Hey all,

Firstly, very excited to be able to share the next part of my journey in collaboration with @RhinoUGL ~

This will be a bit of a long first post, it will serve as an introduction to myself and where I am currently at, and what led me here. Posts moving forward will be more digestible.

I’m new to this forum, but have been on other Aussie PED forums for years, looking forward to getting to know some of you guys better.

Over the course of this blog I intend to provide insight into my current journey of getting back into fitness and bodybuilding, after a lengthy stint away from the sport.

Let’s get this started with a backstory.

I unfortunately fell into the trap of slacking off on fitness due to rapid career progression that started in 2019. As I climbed further up the ranks in the corporate world, my free time and desire to workout faded. I traded my physique for a sickening excel skillset. My career drive completely diminished any drive for physique goals, resulting in me not touching a weight since the start of 2022.

Mid-way through 2024, my mindset started to shift and I really started to resent the fact I had let something I was so passionate about slip away. Felt as though I’d never get back to where I was etc and there wasn’t much point in starting the journey again, we all likely know this feeling to some degree right? And all for what? A better salary? Fuck that. I lost all my muscularity and got skinny fat(beta cuck).

Decided I wanted my life back so I resigned from the “dream” job with the dream salary and I’ve been happy asf since. More time and more smiles.

I started training again at the start of October. Immediately loved it. Why did I ever stop? Here’s my approx starting stats.

Height - 6ft2”
Weight -99.6kgs
Body fat - 22% (gauged by eye)

Continued training like this in a calorie deficit, steadily losing weight. Knew I’d want to run a cycle again down the track so I made the call to self administer TRT until I was ready to run gear.

That brings us to current day, Feb 2025. Here’s my current stats;

Weight - 85.5kgs
Body fat - 10% (gauged by eye, pictures to come soon)

Net loss of 14.1kgs over the course of 15 weeks so far. Strength of all lifts has rocketed up and muscularity has increased dramatically(thank you muscle memory). Very happy with how training has gone so far.

Now let’s talk our favourite - Drugs!

I have 5 weeks left as of tomorrow on this fat loss phase, and I wanted to run a short but sweet 5ish week cycle, just to see how my body responds before moving into a mass phase.

I stumbled onto EVO while on sourcing endeavours and noticed @RhinoUGL on here distributing Beligas in Australia, one of the if not THE most well renowned labs on the international market.

Here the cycle I have lined up, all goods have been purchased through Rhino himself, and are due for delivery any day now.

Weeks 1-4:

- Test E - 175mg/week
- Mast P - 400mg/week
- Tren A - 25mg/week
- Stanozolol - 50mg/daily

Weeks 4-5:

- Test E - 175mg/week
- Mast P - 400mg/week
- Tren A - 25mg/week
- Stanozolol - 100mg/daily

Tren being only 25mg/week is just something I’m copy and pasting from Vigourous Steve. He claims he had minimal sides with a surprising amount of anabolism with this protocol. Thought I’d give it a go.

I think this cycle should really tighten my conditioning and give me a good idea of what I’ll need to be working on.

I do plan on competing on stage at some point, likely late 2026. Competitor side of things is something I know almost nothing about at this time, though hopefully I can learn from many of the contributors on this forum.

Great start to your log brother! Looking forward to following your journey here. Will be interested to see how you go microdosing the Tren as well. All looks good here on my end, will be great to see you kicking some goals! In it for the long haul huh?! That's what we like to see! 💪:cool:

The team here on EVO will have lots of advice and support to offer as you go.

The best advice I can give you, is don't give up and even on the days you feel like having a day off, if you're looking to compete just remember someone else is in there training their ass off even though they didn't want to hit the gym that day either so push yourself, keep at it, and the hard work will show. This is going to serve as a huge motivation for the other members here on EVO as well seeing your transformation.

Following brother only suggestion is I don’t think 100mg of Stan is needed or healthy for you.

Thanks Tommo! Noted brother, I had only put the last week up to 100mg as to “peak”. But considering yourself and Rhino have both advised against 100mgs I’ll be sensible and keep it at 50mg the whole way through.

Following great progress agree with others oral stana 50mg is plenty.

If anything you could probably up test to 200-250mg

you are leaner then 12%. i would peg you at sub 10% for sure

Is that gyno in one of the photos posted or is my eyes playing tricks on me ?

Belgias is fantastic, im currently utilizing bpc157, test cyp, npp and mast with my 10 week bridge.

Unfortunately your eyes are locked in. My right nipple has some tissue under it, had it since puberty. You are however the first person to ever notice it, or at least say something haha.
 
