20 Years ago I competed in Triathlons throughout Ohio. Not professionally, but I enjoyed the sport, competition, and the fellowship among others. I lasted about 3 years Traveling and Training while maintaining a full time sales career.
Then I had a severe medical crash, Thyroid cancer. Once I started treatment, for some reason I totally lost interest in Triathlons and training. Other things became more important. Fast forward to today at 57 I feel great! I have a small business that consumes alot of attention but I love going to work everyday!
1.5 years ago I started getting back into tip top shape.
Today I am committed to my fitness journey!

I have built out a gym in my house to eliminate the time it takes going to the gym. (Time at this age is unbelievably important)

When training for triathlons my training was ridiculous: swimming, running, biking and weightlifting.

Now I am more focused on maintaining and building a well preserved “OLD” body. The TRT has given me needed motivation to accomplish this!

Test: 200 : 1x weekly
Anavar: 50 : Daily : 8 Week cycle 4/9/25

Currently taking 200 Test (TRT).
Started adding 50 ANAVAR 4/9/25
Will ride Anavar for 8 weeks and continue TRT

Labs just completed: Test. Total is 1446 /Free 280. Estradiol high @ 94.1 Everything else looks good.

Currently taking: Vitamin K2/D3 100/125 mcg, Omega 3, Ashwagandha 600 mg. Tudca Milk Thistle 1000 mg, NAC 600 mg, creatinine and have Arimidex 1mg but have NOT used.

Diet: Protein: 194 Fat: 74 Carbs: 308 Calories: 2500. Track daily
Currently getting 100 G protein from supplements:
Muscle Milk pro series 1x daily 50g
1st. Phorm Whey : 20g
Perfect Amino: Nighttime
All other protein is from: Red meat, Fish, Chicken


Workouts M-Sat. 1-1.5 Hrs.
1) Chest Day
2) Arms with Back & Shoulders
3) Arms
4) Legs
5) Chest with Arms
6) Full out Cardio for 1 Hr.
Repeat Continuously

Abs: Work on daily, minimum 200 movements
(Old scars and skin are a PIA to tighten up)

Cardio 20 minutes daily: Peleton.With each session

Typically workout between 3-4 PM.

Sleep: 6-7 Hrs. (Broken lately) but working on it.




Doctor prescribed TRT. Anavar is NOT Dr. prescribed.
I plan on using ANAVAR 8 Weeks for cutting/definition

Diet: Protein: 194 Fat: 74 Carbs: 308 Calories: 2500. Track daily

Mrs is taking GHK-CU and its tightened up her lose skin and stretch marks, it's cheap as well if you want to add it to your daily routine. I can't remember it's either 2 or 4 iu a day

Thank you for the suggestion of GHK-CU. I have been working my abs nonstop, and just can not get this damn loose skin from surgeries tight…It bothers me badly!

If it works for you even a 10% improvement would look amazing. So she said she's on 2mg a day and doing 50 days on then a break. You have to keep an eye on your cuticles if they turn blue you have to stop. I got her an insulin pen which makes it a lot easier to do daily injections.

If your sleep is still off, you might see extra benefit from low-dose HGH (1.5–2 IU before bed) especially combined with that cardio volume. Improves recovery, deep sleep cycles, and keeps cortisol in check.





Also curious — how’s your experience been with 1st Phorm vs Muscle Milk? Always comparing blends myself.

Fasting will help with loose skin but we will get to that after we dial you in. @brettedward

Taste I much prefer the First Phorm. IMO way easier to drink! First Phorm also has an amazing array of flavors. The MM is just higher in protein so I switch between the two.

Yes that would be amazing, Them were some incredible times! If I only had a few photos. This was way before every single person had a pocket computer/phone. Remember I’m 57 ….. (LOL) Unfortunately at that age photo memories were the last thing on my mind. I’m sure good ‘ole mom and pops’ had a few but they are no longer around …But great suggestion!

why cortisone? you should NOT use it that stuff will mess you up for life @brettedward

20 Years ago I competed in Triathlons throughout Ohio. Not professionally, but I enjoyed the sport, competition, and the fellowship among others. I lasted about 3 years Traveling and Training while maintaining a full time sales career.
Then I had a severe medical crash, Thyroid cancer. Once I started treatment, for some reason I totally lost interest in Triathlons and training. Other things became more important. Fast forward to today at 57 I feel great! I have a small business that consumes alot of attention but I love going to work everyday!
1.5 years ago I started getting back into tip top shape.
Today I am committed to my fitness journey!

I have built out a gym in my house to eliminate the time it takes going to the gym. (Time at this age is unbelievably important)

When training for triathlons my training was ridiculous: swimming, running, biking and weightlifting.

Now I am more focused on maintaining and building a well preserved “OLD” body. The TRT has given me needed motivation to accomplish this!

Test: 200 : 1x weekly
Anavar: 50 : Daily : 8 Week cycle 4/9/25

Currently taking 200 Test (TRT).
Started adding 50 ANAVAR 4/9/25
Will ride Anavar for 8 weeks and continue TRT

Labs just completed: Test. Total is 1446 /Free 280. Estradiol high @ 94.1 Everything else looks good.

Currently taking: Vitamin K2/D3 100/125 mcg, Omega 3, Ashwagandha 600 mg. Tudca Milk Thistle 1000 mg, NAC 600 mg, creatinine and have Arimidex 1mg but have NOT used.

Diet: Protein: 194 Fat: 74 Carbs: 308 Calories: 2500. Track daily
Currently getting 100 G protein from supplements:
Muscle Milk pro series 1x daily 50g
1st. Phorm Whey : 20g
Perfect Amino: Nighttime
All other protein is from: Red meat, Fish, Chicken

Why will cortisone “mess up your life”?
Cortisone shots work at first, they are magic, but if you keep taking them they will eat away the joint like a termite.
It's like the worst catch 22 in the world, use it 1-3 times you're good, use it more and you lose your joints. @brettedward

I see very close, try to push to 200-220 grams of protein.

Steak and eggs perfect but drop the potato, just go steak eggs and veggies. @brettedward
How important is Fat when using anavar? Do you really need to maintain lower fats? I have seen where guys have used high fat diets when using gear? I feel as though the anavar is increasing my appetite.. specifically at night after sleep. I literally wake up starving it seems…then end up eating a small protein snack (11-3 AM) I realize it isn’t beneficial to eat this late , do I need to be more disciplined?

Fats have nothing to do with anavar. We need to see your nutrition to comment on your dietary situation, you haven't shared any food intake, how can we guess? @brettedward
 
Totals daily are within 10-20 . According to the food tracker app.. Breakfast is always the exactly same, I don’t eat lunch and dinner is basically 4 main meats: Chicken, Steak, Beef , and Salmon rotated throughout
I'd like to see you share the food tracker info with the EVO family for 2 weeks lets see it, if same then share same please @brettedward
