Current update as of 3 days just injecting npp at the full dose of 100mg anxiety level is normal, that is excellent news, as i can control it alot better, only time i notice small/medium spikes in anxiety was after my hard training session tonight, which is now small/normal levels of anxiety which is much more controllable.
The next experiment coach has me doing is full 50mg proviron dose after eating 1 full meal on Thursday, Friday 150mg total proviron dose, Saturday 250mg proviron dose these days will be only taking proviron nothing else. My coach wants to see if it spikes my anxieties to an uncontrollably and uncomfortable level.
I will be reporting each day mutiple times a day to my coach what i am experiencing as we contiune the compound elimination testing to find the root cause.
In other news i had a great pull day, training took place at 9:30pm split my cardio again stairs for 20 minutes pre, Incline treadmill for post cardio for a total of 40 minutes.
My forearms have seen big improvements both in muscle shape and in vascularity, ive been working hard on bringing them up, since my biceps are on the bigger side, for physique reason's i need to bring as much proportion as possible.

I come bringing gifts, i had my bloodwork done February 28th at 2pm all bloods done in a fasted state. I feel it is a waste since i had to stop the cycle for a while, i will explain down below why i did.
I apologize for going ghost on everyone these last 3 weeks or so. I unfortunately started to feel off and it progressed into Influenza A. This was a nasty flu, i just now have fully recovered, this one took alot out of me and set me back by alot for 2025.
I dropped all gear besides a trt dose of 150mg a week and 20mg of proviron a day, wanted to play it safe, so i only took what i needed, let my immune system recoup and recover as best it could, been doing 500mcg of bpc157 daily as well to boost immune system as well.
I have not worked out for 3 weeks time, this upcoming monday i will be training for the first time, i will be backing off alot this first few weeks, so i dont push into an injury. Goal is make it through the first week or 2 and restart my cycle.
I will admit alot is going on in my head right now thoughts wise, i feel my endeavors of becoming lean and shredded again will never happen, ive been doubting myself alot recently, it just feels like i will never recapture the magic i once had and reach the places i want to get into again, i need to shake it off and refocus myself.
Lately i look in the mirror and just dont like what i see, and its messing with me more than i should let it, i know this is a long process and i need to trust in that process, but damn do i feel not good enough right now, nonetheless i push on and get back to work.

I dont quit and haven't quit, i also have to speak what is on my mind and what i am feeling, this is the hardest jounery from a mental standpoint for me, i am so used to working out for myself and having no pressure, now ive put so much pressure on becoming successful and mastering my craft and passion, it is becoming a mental roadblock at times as i try and progress forward.
Mentally ive suffered alot and i have only just begun, its a very selfish thing body building and trying to figure it all out, trying to explain it to someone in the real world is impossible, they dont understand because they arent deep into and dont have the same mentality as we would and do.
Someone said to me recently, why do u do this if you are suffering, i said you wouldn't understand, you have no idea what it is like trying to become the best at something and be better than anyone else, to be a winner, to say i was better than x amount of other people and the best in my class.
person said you are doing it for pride, i said pride is part of it, a small part, the large part is showing myself i have what it takes to be the best at something even for one day, to say i did that, i won, i worked day and night for years and years to get here and i became relentless and proved myself right that i can do this.
The hard part is outside of evo no one understands how i feel what i feel or the pain, sadness, happiness my triumphs my downfalls, its a very isolation type mindset and environment, if you arent ready for it, it will consume you.

As much as i dont like taking more thsn 2 weeks off, i was projectile vomiting so i dont think working out was in the cards for me.Try not to take more than 2 weeks away. Anything more and it really sets you backwards.
I haven't run anything besides test cyp at 150mg a week and 20mg proviron a day, i took off from the npp and mast for 3 weeks due to being sick. At sometime later this year i will check it all again.Might want to check your cholesterol levels again.
Check it, especially when you're off. Or a cruising.

I don't believe your belegas is overdosed. If anything it's under dosed. I would expect a test number of well over 1500 on 300mg.

Thats what i was trying to say when i originally posted my labs after my para cycle was completed, i know some people believed me, alot of people did not, in my opinion. I even posted labs on me on 200mg of pharma grade test showing i was well over 1000 ng/dl i know how my body responds with certain doses as ive been on trt since my early/mid 30s it is and never was my intentions to cause drama or stir up shit, i knew than like i know now something was off with that para test cycle, i have to be truthful for members and myself at the end of the day, so i can help other's. I still got great results and progressed alot with the para cycle, and i enjoyed it, just wish it would have been dosed at the correct 250mg/mlOk then the para was severely under dosed.

I just got my bloods back today, went in little after noon time yesterday so they could be drawn i was fasting for 12 hours for these labs. I will post photos of old.labs and new labs for testosterone numbers.
Somethings to note which are interesting in my opinion which i will list below.
Last cycle i ran was 300 test & 300 primo, this time around after getting the flu, i dropped everything besides 150mg shot of test a week with 20mg proviron a day.
I am unsure if belgias is overdosed or just that damn good, my previous total test was 926 on 300mg of test, this time around i came in well over 1000 ng/dl
Other thing of note, without primo my shbg is low 30s on primo it was 25, other thing of note, on primo estradiol was 16.7 without primo my estrogen is sitting high at 51, no sides or symptoms with the estrogen being higher, unless sore joints and muscles count as a side ? Sore elbows knees etc, muscle soreness, unless my flu is just still lingering around.
My free test with primo and test was 251.3, with test and proviron it is sitting at 264.
The belgias brand so far has not disappointed me at all, i was shocked when my numbers came back, thought man is proviron really that good even at just 20mg a day,
also side note doctor said my test was overdosed and wants me to drop into 100mg a week, obviously that is not what im doing.
I did buy all my food for meal prep, so things i need to do to get back on track and into the gym, back on n2guard meal prep take it slow and get back into it, just still fighting some body soreness.
Old labs on 300mg test & primo tests from December all done fasting 12 hours.
I will post old labs first then new labs after, old labs are from last December, new labs are from February 6 2025. The old labs i was on 300mg test & primo, new labs 150mg test & 20mg proviron daily. The new labs no ai is being utilized, it does prove with my old labs my body does utilize primo as a sufficient AI replacement when i run it

