Approved Log Test, masteron, hgh, insulin cycle Log

Hey everyone, this is my first log, have been requested to log to show im not trying to rip off vendors, which i understand why people would be hesitant as i havent previously logged before.

Ive been lifting on and off since 17, first ever Ped experience was a crappy LGD cycle that lasted 4 weeks when i was 19 (around october 2023), i thought i could get away with using enclo to prevent shutdown and ended up calling it quits when i came back with the test levels of a Granny after 4 weeks lol.

2nd Ped experience was around April 2024, i finally went on to start a cycle of proper gear (test 400) which i ran for around 16 weeks and got significant progress from, the gains were cleaner, diet was better and i felt overall healthier.
I ran Anadrol 50 for around 3 weeks towards the end of that cycle and the strength gains were insane i also blew up like a water buffalo lol. I intended on running Anadrol for 4 weeks but had to stop as my childhood let of 14 years passed away and i couldnt move for a couple weeks.
Fell into a depression and jumped on Ssris, was in a shit spot for a couple months then decided i couldnt be a depressed loser forever and reached out to a Coach i had used for a short period in the past.
Had a great experience with him when i first jumped on board for 8 weeks ( around 2022) and decided if i had any chance at getting good at this sport that he would be the key to that success.
So i jumped on board again and we started on an aggressive cut at 250 mg test to see what i had underneath and set me up for a mass phase. (September 2024)
Cut lasted around 6 weeks and i went from 100kg 18%bf to 92kg 10%bf (estimated bf) will provide all photos for diff timelines.
Started the mass phase on 250mg test and 200 mg mast. Cals were bumped up mildly and then titrated up overtime along side milligrams to try and bulk up without putting on too much fat.
Have been on that mass phase ever since and am currently sitting at 300 mg Test E, 1200mg Mast E, 2iu hgh, 10iu lantus.
I plan on competing in classic physique at the highest level my genetics will allow me to, am keen for the future and looking forward to eventually partnering up with a lab to Log this journey with.

The high dose of masteron is due to the fact that Mast is very tolerable at high doses due to its mild effects on health markers, the mast has been titrated up over time as tolerated, doesnt seem to effect my estrogen much at all. The low dose of test is because i get gyno and acne gets bad past the current dose of 300 mg.
I eat around 6 times per day, Breakfast (cream if rice with whey), lunch (plain rice with sardines and an apple), pre workout meal/snack ( lebanese bread and high protein milk), intraworkout shake (rice pudding can and high protein milk), dinner (whatever mum makes lol still manage to track the cals), Post dinner meal (usually pasta and tuna). Macros are 4810cal , 300 Protein, 700 Carbs, 90 Fats.
I add my meal amounts in my next log.
Cardio is 100 cals preworkout.
Supps are 1000iu vit D
2000iu Vit E
1 Mens multi (brand that has the word gold in it, am not home atm)
2000 mg fish oil
300 mg coq10.
Will add more pics and details during my next official log, this is just some extra info. Thanks

1200mgs of masteron is not needed, its just not going to do anything except cause you health issues. @Ctrain

Well doesnt seem to have caused any issues within my blood markers and ive been progressing at a good rate. It does have anabolic properties. Not to say you dont know what your talking about but its definitely been working in my favour.
Edit: i see you have a masters degree in biology and in no way mean to discredit your knowledge but if it works for me it works ig.

If you pay for product you can do what you like. If, however, a vendor provides you with product gratis it's very much a case of running a log helps them as they helped you. And, of course, benefits others
I can understand your point of view but i have an experienced coach who takes care of my Ped protocol, i guess that means ill only be able to work with Vendors that are ok with the way i am currently running things.

A lot of people won't admit it, but a lot of us will go through depression at some point in our lives. It's almost a normal thing. It's how you come out of that depression, though that matters. So let's do it together.

I dont think its about discrediting anything, its reality on the ground 1200mgs of masteron is just unrealistic.

I am getting bloods taken again this week, these are from late Feb, i was on around 1000 mast when these were taken, around 4 months into the cycle. Dont have any pics of my gear in my camera roll atm will take when i get home if you want.
Also ill share my upcoming bloods on here when they come in 💪

I am getting bloods taken again this week, these are from late Feb, i was on around 1000 mast when these were taken, around 4 months into the cycle. Dont have any pics of my gear in my camera roll atm will take when i get home if you want.

