First of all I would like to thank PuritySourceLabs and most notably @~Vision~ for his continued full backing of all my needs to make this dream of mine possible. I would also like to thank EVO for this great positive community for all of us to learn and cheer each other on doing what what love doing the most.

This goal of this cut is to get myself down as close to 10% BF as possible. I have to have a six pack by the end of this cut. Anything less is a failure IMO. I will do what it takes and have already implemented a drastic cut in sugar in my diet. Rice and fruit will be the main source of carbs. Will be doing lots of carb cycling to take advantage of windows around training. Low carbs on non lifting days and fasted cardio on non training days. Cals are goin to be in the 2000 range + or - 500 depending on if its a lifting day, cardio day, or rest day. I am also using semaglutide in this cut as I feel its the fastest way to lose fat. I will be using Tren Ace the first 8 weeks of the cycle and then switch over to anadrol the final 4 weeks. I am doing this as I feel its greatly needed in order to stop the loss of muscle while in 1500 cal deficit and using semaglutide. I figured this out on my last run of semaglutide when I was using low androgens. I will be using TNE and NPP the entire cycle. I feel the faster esters are much stronger and gives me much more strength in the gym where all the magic happens. I also have Aromasin at 10mg daily and that may go up to 20mg if needed. I also have started back on 2IU GH before every gym session either lifting or cardio. Will be taking weekends off allowing my insulin sensitivity to increase. On days we lift on a Saturday that will be an extra day of use.

I train 2 on 2 off with a rotating schedule of every other weekend off and every other weekend we lift on Saturday. I would say I lift with extreme poundages. I normally do RDL/SLDL with 500lbs for sets of 5+. I workout with my lovely wife/training partner @RoidRageWife. She is a national level powerlifter who no longer competes due to neck issues but is still strong AF. We both do the same thing with the same style high intensity training. I will be updating this log daily with workouts and occasional photos/video of lifting and food pics.

I usually don't post daily food intake but from time to time I might give examples. Food consists of Steak, Chicken Breast, Salmon, Canned Tuna, Whey protein shakes, Fairlife Protein Drink, 2% Lactose Free Milk, Whole Eggs, Catalina Crunch which is high in Pea Protein and fiber, Pineapple, White Rice, Asparagus, Broccoli, Bell Peppers, Cucumber. I also take 15 grams glutamine on empty stomach after every workout. I've had great success speeding up recovery doing so over the years. Noticeable difference when not using it.

Cycle Length will be 12 Weeks

By losing 30 lbs of fat my gut will dramatically shrink. I have a huge amount of visceral fat. I expect to have to go out and buy a new lifting belt eventually.
Dude I was thinking that maybe you’d have a similar effect as I did with the tren and you’d loose a ton of fat but regain it with muscle and staying at a similar weight to what you are now, that would be insane. Really curious how you respond.

• At least 32oz water
• 1 scoop BCAA
• 1g sea salt
• 30g Gatorade powder

post workout
• 35g whey protein or 6oz chicken breast
• 1 scoop creatine 5g
• 125g fruity pebble cereal or 375g white rice
• 85g pineapple or 75g blueberries

now I see more ideas of a meal plan, try to keep carbs under 150-100 grams to really shred

Had a great day today. Hit several major PR's. Hack Squat and RDL I maxed out the hoist machine with 6 plates per side. 540lbs baby!!! My grip held me back on the final set of RDL. Probably could have got another 3. I guess we'll need the use straps next time. Have a good weekend everyone!!!
 
Dhb interests me from a compound standpoint I don't know if I will ever run it though, this will be another epic log for you. I can't wait to see you succeed.

I am planning on bulking with DHB, Test, NPP, IGF-1, and insulin this fall. That is why I want to get to 10% BF for this cut.

@RoidRage69 no matter how this cut goes, please do NOT use insulin, it will mess you up long term, you're already a VET you dont need it, igf-1 enough imo @RoidRageWife will agree :) yes I know you gonna hate me but please dont use slin

Exactly, cardio improves lifting performance. specially leg training, where you gas out before your legs are toast.

Just ate a similar meal substituted spinach for asparagus. Had Catalina crunch and fairlife protein drink between those two. Will have a nice big protein shake before bed. 1200 cals under maintenance for the day.

Had a decent workout today. Keeping diet clean no sugar. Just eating burger, rice, and veggies 3-4 times a day. Not tired of it yet. Tried Incline DB presses today. The hardest part is getting them into position. Didn't have any protective gear. No belt, wrist wraps, or elbow sleeves. Decided to just increase each set until I felt I was done. Probably could have gone up another 5-10 lbs but today was the first day doing db incline in a while so didn't want to tweak something. Next week I can go for the 125's. I think if I had lifting belt, wrist wraps, and elbow sleeves that would add about 15 lbs per side. Ok everyone have a great week of lifting. Lets get huge!!!

Went lighter today and went low 60 sec rest periods between all sets. The only time rest periods were longer was the transition to another exercise. Felt nice and big again today with muscles just bursting through the seams. I love what I have going on right now. Never have I been so dialed in with my nutrition and PED stack. I feel like a machine. Every meal I eat I just drip with sweat. Body is using every calorie it gets. Ok everyone have a good push to the end of the week. I will be back tomorrow with my morning fasted cardio update.

Same for me only no spinach and mushrooms. Got another hour to go before i can eat but not even hungry. Only +/-600cals since 430am so far.
I'm at minimum dose of tirzepatide and i can't imagine going any higher at this point.

I am going to increase my semaglutide dose on Monday which is one week earlier than expected. I am handling the initial dose very well so will be upping it. I think we are eating about the same cals per day now or close to it. My fitbit tells me I am burning 3800-4000 cals on cardio days so far this week. About 3600 on lifting days. Weight is staying stable so that means I am gaining muscle right now. Of course its most likely just inflammation. Next week I expect the weight to start dropping after I up my dose.

I just dropped cals down to 2100 this week and upped protien/dropped carbs a bit. Gonna ride this out. I doubt i will increase my dose. This is affecting me much different then the semaglutide.

Sounds similar to my last run of semaglutide. It's hard to eat much. Next week after I double the dose I will have problems eating 2000 cals per day. That's why I am preparing to eat as much homemade ice cream as possible if needed.
