then dont cold turkey off ozempic, start slowly cutting down doses and frequency over next 2-3 weeks as we recomp into a growth phase here

I've essentially just stopped tracking for the day once I hit 250gm of protein and 80gm of fat. I've found this to be more sustainable short term while I grind the rest of the cycle out.

Drank roughly 80 ounces of water today.
It's been a few weeks since I had a cheat meal so I decided to grab some pizza today. Some Jet's Hawaiian 4 corner pizza.
I'll add in some psyllium husk, I had forgotten for a while, this stomach bug was a good reminder.
E2 came back high, I guess I need to up my dose of Adex. Was at 0.25mg M and F

Roughly 100 ounces of water today. Got my protein in early, wasn't super hungry but noticed how low my carbs were for the day so grabbed some quick carbs for pre-bedtime.
