Legs are perfect to failure too, any plank work?
 
Alot of people take way too much tren. 100-200mg a week is all that’s needed
I like under 100mg. Don't need much for it to shine. And not deal with any sides
 
I'm starting to wonder f you can go longer with less Tren. Instead of blasting 8 weeks with 250mg per week how about 16 weeks with 100mg?
If you microdose and use ancillaries I think you can go much longer on trenbolone.

My legs are extremely sore from my last workout which is a great sign as intensity in the gym is getting back to normal with the extra food and less steps. Tren is about to be lowered slightly in preparation for dropping it after this reverse phase.

How are you finding 80mcg of clen daily? Sides arent too full on? Did you taper up to this amount? And are you doing 2 on 2 off or just running it steady?
Tapered up from 40 then to 80. No issues at 80 and I run it everyday

Had my check in and we have increased calories again by 200 for this last week of the reverse. Weight has been moving up but just want it to not move to much. Still trying manage some fatigue from the extended low calories

Calories went up a few hundred from Wednesday and weight has finally moved up. Trained with the Mrs last night and snapped a posing pic with her for once. We only get to see each other once a month so nice to get a session in with her.
