Weird week this one, got to a GP since i was(still am?) Having palpitations and dilated pupils at random during the night while I tried to sleep, i had something similar in the past but was related to probably crashed e2.
Anyway I skipped the gym on Wednesday and went to the GP and done an ECG and it was perfect, the GP told me that in his opinion it's related to stress and anxiety but nonetheless we did the ecg and bloodworks, ive booked and Holter monitor on the 19th so will have a more complete understanding.
I'm not concerned about my heart health at all but since everything is covered by my insurance I didn't refused it 😉.
Dealing with some rental problems and having a vacant room in a quite expensive area im paying 700$ a week of rent to cover for the vacant room, will have to pay my school rent in a couple months and here you go i have problems sleeping.
Couldn't had explained my situation but I want it to be clear that is not PEDS related.
I'm taking measures to fix the situation hopefully soon.

They didn't put e2 in the bloodwork, I always put the screen of what I eat and what i train,
Astragalus extract 5g, Citrus Bergamot 1000mg,Creatine 6g
Omega 3g of DHA and 1g of EPA, Vitamin C 1g,Boswellia serrata 1g,Multivitamin, NAC 1g,Inositol 4g, Milk thistle 500mg, methylene blue 10mg, slu-pp-332 600mcg
5mg ED Aromasin, P5P 300mg, 0,25mg Cabergoline ED

The electrolytes are in order from Rest day,High day and Medium Day.
I don't take taurine @LevButlerov

Easy answer for you, your sodium intake is too low. Should be 3-4 grams per day when you're training @electus
 
I don't put on the app the salt that I use, I don't weight salt i just put it on food.
I usually put 1/2 g of salt in my intra water as well
Hard to say but I would still say it's your sodium levels.

@electus I'm not sure on that one, man, could be a lot of things causing these types of side effects.

@electus Stress, and Anxiety can definitely cause a lot of different problems. Do you have family that can help you during your tough Financial time?

Did they test your electrolytes and lipids ? I remember when i had bad anxiety and panic attacks, they tested my vitamins and minerals, my b12 was 3 times the normal limit, once it dropped to normal levels i felt fine again.

HOLTER MONITOR results came in and will chat with the doctor on the 28th, the doctor sended the results to me.
I got prescribed Telmisartan 40mg daily, felling those PVCs much less I'd say almost gone, the only thing remaining is the elevated blood pressure from stress, still not understanding fully why I'm stressed to this extent honestly...
But all good.

The Holter monitor was fine but I'll see my doctor in 3 hrs to discuss it, regarding the leg press the one I do is the Horizontal one which is quite heavier, I put the seat all the way at the front and I even put a pad behind my hips to increase the range of motion even more, you can grind to failure and beyond on this piece and that's why I do it.

The doctor said that everything's perfect and that i have just move ectopics beats due to stress/anxiety, he gave me a referral for a cardiologist but said it's unnecessary it would just be useful to ease my mind at most.
Started using 5mg of Cialis yesterday and felt better, BP seems to be lower as well.
Everything's on point it seems, now it's just time to grow.
Still have water retention because of the situation but it should subside as I'm feeling better, just cortisol doing it's thing...

I'm stressed like everyone else im sure definitelynot a special case, i don't understand it either for me it's stupid having this symptoms.
Out of proportion really...
Try using more magnesium, lions mane, and valerian root.