Happens to the best of us @apizzaguy , if only the Doc gave the young guns some Clomid or Nolva when experiencing symptoms like this during puberty further tissue development could have been prevented/treated. Most GPs wouldnt even have a clue where to start with this kind of stuff here in Aus to be fair. Lots of teenagers going through the same thing probably right now as we speak. Not to worry though bro, there are a couple of good Surgeons around if you feel like it bothers you, I know a lot of guys who don't really care to much but one thing is it can effect you later on down the track with prostate etc so definitely worth having it looked at and possibly removed in due course. In Aus, its roughly about 10k for gyno surgery. May be cheaper elsewhere, worth paying the extra $ for quality treatment here though in my opinion. It will be less noticeable the more lean muscle mass you put on in your pectorial region, but still worth getting it looked at at some stage to prevent issues down the road.

It does look like gyno and I noticed it right away as well bro, you should start tamoxifen asap on it 40mgs ed so dont use trenbolone for now

We cant have you looking your best for shows if we arent honest and point things out brother, no ill will or harm intended, i care more about making sure you take care of your body and health while on the journey, only reason why i pointed it out, it was the first thing i noticed, followed by an incredible build, it is just that one gyno spot that needs addressed if possible.

170 lbs and 5'10". I think you have a lot of room to bulk from here. You'll have good results. Trust me.
 
50 mg. A week of testosterone is way too low. You should find another doctor and go on 100 mg.

Looking great brother! Great frame to start with.
I did notice the slight gyno also but very slightly.
Good mate of mine got gyno as a kid and ended up having a mastectomy.
He's jumped on low dose of test and his E2 went through the roof - guessing just very sensitive to it. Make sure you get your bloods checked to keep that e2 at bay 🙌

Saturday - 08/02/2025 UPDATE:

Unfortunately on Thursday morning I woke up and had come down with an illness, some sort of flu. It has knocked me around quite a bit, so I have intuitively taken training off until Monday. Hopefully this will allow the body to get back to fit and healthy, ready for the last 5 weeks of this cut.

I thought I’d take this chance to go through my current OTC supp/support stack.

Fish Oil - EPA & DHA: A must have in my opinion, unless you eat a lot of salmon etc. Supports heart health, eye health and brain function for that cognition enhancement.

Iron: I only really need this towards the end of a diet phase, when food is super restricted. Helps with fatigue and overall tiredness.

Milk Thistle: I take a 50,000mg pill of this whenever I’m on anything. Helps with liver detoxification process.

Vitamin B-12: 1.2mg of B-12 first thing in the morning, year round. This supports your body’s energy production systems as well as our CNS and SNS. If you are prone to anxiety like myself, this helps.

Melatonin: Assists with getting to sleep, this has been life changing for me. I have chronic insomnia most of my life. Tried everything under the sun from THC to even benzodiazepines. No other option has been as efficient or sustainable as melatonin for me.


That’s all I’m taking at this minute, when I hop on cycle next week I will add in TUDCA at 1000mg daily and NAC at 2000mg daily.

I will update with current diet and training program before commencing the cycle, which is looking like approx Wednesday if the body is ready to go.

Apologies for the inactivity in this thread. I unfortunately got really sick last week and had to have a bit of time away. But back on board and back into the swing of things now.

Started the cycle on Monday, today is Friday so 4.5 days in and results so far have been great. Energy and performance in the gym has gone up despite being in the later stages of a cut. Fullness and vascularity off the charts. Here’s the gear I’m running, all Beligas supplied from @RhinoUGL

-Test E @ 125mg p/wk
-Mast P @ 400mg p/wk
-Tren A @ 25mg p/wk
- Winstrol Suspension @ 50mg p/day

All oils have pinned smooth as butter, zero PIP or inflammation, as expected with Beligas which uses MCT as the carrier oil. Winstrol suspension being water based hurts like a motherfucker, but that’s as advertised anyway.

I’m now 4 weeks away from the end of this cut, caloric intake has just been moved down to 1750 per day. Likely won’t have any need to go lower than this. My last refeed is tonight, Valentine’s Day dinner with the Mrs.

Cardio: Currently am doing a fasted 45 minute walk in the morning, and another 45 minute walk in the afternoon. This week I’ve also added 4x weekly 30 minute bike rides, I may increase/decrease this depending on how quickly the scale moves.

Training: 8 day split, 3 on 1 off, 3 on 1 off. It looks like this;

Push
Pull
Legs
Rest
Chest/Back
Shoulder/Arms
Legs
Rest

Somehow still progressing in most lifts, likely a combination of muscle memory from previous years of training and the gear.

