I am taking this weekly:
750mg Test E
400mg Mast
200mg EQ

And these orals daily:
25mg Winstrol
10mg MK677

I plan on running the Test, Mast, and EQ for a total of 20 weeks. I plan on running the Winstrol for probably like 40 days. I plan on taking the MK until I run out which is like 60 days worth.

I have run MK, Test, and EQ before. It’s my first time running Masteron and Winstrol. I get a lot of water retention in my face that I find makes me less attractive from taking testosterone, and the MK just made it worse so that’s why I wanted to add Masteron and Winstrol so I can dry out. And of course equipoise does not create water retention and can help with high E2. The EQ dose is low because I tried running it at 500mg alongside 600mg test and it gave me EXTREME anxiety literally within the first two weeks. I have been running the EQ this time with 200mg for about a month now and feel perfectly fine this time around. I am thinking about potentially raising the dose of EQ to 350mg after I get my estrogen checked next week. I just don’t want to tank it if it’s low right now. I am feeling good but I wanted to know what you guys think of the cycle? Anything you think should be tweaked, dropped, raised, etc? Let me know!

Currently I do not feel I have the time to track every macro and I am young so I just make sure I hit my protein every day (1g per lb of body weight at least) (I am 207 lbs morning weight at the moment 2/7/25). I eat all over the place. Fairlife milk, tyson chicken strips, ground beef and cheese bowls, chicken and cheese bowls, protein powder, mcdoubles, etc etc. Yes a lot of it is super processed and high fat, I know. I am super low carb because for some reason I just personally don’t crave them. I can eat cheese meat and milk all day long and feel completely satisfied. I have yet to commit to any specific bulk or cut. I just have slowly been packing on muscle for the past two years (i only started training two years ago).

I will attach photos of myself before starting test, 5 weeks into my first test cycle, and then now.

750mgs of testosterone is a high dose, you're likely going to aromatize a lot, have you checked your e2 levels?
are you using an Ai or SERM in there?
How about organ liver support like n2guard? or something as strong?

thats fair but it would be nice to get a rough idea on protein count at least. I think a lot of guys think they are taking "200-250 grams of protein" but when they track it its like 50-70 under very usual. I've train a lot of guys.

Thanks man! I take 75 g of protein in a protein shake every night, and I drink a full 52oz fairlife milk container every day or so (91g protein). This is on top of all the chicken I eat, all the cheese that I dump on the chicken, ground beef bowls, eggs, etc. And that is genuinely ALL I eat unless I go out to eat which is very rare bcs im a broke college student. And everytime I go out to eat I always choose the highest protein option. I literally don’t buy anything except chicken, beef, milk, cheese, fairlife, eggs, chicken strips, etc from the grocery store. On a rare occasion ill buy potato chips bcs thats my one vice (besides chicken strips obviously.)

Yes I do. Not as much as a should but I aim for 10-20 mins a day of high intensity cardio. I don’t jave any sponsors but I would love some because I am way too broke too afford all this shit.

Still waiting on results or can you share?

I'm guessing youre in the US based on you drinking 52oz of something, so the US based boys will have better suggestions as far as specifics. And i think you guys have way more sups that incorporate heaps into one tablet which makes it way easier.

But based on what youre on you have a few main areas- cardiovascular and lipids, liver (winstrol), estrogen and prolactin, kidney and blood pressure, joint and tendon (winstrol again) and sleep and recovery (mk-677).

Essentials would probably be citris bergamot, omega3s, coq10, TUDCA, NAC, B6, berberine, electrolites, collagen and Vit C.

Be good to consider niacin, aspron, milk thistle, magnesium glycinate, melatonin, ashwaganda and glucosamine

I am now taking berberine for cholesterol, fish oil, magnesium, i ordered Telmisartan, HCTZ, and Cialis for blood pressure but that comes in early March, Vitamin C and D, TUDCA for liver support I am drinking way more water and taking an iron supplement, lowering saturated fats and sodium, increasing cardio, and I lowered the Mast to 300 and and keeping the EQ at 200 and the test at 750 because of low E2. Before I made this post I had been running 600 test, 400 MAST, and 200 EQ and I think that’s what crushed my E2 levels. I feel better now. I knew it wouldn’t be the best bloodwork bcs I didn’t add anything to prevent damage. I wanted to see how my body reacted first.

