Took some time off from gym because work is getting a little hectic and I’m back to 14-16 hour days until 18th December

A little annoying but it is what it is.

Hopefully hit some legs at some stage today and shoulders tomorrow and get meals prepped for the week to come. 👍🏼

Took some time off from gym because work is getting a little hectic and I’m back to 14-16 hour days until 18th December

A little annoying but it is what it is.

Hopefully hit some legs at some stage today and shoulders tomorrow and get meals prepped for the week to come. 👍🏼

3 x face pulls with rope on the cable machine
Rep range: 12-15 heavy sets @ 64kg

Third set: 11 (dropped weight to 50 and pushed out another 10)

4 x shrugs - 60kg on the barbell
Rep range: 10 or more until my grip fails

Never any pain! Shoulders are always great, never any issues.

Definitely gotta add more with the abs - I’ll do the planks!
 
Site shut down today for HV power issues before my shift started 😈 so got the day off.

Spent a lot of time outside in the heat mowing the lawns etc just to keep myself busy

Overall, good session but not really getting the same pump as previous sessions so might have to tweak what I’m doing later in the week.

what kind of pasta are you using when you cook it
I try and get a vegetable pasta when I eat it

not bad getting a day off and still getting paid
those are the benefits of some of those types of jobs sounds like you work for a union

curious why you only got to sleep score of 80 though is there something else that's going on while you're sleeping to prevent a higher score ?
 
Not to bad here in aus tbh - I can pick up a good slab of steak and cut it up myself and it averages out to $6 a steak

Not too shabby if you ask me 🤤
That's the way to do it. By a big rump or sirloin from the butcher, cut it up at home and vacuum seal yourself.

Yeah I’ve been doing the heat rub, massage, cupping and acupuncture.

Another osteo appointment on Tuesday as well, it’s getting better but pain is still there 😭

Just trying to walk abit more so I’m not just sitting flat in bed or the the floor 😂 need the exercise or I’ll lose my mind

Sorry EVO fam been absolutely hammered with work and dealing with the neck pain that hasn’t really gone away. It’s back to manageable but it isn’t ideal.

Going to try and hit some chest shortly.

Hit chest and triceps with a little love for the biceps because I was enjoying the pump

Smashed some liquid dbol prior to gym supplied by @Sydneycitysupplements. Can’t say enough great things about it, I love the feeling and it’s super easy to inject no painful pip etc.

Chest and tris were looking the goods even got a compliment from one of the regulars I see there. Always nice to know people take notice of the hard work you’re putting in.

Chest:

Flat DB chest press
10 reps
4 sets @ 27.5kg

Incline DB chest press
10 reps
3 sets @ 27.5kg

3 x Machine pec flys (high to low)

I love me a good chest and tricep workout.

Keep up the good work, my man. I like the incline dumbbell chest, it's solid.
 
Using ropes for triceps is definitely old school and it works beautifully.

And I love how you finish that the workout with some calf work.
 
Injectable orals is something i have yet to try.

let us know how you like it as you go vs. taking them from tablets.
 
, I think the advantage of taking the injectables is, you don't have to worry about heartburn or digestive issues.

Sometimes these oral steroids can mess up the gut.
 
Yeah, for sure, I get heartburn sometimes on oral steroids.

If I can do injectables only, I'd be happy with that.

When it comes to your rope pulls and straight bar pushdowns They are very effective. Exercise is nice job.
 
I have my cousins wedding later today and then working on Sunday (33 here in aus so relatively hot) and then 40+ on Monday.

Gym wise I’m going to try and get legs done today minus high bar squats because my neck and traps are still very sore which is really annoying. Feel like I’m leaving so much in the tank because I can’t do certain things without added pain 😭

Food wise I’m not sure what I’m going to make this week - I’ll have to think about it 😂 probably steak and salad for lunches before work and a big protein type meal for dinner to keep me full! Likely something chicken based

you can do training at home, push ups squats, sit ups and planks to shine your normal training up a bit :D

Hit shoulders, my neck is still giving me grief though so I dropped the weight so it wasn’t a strain because I just wanted to train and get back to moving again.

Today was pin day:

1ml Mast E 200mg

Until failure

3 x face pulls with rope on the cable machine
Rep range: 12-15 heavy sets @ 72kg

Abs:

2 x ab crunch machine @ 64kg
2 x 50kg
2 x 36kg

Cardio:

Incline treadmill @ 9.5%
Speed: 5.5kph
Time: 20 minutes

Also went for a light job a few hours ago for added cardio as work was cancelled due to high heat.

Small wins 🫡 two days left of the work year.
