Oh I missed that, I'll take a look at them, right now the needling and graston did the trick, it also gave me a good cue of when I was using the wrong muscle for rear peck deck! I'll keep this in the back pocket though. Regardless, I'm hesitant to add something else to the stack right now.

Debating swapping to a bulk for the last 5 weeks of this cycle, if I cut my Ozempic even more (or cut completely) would I realistically see a benefit with the last 5 weeks?

How many calories and what macros should I target?

Or just save the bulk for next cycle...

I would NOT swap to a bulk honestly bro
stay with the plan we had, finish out the 5 weeks
then dont cold turkey off ozempic, start slowly cutting down doses and frequency over next 2-3 weeks as we recomp into a growth phase here
not bulk but recomp so you dont get jacked up fat right

I haven't stopped just gotten busy.

I've essentially just stopped tracking for the day once I hit 250gm of protein and 80gm of fat. I've found this to be more sustainable short term while I grind the rest of the cycle out.

All lifts have gotten lighter so I've increased weights, tendons and shoulder are feeling good.

4 more weeks of grinding to go then deload.

Lol, generally anytime I've drank gallons for more than 2 days I've just felt bloated, but I'll see what I can do :)

It's been a few weeks since I had a cheat meal so I decided to grab some pizza today. Some Jet's Hawaiian 4 corner pizza.

I'll add in some psyllium husk, I had forgotten for a while, this stomach bug was a good reminder.

@Likwid love your cheat meal :D you have to cheat at least every 1-2 weeks. And the digestive aids dont forget to take psyllium probiotics and digestive enzymes.
 
@Likwid thats very high! for 2 weeks go to 0.5mgs arimidex Mon/Wed/Fri and in 2 weeks we will cut the dose down but spike it now please.
Do you have aromasin?
No aromasin, only Arimidex, if there's a significant improvement by having Aromasin instead I can probably get my doctor to prescribe it
 
I'm a big believer in keeping your estrogen in line that was not my position many years ago
By having looked through so much blood work over the years I really think that keeping your estrogen on point is a smart decision

arimidex is fine just up the dose and go for the plan.

You don't want to crash your estrogen too much.
 
You can also add some bone broth to your supplement list. That will help your joints as well.

I am worried that tripling my dose from 0.5mg per week to 1.5mg per week might crash my E2 so I'm thinking I might do 0.5mg M and F and 0.25mg on W and evaluate in 2 weeks
 
Get your estrogen back down, man.

You don't want to end up growing titties, right?
 
My limited understanding is that Aromasin is a suicidal AI, so it has a higher risk to permanently fuck your E2 compared to Adex.... But that's very limited understanding

Roughly 100 ounces of water today. Got my protein in early, wasn't super hungry but noticed how low my carbs were for the day so grabbed some quick carbs for pre-bedtime.

Also, added in a little bit of HGH that I plan to keep running after cycle to try to keep as much of my gains as possible when I inevitably go back into a deficit.
