Umbrella labs - horrible

My first, and probably last order from them.

Ordered 2 bottles of nasal oxytocin, received one bottle with liquid in it and one completely empty bottle. Also in the same order I ordered 2 bottles of nasal PT 141, received 4 bottles of dry peptide and no spray bottles or mixing liquid.

What the actual fuck guys. Do better. Is there anyone on here from the company? I’m not impressed at all.

@Lawyerguy1 sorry to hear this, I'm sure companies make mistakes, any size companies in any situation. I've had amazon ship me the wrong products dozens of times over the years, so I'm not surprised. It's hard to get it perfect each time, would you agree?

A few questions, 1) did you contact them with pictures of the situation and explanations?
2) have you spoken to any of their reps on the forum?

personally to give my honest feedback, I have 3 orders from umbrella and 1 comped order so 4 total. All 4 arrived perfect, it was what I ordered and all the bottles there. Mainly I'm a cardarine guy, so not sure of all the peptide situations.
 
lol, I just looked at the PT 141. Each bottle is in its own box and has its own lab paper. The lab papers are ball dated August 2023. Even when dried peptides stored under commercial freezer conditions they don’t last forever. Really not impressed at all.

The lab papers? you mean the testing? usually testing is once a year for the sarms batches as its a raws batch test for these guys.

Umbrella prides itself on customer service. like the other guys i've been using them for a long time and never once had a complaint.

Dylan will look into this and figure out what needs to be done to make this taken care of
 
I’m more than happy to share pix after I get back home. Out for dinner and Christmas light tour. Pix are not an issue, if there’s one thing I never do, it’s bullshit people.

On this issue…. Looked at order again. The PT141 was 2 orders of doubles, so 4 bottles is correct. However, each set was a nasal spray set and should have come with a spray bottle and mixing liquid.

The oxytocin, same as I said before, I ordered 2 bottles but one of them is empty.

So, I suppose I could still just mix the dry PT141 peptides for injection but that would mean I need empty injection bottles and bacteriostatic water, neither of which I have.

Is what it is. And I do understand that orders go wrong, but when you’re spending the cash it should be correct. Especially if your dealing in grey market items.

On the lab paperwork, I get stuff is tested in batches. I do. But look up storage time for dry peptides. In a commercial freezer environment (not your kitchen freezer which is not that cold) you still should be cycling them all out in less than a year.

Is what it is. I’m sure they’ll fix it. But still… not a good look.

The way it's been written (one of the last posts) is you may well have got exactly what you was meant to get and need to buy bac water. Please clarify

I've been ordering from them for years without 1 single issue. Did you contact them before coming on here to bash them??
 
Can you post pictures of exactly what you got versus what you were supposed to get.

I agree with mobster. Your posts are a bit confusing.

I'm sure whatever is going on, it will be resolved and you'll end up happy.

i'm sure the team at umbrella will figure out what the deal is.
mistakes happen, i get orders mixed up with amazon all the time !
 
Umbrella has been a reliable source for many years.

Whatever is going on, will be taken care of. Just make sure you keep us updated.

I just posted a pic of the order confirmation which shows the PT as a spray. Here’s the deal, yes, I was a bit pissed yesterday and maybe a bit unreasonably so. Everyone on here seems to love these guys. This y first experience. I did send them an email and I’m sure they’ll fix it. Any order can go wrong, we’re all human. Especially during busy times around the holidays. I fuck up too, I didn’t even initially remember my order correctly in terms of whether 2 or 4 bottles were coming.

The proof is in the fixing. As quick as I was to be irritated I’ll also be the first one to shout their joys. I’m sure it will be fine. I was just a bit irritated in the sense that I haven’t ordered any PT 141 I quite a while and was really looking forward to it and being able to use it over the holidays while on some vacation days with Mrs Lawyerguy1 a/k/a The Small

On a positive note, I dug around in my bathroom drawer and lo and behold, an unopened, never used bottle of bacteriostatic water. So it’s all good, I can inject into these bottles, I don’t need to mix and transfer. Let the games begin.
 
Ok, it’s all good. Sorry for the alarm but it’ll be fine. Super Exercise Girl a/k/a The Small One, also a/k/a Super Grandma (grandma, yes) really likes the usefulness of PT141 though.

I can 100% understand being upset on anything that ever gets messed up.. thats called being human and we ALL do it.. but bro, seriously.. you have been here far long enough to know that things like this get handled so quickly when you just simply reach out and bring it to attention.. you are not new and know to simply message me and i handle shit quickly and it could have been done very easy for you... like i said, i get it, i do, because ive had plenty of things ive ordered from places , amazon, clothes, whatever it may be, get messed up and i initially get pissed but every single time i handle it like a pro and calm, businesses are quick and happy to help... the times ive flown off the rails, they dont help me at all...
 
Yes Dylan, they were contacted as soon as the issue was apparent. Don’t try telling me no contact unless you’re in their in-box to check. I’m sure it will resolve fine.

Thanks, I’m sure it will be fine but I appreciate the offer. If the forum stands behind them I know they’re quality. I was a bit overly pissed just based on the timing of my upcoming plans and the inconvenience. I know it will resolve.

I just spoke with the owner personally for you and was assured you will be sent an entire new order on them and it would be a priority tomorrow... I know how he works and he does not take anything like this lightly at all and that is why I have always had so much confidence in them. I also take it quite serious because if i am making a recommendation and someone makes me look foolish, as well as doing anything that could hurt a reputation amongst members, i take it very serious... So just let me know if there are other issues there but Im sure it will be handled properly

Gotcha, I only did a quick read and misinterpreted, I was just at a family 80th for the father in law. I appreciate very much that you reached out to me and with the owner. Admittedly I overreacted, sounds like it was a bad day on both ends of the equation with this one. It happens. And at the end of the day it’s making it right than counts far more than any initial unintentional mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes, not everyone steps up to the plate to correct them though and that’s what separates those who succeed from those who don’t.

Far more than many realize. Errors are unintentional, fixing things is an intentional act and a marker of success. At the end of the day this is far more an issue of me being a bad customer than it is any issue of Umbrella.


Four: It is clear that once again, the good guys win, and by that I mean Umbrella Labs. And so, thx!

The one and only. I’m fairly certain there are search terms on the internet devoted to women like her. This is the new 50. Her, not me, lol. I’m 51. She’s a pescatarian who basically never finishes meals, almost no alcohol, daily exercise, daily sunscreen, no surgical help or fillers, and we met in 2nd grade. In all seriousness though, my wife is the most loving, talented, grounded and amazing woman on earth. And yes, those are grandchildren, and all the pix are recent. ;)

Bro tip - never ever leave orders to 'just in time'. I literally posted a TD last week and most of that will not be used until the end of Jan.

Ended up finding I had some bacteriostatic water at home anyway so I could inject. One of the oxytocin bottles was empty but that's really an issue with who supplies Umbrella, an empty simply slipped into the shipment they get from their own supplier. It's not like they make the stuff.

@Lawyerguy1 I found umbrella labs personally to be best quality sarms, I have 3 clients using umbrella cardarine very happy with contest prep.
@dylangemelli really is the big force helping guys in the industry especially now with biohacking, teaching bodybuilders about health is huge.
