We haven't even started yet... I think if we started, I would feel a bit better strength wise as well and it would help me lose more fat.

You've been in ketosis for a few days, that means that you're doing something right. That's a good sign.

You will never go wrong with more cardio but I think an hour a day is perfect.

Yep, I have been up and down but most definitively been in ketosis for a while since I have spend about 5 days last week in a 24 hour water fast as well.

I am doing 15 mins pre and 15 mins post work out cardio on top of my mid day kickboxing and jujitsu (which is 4 days a week) Swimming is also a part of it.
where do you want to work with personal training?

just go ask them what they would like to see so you know.
I was thinking about getting a certificate just to have it tbh. And then many I can do some part time stuff in the future...

You need to be on this level of ketosis for 2 weeks for real good fat loss, long term @zucchini

ust came home from training:
Chest:

Treadmill 3 speed 3 incline 15 mins

Flat barbell press: 2x10 185lbs 1x5 205 lbs
Decline barbell press: 3x10 185lbs 1x2 225lbs
Seated machine press: 3x10 130lbs
Pec dec: 3x10 160
Cable flyes: 3x10 40lbs each side

Treadmill 3 speed 3 incline 15 mins

So I am on a 30 mins (2 splits of 15 mins) cardio. How much more should I add? mind you, I also have kickboxing and jujitsu 4 days a week where jujitsu is a bit more technical and slow paced while Kickboxing is high paced cardio.
Add 15min more cardio, even with BJJ and kickboxing.

@LevButlerov is the ISSA certificate worth it? I kindda wanna get one in personal training...any advice?

Single arm Lean away cable raised 3x10 20lbs

@zucchini I noticed you using skinless boneless chicken, please swap that for chicken With skin so you can get the extra fats and dont need to dial in the olive oil so much.

No man, I just got done with food and gonna take a shower and sleep. I will test again tomorrow. I am doing OMAD so really tired all day long as well.

I will get skin on chicken on the next grocery run this weekend.

Thanks man! I am also going down in weight. weighed in at 98.55kg today. 31st dec was 108.xxKGs. so in 2 months and 17 days, that's about 10kg (22.04lbs) down.
 
OMAD you might get tired at first.

But over time, you'll get used to it. I tried it myself.

Is there anything added to that beef?
The only thing in the beef was salt and pepper and 125ml of crushed tomatoes, but they were added to a total of 1kg of beef. the one I posted was just left over.
75 carbs, a bit high, are you still in a ketogenic state? @zucchini
Out of the 75 carbs, 46 was fiber, remaining 30 was from other stuff like nuts, some yogurt, tomatoes etc... I think I asked this before as well. every time I try to increase fat, the carbs also go up.
As an example, 100 grams of walnuts have 65fat, 15 carbs, and 15 protein. I think almonds have 50 fat, 22 carabs and 20 protein. So even if I try to get my fat up high with just 200 grams of nuts, I am still getting in 37 grams of carbs + husk added on for fiber or a keto pita (which is all 20 grams of fiber from carbs) it just adds up.

I think on OMAD, that does balance everything out thou.

Yesterday I was hella tired since I barely slept for 3 hours the night before. I will 110% test for keto today and will post a pic of food as well.

Yeah man, I have done OMAD only once before back in 2018 but was able to go down 10kgs in 1.5 months, however I was alot fitter and diet was alot more nutritious at that time with over 120 carbs over 400 protein and over 100 fat.

This time it's different since I am not as fit anymore and the desk job and other stuff in between just kills me.

More important than the fat loss. And the weight loss is that you are getting healthier.

That's very important.

I remember 95kg is how much I weighed when I thought to my self, "shit... Things are getting way outta hand!" - this was in the lockdown in 2021

Looking at myself in the mirror now (after 10kgs down) I can definitely see the shape coming out but ofcourse no where near how I want to be so we will keep on working. I will post progress pics as well but they will be posted on 31st of this month.

I found that seated dumbbell press aren't as stressful for my shoulders as the barbell press, so I am just sticking to them. Once I am able to hit 15 reps on 55lb dumbbells, I will push on to 60lbs.

Kickboxing is not easy at all, get a nice sweat and it's a nice little cardio workout.
Yeah man, I wish more people do it. especially the high paced sparring days. in one 3 minute round, one gets more movement and cardio in than they would in a 30 mins jog.

youre eating all this food 1 meal right? every time? your body should be used to this.
Once you switch to ketosis you'll adjust, takes about 10-12 days.

Lying leg curls: 3x12 165lbs
Seated leg curls: 3x10 150lbs

Yes, I think I can handle a 36 hour fast. Today was a leg day, so hard part is done. Tomorrow I train arms, and some brutal kickboxing at noon, so that could be a challenge but then day after it's just jujitsu and a rest day or maybe an IPSC day in the evening. so I should be fine.

I can start this week, or i can just try n go without food tonight (it will be hard) and see if i can go till tomorrow morning. At 8am tomorrow it will be 36 hrz. If i do not eat i will go on till tomorrow.

BPC and TB will help a lot @zucchini but how about doing a deep tissue massage and acupuncture, can you do that?
I have tried acupuncture for the back, didn't do anything. Chiropractor helps with the back. Deep tissue massage leaves me wanting a chiropractor doing compressions

I HAVE to go jujitsu in my lunch break as I need to know a bunch of things we are working on so can't go to eat. Hopefully I don't feel too shitty and can actually survive till I get home and then cook and eat...