but this is one of the WORST blood work I've seen in a while. Your creatine levels are insane, your alt/ast are off the chart (max middle usually) and many other health issues. You urgently need organ liver support like n2guard and you urgently need to cut your doses.
Your body is already breaking and you're in your 20s, if you keep doing this kidney failure is on the horizon. Check Bostin Lloyd and @MONSTRO here on our forums.

that ast needs addressed immediately dude, how do u feel overall ? Because my ast was once at 100 and it caused stomach pain so bad i had to go into the hospital, it caused pancreatic issues ( dont drink at all, they thought i had liver failure at first, turned out the ast being so crazy high caused my issues, i ended up eating all organic lots of fruits veggies and liver supplements and it took months, eventually i healed and went back to well within range numbers, this was years ago when it happened to me and mine was from running two sarms cycles back 2 back

Thats why i like utilizing more mild compounds and running low doses, its more for peace of mind and harm reduction most my cycles are 700mg or less, majority of my bloods ive posted have been really good minus a few issues, guys think we arent helping when we say low doses, we mean it because this can get out of control fast.

after reading this, i ordered milk thistle and NAC to add to the TUDCA and decided to stop taking the winstrol for now.

you should be working with a cardiologist. And be open with them about your steroid use.
 
But honestly, you have a lot of room to improve your diet.

All that If It Fits your Macros food is not paying off for you, right?
 
Stop eating the junk food and the process crap.

Also, I think the dairy is not doing you any favors either.
 
eating junk food and fast Food is going to hammer your body on the inside. This is why your blood work is so messed up.
 
Once you clean up your diet,

it will really take the edge off your arteries and your heart.
 
Definitely a bad diet will throw off your cholesterol in its own right. Add in the steroid use and it's a recipe for disaster.
 
You definitely have room to improve.

Taking more time off between Cycles is also crucial. The good news is you have a very good looking physique.

That might work but there is a lot more ingredients for organ liver support. Also you need to cut the doses to get only and 250mgs until you clean up your blood work @ethan.driver
 
I'd expect to see Creatine levels high (in reality Creatinine - the waste product). That's due to working out and high protein.

Its the gear usage mixed with working out and stressing the body out, honestly man i would come completely off and dextox or pct at this point, think about the health first and foremost, bloodwork for the age you are at isn't good, you need to rest and reset, i thinking going off for a while is the best option, contiune with supplements to aid and organs, eat suoer clean stay hydrated and retest bloods in 3 months and see if any improvements are made. This kind of thing if gone unchecked and you keep running gear with these numbers, it can have life long lasting impacts, health is wealth and gear will always be here to run, trust me from my own experience, take the time off brother.

I did see it. While I admit I maybe missed something, right now with your blood work objective, you should drop all gear down to 250mgs testosterone/week cruise self-TRT and you can manage it from there.

So my bloodwork came in, and here it is. I AM ONLY POSTING WHAT WAS OUT OF RANGE. I will attach a screenshot of what was tested for as well. I am now taking berberine for cholesterol, fish oil, magnesium, i ordered Telmisartan, HCTZ, and Cialis for blood pressure but that comes in early March, Vitamin C and D, TUDCA for liver support I am drinking way more water and taking an iron supplement, lowering saturated fats and sodium, increasing cardio, and I lowered the Mast to 300 and and keeping the EQ at 200 and the test at 750 because of low E2. Before I made this post I had been running 600 test, 400 MAST, and 200 EQ and I think that’s what crushed my E2 levels. I feel better now. I knew it wouldn’t be the best bloodwork bcs I didn’t add anything to prevent damage. I wanted to see how my body reacted first.

Have you checked your blood pressure at all?

Thick blood can be a big issue, what were your levels pre cycle?

I dropped the winstrol and dropped the test dose to 500, the mast dose to 300, the EQ dose to 150, and I added low dose tren ace at 100mg a week. I have been taking all of my health supps and blood pressure medication and have been doing LOADS of cardio, I fixed my diet, and I feel way better. Here is my physique today.

I think you'll be fine, man. Everybody has bad blood work. Most people just keep their head in the sand.

hows your bp now?
it’s genuinely been my favorite compound i’ve ever added. the mental AND physical effect i get from it is insane. i feel more confident, happier, energetic, stand up for myself more, but not aggressive. none of the crazy jealousy or other things people say you get. probably because i don’t have a gf rn. my bp is in the 130s and 70s. Way better than before.
 
You might need angioplasty and another 5 or 10 years might want to talk to your cardiologist about that.
 
Important to stay off the steroids and get your numbers back to normal

if you want to live a longer life.
