Approved Log Ongoing Training and Testosterone Cycle Log

Looking good man. Back is nice and wide. I am definitely in to follow your log. It is nice to see someone get to your level of physique natty for so long just by grinding! If I had any suggestion it would be to run the test a little higher. I would go to 350-400mg per week.
 
Hello everyone just starting a log on here as I have been training for 10 years naturally, I feel I have a decent base and have now made the decision to come to the dark side making this to get peoples feedback and opinions on which compounds to run etc. I’m a personal trainer and nutritionist also so happy to give recommendations where I can also.

Height:175cm
Weight 100kg
Body fat 15% (rough guess)


Current Nutrition: Cutting Phase
Training Day - Cals:2600 Protein:270g Carbs:281 Fats:50

Rest Day - Cals 2200 Protein: 250g Carbs: 200 Fats: 50g

OTC Supplements: Triple Strength Omega 3 Fish Oil, Glucose Disposal Agent, Liver Support (Tudca), Creatine, WPI, Taurine, Digestive Enzymes, Vitamin D3, ShIlajit.

Current Super Supplements: Test E 250mg per week, Aromatise Inhibitor (Arimadex) 1 tab per week.

Training Split: 4-5 training days a week.

Monday: Chest triceps
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday Back Biceps
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Delts
Saturday: Legs
Sunday Rest/Arms

Back and a little bit of biceps tonight with the same old food eating like a dog and loving it also can feel myself leaning out well a few new veins tonight which was nice to see and also got a vid of a few deadlifts. Posting Hevy up here also so you can see the whole workout 🤝🏼💪🏼

I would love to see you abandon the straps that would build stronger forearm and wrist strength
I don't train with wraps or straps or belts or any of that stuff I just trained Raw save it for those who are training for Big Time strength like 6 or 700 lbs