@RoidRage69 its not as black and white as this, exogenous testosterone injections can have different effects on different days and different absorptions, especially he was sick for weeks. it would be impossible to tell full gear mg/ml dosing from a blood test unless it was very bad (crashed levels). My experience with client has been, day of test, how they rest, when they injected, they wbc and more factors play a role in a blood test outcome.Ok then the para was severely under dosed.

3 weeks leading into this test i only have done 150mg a week which i measure and make sure is as close to 150mg as possible, i utilize a dose calculator as well to double check.
Even without the 20mg off proviron daily, i would be over around 1000 ng/dl i have old bloods to show it.
My injection of 150mg of test cyp was Monday night test was Thursday afternoon, i also only slept 4 hours the day of that blood work.
Which ever way we slice it, it makes no sense imo that 150mg test with a small dose of proviron would give me higher readings then 300mg of test and 300mg of primo would.
Now i could be wrong but i truly believe i am not in this case as i know my body and what my average readings have been for years now as i have bloods dating back to 2020 on everything from 125, 150, 200, 250, 300 for the test mg if you include my cycle blood work ive run.
Now that para cycle is in the past so it doesn't matter anymore, for the context of my current blood work, 150 scoring higher than 300 makes no sense.

If the 300mg batch used a carrier oil that your body doesn’t absorb well, that could explain the lower numbers. Its possible with MCT especially.

4) Injection Timing, What does matter! is the timing of your injection vs. the blood draw. A Monday night pin with a Thursday afternoon test is roughly 2.5 days post-injection, meaning levels are already declining, and your metabolism of the hormone is not clear here as well.

Today marked my first official day back in the gym after 4 weeks off from sickness, man it felt good pump was off the charts.
Ive been in the lab calculating and putting in work with meal prepping, i got 30 new containers tonight so i can truly massive prep my food.
This marks day 1 of my official comeback, and here we go..

Lev ad much as i respect you brother, i disagree it physically makes zero sense that 300mg of test would only produce 926 total ng/dl but 150mg produces 1,154 ng/dl if i was sick my immune system would be compromised, wouldn't that give me a worse reading ?
3 weeks leading into this test i only have done 150mg a week which i measure and make sure is as close to 150mg as possible, i utilize a dose calculator as well to double check.
Even without the 20mg off proviron daily, i would be over around 1000 ng/dl i have old bloods to show it.
My injection of 150mg of test cyp was Monday night test was Thursday afternoon, i also only slept 4 hours the day of that blood work.
Which ever way we slice it, it makes no sense imo that 150mg test with a small dose of proviron would give me higher readings then 300mg of test and 300mg of primo would.
Now i could be wrong but i truly believe i am not in this case as i know my body and what my average readings have been for years now as i have bloods dating back to 2020 on everything from 125, 150, 200, 250, 300 for the test mg if you include my cycle blood work ive run.
Now that para cycle is in the past so it doesn't matter anymore, for the context of my current blood work, 150 scoring higher than 300 makes no sense.

Today marked my first official day back in the gym after 4 weeks off from sickness, man it felt good pump was off the charts.
Ive been in the lab calculating and putting in work with meal prepping, i got 30 new containers tonight so i can truly massive prep my food.
This marks day 1 of my official comeback, and here we go..
I cooked a bunch of food for my return, including a tasty protein pudding i made with lactose free milk, zero sugar vanilla pudding and chocolate flavored protein for a nice snack i can eat once a day.

I am staying with my tradional ppl split, i modified as i wont be pushing myself much for the first 2-3 weeks easy cardio, resistance training will be lighter in weight lifted to get my body back into the swing of things.

i hope everyone is doing well today and having a good weekend. I felt really good tonight and strong in certain movements, my strength has bounced back alot already after being sick and off the gym for a while.
Coach upped my dose of test cyp from 150mg into 250mg a week, he might push it into 300mg, we will see what his plan is, also started 6.75mg Aromasin EOD. When i dont use primo my estrogen gets high, so to counteract possibly of sides, playing it safe with some AI in the mix.
I improved my weighted dips, i could have done more than 8 on my last set, but im following my program, i will have plenty of time to push further in the future. I will say in general im better at decline bench 315lbs is my max on decline, flat bench always been a weak point for me. I will say i feel stronger overall, ive improved all my lifts alot from last week.
I just recently started flat barbell benching again, so it will take a while to get better from a technical position and a strength one, 230lbs for 4 clean reps while not flat benching much, it is a good start.
This might sound weird, when i run anything even just test, i feel more confident attempting lifts i otherwise would be more hesitant and less confident on, so its good from a mental stance to push myself within reason and go for it.
Currently weighing in at 225.7lbs right now, spring is quickly approaching and it makes me excited because my cut is visibly on the horizon now, im tired of carrying the excess weight, a change will be nice for me, as ive always enjoyed being leaner and more vascular, i also feel better overall carrying less weight around.
Even though im no where near lean yet, which for me will be between 185lbs-195lbs in that range, im pleased with the shape and minor vascularity im seeing at 225lbs, gives me hope and excitement for what i will look like when lean. The delts, shoulders, bicep and forearm area have shaped up decently, much work to still accomplish, i feel good with my progression that is what matters most.