I see kidney liver issues, alt/ast/creatininie, I see high estrogen to add to it. You need to use an Ai and low dose masteron in this cycle. @Ctrain

Vigorous steve and his friends are great sources of information i just really struggle to believe that my progress has come from 300mg test, ive only been on hgh for about 2 months now.

For a hyper responder, with eating properly, training with progressive overload and growth from testosterone and estrogen. That's very achievable.
On another note some people mast doesn't effect their estrogen and looking at your bloods your 1 of them, like your E2 should be crashed.
Doesnt Mast have serm like effects, primo is what crashes e2 from what ive heard. What does Mast do then because its almost the same as primo on the molecular scale.

It can be many things but in final phase masteron 1200 is way too much. @Ctrain with clearly little benefit for you.

Ive been lifting on and off since 17, first ever Ped experience was a crappy LGD cycle that lasted 4 weeks when i was 19 (around october 2023), i thought i could get away with using enclo to prevent shutdown and ended up calling it quits when i came back with the test levels of a Granny after 4 weeks lol.

2nd Ped experience was around April 2024, i finally went on to start a cycle of proper gear (test 400) which i ran for around 16 weeks and got significant progress from, the gains were cleaner, diet was better and i felt overall healthier.
I ran Anadrol 50 for around 3 weeks towards the end of that cycle and the strength gains were insane i also blew up like a water buffalo lol. I intended on running Anadrol for 4 weeks but had to stop as my childhood let of 14 years passed away and i couldnt move for a couple weeks.
Fell into a depression and jumped on Ssris, was in a shit spot for a couple months then decided i couldnt be a depressed loser forever and reached out to a Coach i had used for a short period in the past.
Had a great experience with him when i first jumped on board for 8 weeks ( around 2022) and decided if i had any chance at getting good at this sport that he would be the key to that success.
So i jumped on board again and we started on an aggressive cut at 250 mg test to see what i had underneath and set me up for a mass phase. (September 2024)
Cut lasted around 6 weeks and i went from 100kg 18%bf to 92kg 10%bf (estimated bf) will provide all photos for diff timelines.
Started the mass phase on 250mg test and 200 mg mast. Cals were bumped up mildly and then titrated up overtime along side milligrams to try and bulk up without putting on too much fat.
Have been on that mass phase ever since and am currently sitting at 300 mg Test E, 1200mg Mast E, 2iu hgh, 10iu lantus.
I plan on competing in classic physique at the highest level my genetics will allow me to, am keen for the future and looking forward to eventually partnering up with a lab to Log this journey with.

@Ctrain you look good :D but your blood work is horrible! damn, ALT AST is really bad, prolactin is spiked, you are doing really poorly on the health part of this. You need to cut that masteron dose and drop back to TRT and detox the liver.

Yeah did you miss the part where i said that my Ast and Alt were elevated before Masteron?
Also the prolactin being spiked is because i was running Npp a few weeks ago and dropped it due to gyno formation.
Please stop spreading misinformation about ped useage im not in poor health Ast and Alt being slightly out of range is completely normal in anyone who actually trains hard.

Ok, i had a break from training in the past and my LFT dropped straight back to normal, this is when i was natural btw.
And my prolactin was normal before NPP

It's all possible, but I see 100s of blood works all the time, training alone wont jack up your alt/ast like that.
Come to think of it, can you actually share more training? we'd like to see whats causing you to go so hardcore that you get bad liver values. @Ctrain

@Ctrain yeah good points on the bloods. you can always take a break from training and re-test. or if people are realy worried they can get other testing done that is more accurate where they can specifically test organs.

Good job. Posting up the blood work. This will give you a nice reference point. Even though your liver and kidney, numbers are out of whack because of what you said, it doesn't mean it's necessarily a good thing. So it's important to run your support supplements.
 
Personally when i know i have bloods coming up on cycle or on trt i take 5 days off from any kind of trianing so i can get the real numbers and under what is going on stressing the body before bkoods can give incorrect readings and values for some of the testing.
