Okay so I tried to log a little today I will post todays leg session from my Hevy App shows everything.

I will also post current rig now bear in mind I am in a cut and wanting to get fat off but being natural for so long you can’t get big without a little extra chub.

And here is the meal plan for current cutting phase this is what I eat all day everyday besides 1 cheat meal a week with the missus. You gotta eat like a dog if you wanna make progress same shit every day and eat it like you love it.

I will get photos of Supps and explain them with food pics if you wanna see them

can you tell us a little bit more about your background as a nutritionist
what are some of the things that you've learned

can't wait to see your pictures
I'm sure at 100 kg you look amazing

can you tell us a little bit more about your background as a nutritionist
what are some of the things that you've learned
Yeah no worries bro here is a few dot points.

1. I learned that individual variability in diet is real: One of the first things I discovered was that there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to healthy eating. Each person’s nutritional needs, preferences, and tolerances are unique due to genetics, lifestyle, and medical history.

2. Understanding behavior and psychology became essential: I quickly realized that food choices are driven by more than just knowledge. Emotions, habits, and social influences play a huge role in how people eat. Developing skills in counseling and behavioral psychology became key for me to help clients make real changes.

3. Nutrition is all about balance, not perfection: I learned that promoting balance, moderation, and sustainability works better than pushing rigid diets or “perfect” eating habits. This approach helped clients make lasting, meaningful changes rather than chasing quick fixes.

4. The impact of social and cultural factors is significant: It didn’t take long for me to understand that culture, social norms, and economic situations shape people’s eating patterns. Tailoring my recommendations to fit someone’s cultural background and available resources became crucial for making realistic and relatable plans.

5. Communication skills are everything: I found out that being able to translate complex nutritional science into clear, simple advice was essential. Success in this field depends on my ability to communicate effectively, educate, and build trust with clients.

so you're only going to do 250 mg of testosterone?
that's not very much
Yeah bro my first ever cycle I’ve been on for about 12 weeks now I plan to do larger cycles and I am looking to compete in IFBB so obviously wanting to load up but looking for support and advice along the way
