Veteran Log Mobsters Training Diary

Love the td

Thursday
Heavy arm day
Hammer DB curls
7.5kg x 20 reps, 32.5kg x 15 reps, 55kg x 15 reps, 80kg/176lbs x 14 reps

s/s

Skull Crushers
bar x 20 reps, 29kg x 15 reps, 49kg x 15 reps, 71.5kg/157.5lbs x 14 reps
Strangely I get more of a taped difference on this than flaxor. FLexor work only = 16.5-inches, Extensor only = 16.75-inches. Maybe i'll do both to see 17-inches again

Reverse (extensor work) Standing BB Wrist Curls
bar x 20 reps, 40kg x 15 reps, 62.5kg/137.5lbs x 14 reps

Bwt: 318lbs Lowest for ages

One of my hobbies, like Stevesmi with his fishing, is nature photography. This is a Reed Bunting.

I'm fortunate in that photos of mine have been used by ITN and the BBC (pic of an Otter) used to publicize our local Wetlands and an (then) upcoming episode of the BBC's SpringWatch TV program. Also photos have been used in a calendar
Awesome pic! killer your getting so much exposure for your talent and hobby! i like to see more pics like this or a link to another place you post this kind of stuff.

Facebook and to a lesser degree Instagram. On FB the vast majority is to be found on a local wetlands group. It is a hobby as I've only been paid a couple of times. I do it for pleasure.

Big weight

Hoping to score this leg press for my home gym + 8 x 25kg/55lb plates

LP x 2.webp

This should be able to hold 1600kg/3250lbs. With the extra 8 plates I'll have a little under 1000kg/2200lbs in big plates = another 343kg in Cambridge Roll Wheels

@Mobster bros how much that cost ? seem like you can get a deal if used

The leg press deal is currently up in the air. Bank blocked the transfer and I've kinda agreed with it. Buying PEDs online and crypto payments etc has made many of us a little more careful sending money over the internet.

His bank info doesn't match his FB name nor his phone. His FB account, three years old, has ONE friend?? He's selling 6 cars all at different locations (the bank literally looked this up while I was on the phone to them lol). I've told him he can deliver and I'll pay cash. Up to him now.

£545 (about $700ish) + those 8 x 55lb plates for £400 (about $510 or so) plus delivery = £1100/$1500?

He had it at a higher price of £750 a couple of weeks ago.

I've bought most of my gym kit via FB. Some great deals if you're patient.

Remember I'm 5000+ miles away in the UK. It'd cost ya what it's worth in shipping lol

I've done that a bunch of times. So far zero issues. 70% of my kit is the color I wanted. All the stack loaded stuff worked fine and so on

@Mobster lol that is true. thats the main cost for this stuff.
Oh yeah. By way of example I'd LOVE to have some early model Nautilus machines just cos (I had and sold years ago the same Pullover as Yates had at Temple). But shipping would be as much as the purchase and I'd STILL have to pay duty etc on top. F**k that lol

@Mobster you should find gyms closing down around town. then rent a truck and offer to 'take it off their hands' .. a buddy of mine did that and built his entire home gym for nothing

Machine and weights arrived yesterday. I might not be able to get it through the standard sized door into the home gym. So, for now (and I'll playing around at how it's put together. It's in the main bar (double doors).

Here's a before and after set of pics of a buddy who I've known more or less since I came to South Wales. My only input was on posing for a camera. Check out the detail on his side delt! If there's a negative it's a touch of gyno. But overall what a change!

Stayed long enough to check out another buddy who is competing in a beach body class at the weekend

Another day another pic of a buddy. This is JD who is competing completely drug free in the beach body class. That waist is 26-inches. My thighs are bigger. Input from me is two-fold. During Cov*d he trained in my gym and we also had a BB judge train here (KW) so I'd make sure they hooked up for tips etc. And again I gave a little posing advice. I've had pretty much weekly vids and pics via Insta. The show, today, is NOT tested so he's going all in on conditioning.

@Mobster so you use all that per month? doesn't seem like you do.
You're correct I do not. A month TD isn't necessarily a stack. I stock pile monthly so that when I do go on cycle I'm ready. Most PED buyers buy all at once for a cycle

Bodyweight has been up and down recently. I had positive comments about my physique 'looking more muscular' recently. I was as low (for me) as 318lbs. I'm 322lbs this Monday (23st or 146lbs). That's still down from where I was late 2024 sitting at 327lbs for months. And zero changes to the diet. I might be just the slightly higher, for me, rep ranges, I was using. 100% more veins popping. And I've been on my 200mg Test C TRT for 2-3 months post cycle now too

I'd be interested in finding out how well the MK677 is working for you. I wonder 25mg per day is equal to using 1.5 IU HGH. You ever get your IGF levels checked?
No. Hard to say. For me no injuries for years is an up tick. Nearly tweaked my hip missing a step in the dark at 4am

Thursday

@Mobster Some really strong man training right here. It's completely different than the high volume training, we see with other logs, but that's what's cool about this forum. Everyone does things a little different

100% Volume for me is more reps. Total sets inc warm ups for legs amounted to 11 usually.

Always amazed by the weight you put up. Sorry to hear about your girlfriend's mom passing away. It is never easy to deal with.