Overall I’m feeling great for how little food I’m consuming and how much energy expenditure I’m currently doing. Looking forward to the cut ending and putting some decent size on my frame though.

The Winstrol and Mast are doing doing great, keeping me nice and dry, I love the look. Even with Tren at only 25mg per week I definitely notice it’s there, I have to watch my attitude at times lol, and it also makes my gyno swell up, but goes back down after I discontinue use. After this I think I’ll retire from Tren, but many men have said that before.

Apologies for the inactivity in this thread. I unfortunately got really sick last week and had to have a bit of time away. But back on board and back into the swing of things now.

Started the cycle on Monday, today is Friday so 4.5 days in and results so far have been great. Energy and performance in the gym has gone up despite being in the later stages of a cut. Fullness and vascularity off the charts. Here’s the gear I’m running, all Beligas supplied from @RhinoUGL

-Test E @ 125mg p/wk
-Mast P @ 400mg p/wk
-Tren A @ 25mg p/wk

Training wise I hit the bigger muscle groups like chest, back and legs with about 9-12 sets per workout, with about 50% of them taken to failure. Reps depends on the exercise, but generally I like to sit around the 8-12 area, on squats or dead’s I’ll go as low as 6.

Stuff like arms and shoulders seem to respond better for me with higher volume and frequency, so I’ll usually sit anywhere between 12-25 reps, again this is exercise dependant. Pretty much every set for arms I will take past failure with drop-sets or other intensity techniques etc.

Once I move into a growth phase I’m planning on running John Meadows “Gamma Bomb” program, I’m really looking forward to this program as I’ve heard great things about his programs….RIP John

Melatonin works really well. You should also try wearing some blue blockerglasses though. That will naturally increase melatonin.

I haven't heard of an eight-day split, but that's really cool doing 3 on and 1 off.

I’ve really enjoyed this spilt, having PPL then switching into more of a traditional BB spilt has helped keep it from getting monotonous.

An interesting week so far boys.

Finally made the call to shave my head, the Beligas Masterone and Winstrol basically immediately thinned out what was remaining haha. I’m actually pleasantly surprised how it looks, I know the image doesn’t give too much away but I feel as though my face shape suits being bald. See how I feel in a couple months though, a trip to turkey could be on the cards.

Diet still going strong, loving how I’m looking at the moment. I should have some progress photos on Saturday. I’ve really dried out substantially this week, still pushing good weight but being mindful to not overdo it the leaner and drier I get.

Diet/prep brain is real, I’ve been so cognitively out of it this week. Thank god for my amazing GF, she’s basically assisted me through this week.

Hunger is getting crazy, but 21 days out as of today, cannot wait for decent refeed. One day at a time.

You're smart to shave your head, don't need to worry about it. @apizzaguy Looks good but put sunblock on it for at least a month.
 
Sun block for sure haha it’s the middle of summer here, and I can feel how sensitive my scalp is to UV through a hat.

Current condition 3 weeks out(not competing, just a practice).

Thank god for these weekly photo check ins as I’ve been extremely susceptible to body dysmorphia this week. I keep thinking I’m not losing fat and getting skinny fat, but comparing this weeks check in to last weeks I’m very happy with the results.

Libido is completely gone, however morning wood is still around so at least everything is operational downstairs.

Sleep is so trashed as well, getting about 2x 2-3 hour spells of sleep per night. Anxiety comes and goes but I’m getting good at riding it out now.

3 weeks more weeks of a hard push, then the plan is to cruise and get the health in check before moving on to a potential 18-24 month growth phase. I really need to get my legs to come up, they’ve suffered hard during this cut. @Pigsy with the leg inspiration.

your hormones are still changing so obessing over where they are at makes no sense. you don't finish fully developing until your late 20's

Melatonin is in my current sleep stack. I’d love to be sleeping better, but a lot of what I’ve read and guys I’ve talked to all seem to concur that quality of sleep is going to be affected during the latter stages of a cut. It’s absolutely not ideal, but it’s also a sacrifice I’m willing to make for another couple weeks to meet my goals.

When we get super depleted, esp low low carbs, our head can go. That's when a good coach is worth their weight in gold

It's definitely an issue in bodybuilding. Wish more people would acknowledge it.

Couldn’t agree more, we all go through it and if left untreated it can cause some pretty serious issues with our relationships with food, body image and overall mental health.

Just a part of the game we play unfortunately.

Body dysmorphia and body image issues are #1 in our industry, and very few openly discuss the issues. @apizzaguy
They are real and they can be bad for many, but body image issue also drive us to greatness and success.
