I need to get a buddy for scale. One of mine at the gym is a competitive bodybuilder called Landon Jackson. Same height as me. Yesterday, 253-258lbs We were chatting to another member and it was hard even for me to see how I outweigh him by 60lbs. He LOOKS bigger but I am. The difference is in his waist and insertions. Proof of how visual bodybuilding is.

Most of the time you aren't aware of the self in terms of size and, of course, most photos are just us lol

And my head is HUGE lol

100% on this point with how visual body building is, I was watching Seth feroce on YouTube the other day and right now on camera he looks like an open competitor, when in reality he would be lucky to crack top 5 in 212 based on shear mass. Obviously conditioning is a seperate thing.

And you must have a strong neck lol

I'm a semi-decent heavyweight bencher. I noticed many such benchers all seem to have big noggins lol.

I've also seen Seth's recent pics (hench ain't the word) but he'd be lost in a top level line up for sure

If seen some of your numbers reading through you log and it’s super impressive at any age, the fact these numbers a recent at your age make you a fucking animal mate haha.

Agreed on Seth too, though still intrigued to see what he has in him over the next 6 months type of personality that if his body responds well to the process moving forward, I wouldn’t be all that surprised if he caused a little upset in the top 10 of the 212 deviation. Just have to wait and see I guess, I could be way offf the mark haha

Felt good and heavier than when last tested ages ago. For the 120kg/264lbs dumbbell (arrives Thursday)

RH: tried 56.25kg x fail, 53.75kg x fail. Dropped to 52.5kg x 3-4 x 1 reps

Catching up on reading a few ur logs. I see when @Mobster does reps, I read it and feel stronger… I can damn near do same weight on ez bar skull crushers I warm up 50lbs work with 80lbs for 10s. U got a 108kbs!! 💪💪🌸 yeah!😁🤣 nice job!

New machine. Heck the 1st 1 had a 20 plate stack, the second a 125kg/275lbs stack and this one a 90kg/198lbs stack... I wanna heavier one lol (or a plate loaded)

About to lift their 64kg/141lbs Inch style thick handled dumbbell. Twice through the day I picked it up, let it drop and then caught it with the other hand before it touched the floor.

A few there struggled with the idea that I was 60 and kicking major ass.

I just added (sent to me by one of the athletes) of me picking, catching etc, the 64kg/141lbs dumbbell. And I'd never done that before the event

Doubtful and here's why. A well prepped (as in good arm wrestler) midget could f**k all of us on the table. Out and out strength... all three of us have it (couple more Evo members too). I'd out do them on wrist and grip power. If and I mean IF (cos I've done very little but know some of the techniques) I did ANY actual arm wrestling work I'd win. Even if they did the same I'd still have that grip and wrist strength. Heck, even me throwing around almost 200lb dumbbells on hammer curls and 100lbs+ plus on wrist curls would give me an edge. Obviously if we all did that it'd be a much closer competition and I MIGHT lose. If we all went up against a well prepped (and us too) heavyweight we'd lose again. I've lost before. Sh*t happens lol. It'd be fun

DOHTBDL
Varying thick handled etc work as needed. Hence... Not done any in months.
bar x 8 reps, 50+kg x 6 reps, 90+kg x 3 reps, 120+kg x 3 reps, 170kg+kg x 3 reps, 190+kg/418lbs+ x F then 1 (diff between belt tight and loose - belt only for these sets)

One Arm Cable Rows
6p x 8 reps, 12p x 8 reps and 18p (eqv to 108kg/237.6lbs) x 8 reps @ arm

Arguably they all have their place. But I can see long term use being approved for multiple issues. We already know the benefits but I take it for:
1) Better sleep (although I take mine in the am the hunger issue was very short lived. My size means I almost certainly have sleep apnea (I'll wake every time I turn over so 4+ times a night) but use of MK677 enhances deeper sleep etc)
2) Mild GH boosting for tissue repair and help with low level strains and minor tweaks etc

I'm unable to take growth at the moment because of nerve issues and I wonder if the mk might be worth giving a shot
 
Oh wow! Some of my favourite compounds. I know you have had great results from sus and deca before. I always feel great running deca.

I dont get the bad hgh sides from nutrobal mk677 myself but had clients complain of carpal tunnel on mk677

Yes I heard of it before on occasions. I wear these at night haven't had bad carpel even at 10ius HGH before bed
The wrist support work wonders for me.

I'd question this. Just how much was they using and it merely boosts natural production.

There's also a disconnect. Like when we see people say they are tired on PEDs and forget they train harder on PEDs. Others up the volume etc and then, when they have joint issues, blame product.

That said, usually if they were very lean, I saw the odd example of issues with Creatine and water bloat. The other was dry scooping and not enough fluid drunk with it and stomach upset (so on the user)
