidneys anyway

Morning guys

Bit of an update with bicep minor tear.
It’s healing real good, I am getting more range of motion back without any pain. I can finally wipe my ass properly without feeling any problem lol. I haven’t trained since Monday and don’t plan to train until Sunday and do legs.

Tonight I’ll be here at home tho just doing some upper body resistance band workout just to put some blood in the bicep to help with healing then some iastm/cupping with my physio friend after that.

I’ll give a layout of my diet now as I’ve dropped calories and carbs just so I don’t put much fat on but I have been doing cardio daily fasted just to help too.

Meal 1: 4 whole eggs 3egg whites/ 4 English muffins
Meal 2: 2 steak sandwiches (200g steak)
Meal 3: 200g chicken breast/ 180g jasmine rice
Meal 4 200g chicken breast/ 180g jasmine rice
Meal 5 250g Greek yoghurt 100g berries/ tbsp almond butter

Fruits are in there too tho it varies which meals I have them and they are (grapefruit/kiwis/banana)

Pre/pro/digestive enzyme mix
Psyllium husk
Vitamin d
Multi vitamins
Cycle safe
Nac
Shilajit
Saw palmetto

Next week I will be going back to training but it will be light work for the time being and machine/cable until I know for certain bicep is healed then I’ll work into heavier loads.

I also plan on doing a Dave palumbo style diet if anyone of you guys know what that is but breakfast and post workout will have carbs just not heavy. It’s just a mini little cut but for a few weeks tho the ide for it is to also help bloods a bit too since my body has taken in so many carbs throughout this cycle.

@Skays you going to do the Dave cutting or bulking? because his cutting diets are mainly low carbs high fat it seems, even higher sodium then most

I’ll be doing his cutting bro. I have done it years ago with success but regardless if I lose a little size or not I don’t mind as I’ll be blasting Maby in 6 weeks once bloods are in normal range but for now I wanna get to a healthier weight. I’m almost 40 and I don’t wanna be hugeeeee forever lol leaner and some good size then maintain on trt.

I’ll throw up some meals tomorro as I’ve already eaten half the meals for the day.
