@pur-pharma-canada asked home I'm getting on with their product. First pin including Pur is today. That's in part due to the EP/PSL 15ml vials of Sus vs 10ml deca (so that ran out first) and my planned 4 weeks on each. I will, of course, update as I go. I have no doubts it'l be GTG!

Hell of a session. Knackered now and eating a late lunch.
Close Grip Bench Press
to 180kg/396lbs x 3, 5 and then 6 reps (felt like I might have had 1-2 more reps in me) using the Maddog Slingshot (single ply)

Low Cable Row
No warm up. Straight into two max weight sets with Landon J of stack + 75kg (eqv 165kg/363lbs) x 10 and then x 13 reps (inc holds at the point of contraction)

Posed for a group pic as a promo for the gym then

Saxon Bar - Two Hand and wide grip
to 102.5kg/225.5lbs x 5 x 1 reps

In the mood and kinda confident I could hit a big number and did
W/ups, bar x 8, 60kg x 8, 85kg x 6 then straight to a lifetime best of 140kg/308lbs/3 plates a side x 1

Wrist Roller
Worked to 60kg x 20 reps e/way
Then
LH: 70kg/1544lbs over the top/extensor work
RH: 80kg/176lbs x 20 reps
Nice pump. Right forearm back to a pumped PB of 17-inches

Played around with the new thick handled dumbbell by Mark Haydock
Seated Press
w/up then 60kg x 8, 85kg x 6 and 125kg/275lbs x 4 reps (1-2 more there)

60mm/2 and 3/8ths of an inch thick handled dumbbell deadlift
Lots of faffing with collars and making the set up feel tight / solid
set up +40kg x 3 x 3 reps then 60kg/132lbs x 3 x 3 both hands. Dead level. Then a slightly tilted +80kg/176lbs x 1 r/h only

Bwt (yesterday) 329lbs. Gonna up sus/deca cycle by 50%

Another had day with one small (maybe 2) balls up. I'm approaching out and out max strength so recovery gets harder
Sus/Dec from @pur-pharma-canada and ProV from @PuritySourceLabs @Vision has been upped to 1.6+g total.

Bench Press
Usual warm ups. Then work set with single ply slingshot 195kg, 200kg and 205kg/451lbs x 3 reps each. Small hitch on the top set as the gym owner made a grab for it on rep one thinking I was doing a single

Low Cable Rows
C**ked up cos I had a plan to pin 80kg/176lbs to the stack (eqv to 168kg/369lbs) and realized the gym pin was at home
So 3/4 stack x 30 reps and stack x 30 reps

Thick Handled Dumbbell Work
Slow to warm up but also I would 'indian burn' the handle to get the hand 'grippy'. So the 2nd and 3rd sets were a LOAD better than the first. DB was back loaded to make weight
Handle + 63.75kg/140.25lbs

Do you plan on using the sarms at a high dose? Or is it something you're just gonna throw into your cycle?

Proviron will definitely help the entire cycle, run better. Looks very juicy.

Nice job @Mobster!! We did Pull ups last week as well on accessory day. even though I only got out 8 big guy got 6! Was less than week prior. Just one set but we didn’t post it forgot to add to log. It’s a great exercise but they are difficult! I say Keep them in 👍💪🌸

I'm a big fan of these different steroids. The orals and injectables are fantastic from PSL.

I'm fortunate in that photos of mine have been used by ITN and the BBC (pic of an Otter) used to publicize our local Wetlands and an (then) upcoming episode of the BBC's SpringWatch TV program. Also photos have been used in a calendar

Tried as is then loaded it over several sets to a top work set +set up of 220kg x 8 reps. It felt similar to 300kg x 8 on the Hatfield. Small twinge on the lower right again above the hip
