Approved Log Ongoing Training and Testosterone Cycle Log

Another update, few are far between at the moment but it’s the silly season so I’ve been flat out, few meals here and some training logs plus a video with the 57.5kg DUMBBELLS ON INCLINE. happy with how it moved
 
Another few and far between update for the log sorry for the delay busy time of the year and managed to get gastro before Xmas and haven’t been sticking to my deficit for he last 2 weeks. Still training hard and still on 250mg Test E per week. Looking to continue the deficit and continue to lean out I’m currently sitting at 96kg goal is to continue to track down to around 90kg depending on how I am looking the the plan is to reverse out on a proper cycle which will be my first actual cycle open for suggestions on this I wanna put on some quality tissue and hopefully compete end of year. Here is a back shot from my first session of 2025.

So @Trenhead3cc and myself trained some chest yesterday I will post a quick vid of a set of some chest flys and the rest of the session from the Hevy workout tracker.

Also one thing I am happy with is the top set of the incline bench 55kg dumbbells for 9 reps is a PB for me.

In terms of diet I have been on a diet break looking to go back into a deficit and continue to bring down the body fat ready for my first proper cycle in preparing for blast off 🚀

Okay, definitely, go with the coach suggests right now. You can always change things up later on.

Seeing some good sets and repetitions.
 
I like your rep range. Keeping it 10 to 15 reps.
 
Hammer Strength is one of the best exercises.

And I like how you added in some incline bench.
 
Make sure you are warming up Your shoulder is properly. Don't want you to get injured.
 
bench dip and incline bench press is solid.

No, need to push it longer. You don't want any irritation in your knees.

Keeping work out simple but keeping them fun is very important.

This way, you never get bored.

Impressive on the volume, you hit a lot of different areas.
 
I like how you cover your entire legs. You don't neglect anything. That's good.
 
Don't forget to post up your warm-up as well, especially on leg day.

Are you doing any stretching post workout?
Perfect time to do it is after like day.
 
Workout splits look pretty good. Keeps it fun and more hardcore.