Yes sir! beef is definitely a quick, easy and a nutritious meal! I wish I could add some potatoes and have it with flat bread!

I just put 700 grams of boneless chicken after seasoning in the air fryer. I will do around 150 fats and 150 protein give or take a few.

i always recommend breaking a fast with something light and easy to digest.. single ingredient foods

also you don't feel shitty when fasting man, once you pass day 3 you feel euphoric.

Thanks for the advice man. I made sure I was melo on the spices. Didn't want to do too much of anything as I have been on the receiving end of the feeling you mentioned.

Above is the food I am now eating after fasting for 47 hours and 15 mins. Food is air fried chicken - seasoning batter was just seasoning salts and eggs with mayo to make it a coat.
Sauces are all 110% sugar free.
if you break a fast better with a soup veggie soup wait 2 hours and eat the chicken but try no seasoning 1st time bro wait 2 hours and after start eating more slowly introduce food @zucchini

You can refeed now if you finished the fast, you'll still be in ketosis but not junk I mean ketogenic foods.

Hey man. So all i had yesterday was just the chicken n stuff and posted my macros.

I was gonna eat today but am at the gym now and today is turning out to be a 24 hour fast too, in 1 hour I'll hit the 24 hour mark

@zucchini i don’t know how you’ll train jujitsu without eating man. That would be tough.

Pullups slight assist: 3x10
Bent over barbell rows: 3x10 155lbs
Dumbbell rows 1x8 2x10 70lb dumbbells
Seated narrow cable rows: 3x12 187lbs
Pulldowns: 3x15 155lbs

Treadmill: 20 mins mixed incline 3 speed

AM workout right after waking up - kept it short and sweet!

I will go tomorrow just to do a bunch of Cardio... see if I can stay on treadmill for 1 hour.
 
Hey man. So all i had yesterday was just the chicken n stuff and posted my macros.

I was gonna eat today but am at the gym now and today is turning out to be a 24 hour fast too, in 1 hour I'll hit the 24 hour mark

Workout was a bit short today:
Chest:

Treadmill 3 speed 3 incline 15 mins

Pec dec: 3x12 160lbs
Cable flyes: 3x12 40lbs each side
Barbell bench press: 3x8 185lbs ( I was aiming for 12, guess it wasn't a good idea trying to bench after pushing shoulders and long head triceps in the past 3 days)
Machine press: 3x10 140lbs

Treadmill 3 speed 3 incline 15 mins

I didn't have time to cook/eat anything today. Chicken was frozen and I had to get to work... I HAVE to go jujitsu in my lunch break as I need to know a bunch of things we are working on so can't go to eat. Hopefully I don't feel too shitty and can actually survive till I get home and then cook and eat...

you in ketosis today? if so you can get protein up to 150 grams tomorrow and drop fats to 100 grams and lets retest ketogenic state @zucchini

I am excited to start using the BPC and TB but I want someone to guide me EXACTLY HOW! Should I put BAC water in it? regular water? how much? How much to inject? inject with an insulin syringe in fat? or where?

I also want to start injecting 0.5ml of this CYP every 4th day just to ease into it before we do something big later on.

Had a free lunch day at work today - it was burgers and sausage so I got two beef sausages, 3 beef burgers with tomatoes and lettuce (no bun and a spoon of BBQ sauce). Super good stuff all grilled in the office! Picture is after I ate one sausage and 1 patty:

Hey man.

So i have increased cardio to a total of 40 mins a day in addition to my kickboxing and jujitsu. On last Sunday i went in and did an hour of cardio. Today with legs I'll only have 30 mins cardio total.

I gkt the BAC water, i just wasn't sure with mixing but found the help i needed. Will mix tonight and inject in my right delt since injury in in right shoulder, lower right back and left wrist/forearm.

I'll inject 250mcg bcp157 everyday.

Is tb500 2mg per day? I only had a total of 5mg of tb 500.
 
Legs workout:

Leg extensions: 160lbs 3x12
Hack squats: 3x10 180lbs on the machine
Leg press: 3x8 450lbs on the machine (really wanted to hit another set of 8 since i didn't do atleast 10 for 3 here but also didn't want to stress my back and knee since it's been performing better).
Leg press calves extensions: 3x21 270lbs on the machine
Seated calves raises: 3x21 70lbs on the machine
Lying leg curls: 2x12 165lbs 1x10 175lbs
Seated leg curls: 2x10 150lbs 1x6 160lbs [I failed :cry: ]

60 reps in 2 sets lying abs crunches.
40 reps in 2 sets lying leg raises.

Treadmill 30 mins 3 speed 0-5 incline.


Just pinned a 250mcg of BPC157 and a 1000mcg of TB500 and a 0.5ml of Cyp (250mg/ml)
I will keep on pinning 250mcg BPC everyday, 1000mcg TB every other day, and 0.5ml Cyp every 4th day.

So, I didn't shake any of the vials but the water got sucked into the vial as soon as I put the syringe in... Now I am worried if my peptides are ruined :(

Yeah It looks like I would have to order more TB
i would front load the tb500. do 10mgs the first week then you can gradually lower it as time goes on It. So you get to a maintenance dose.

Your ketones are gonna fluctuate up and down, just depends on what you eat and how long you're fasting.
