I’m honoured to be here brother, I see so much value in this place and hopefully can offer some too. I’ve tried to be more diligent with it during my first real attempt at a cutting phase, I enjoy the stair master for cardio

@JimmyO187 looking hella lean bro!

Hit a hamstring dominant leg session tonight. Might've been a bit too close to my last leg day, they were feeling cooked early but I pushed through and got it done

Each exercise has a couple of warm sets followed by 2 working sets making those 2 sets count and putting it all in....well that's the goal anyway

Standing Leg Curls

35kg x 8
25kg x 15

Leg Extension - 2 warm up sets of single leg, I like to make sure they're both switched on and engaging

105kg x 12
95kg x 20

Hip Adduction

46kg x 20
59kg x 15

Leg Press - this was a real struggle today

200kg x 12
200kg x 15

Single Leg Press machine - Feet High

100kg x 10
100kg x 10

Lying Leg Curl

60kg x 12
70kg x 9

Standing Calf Raise -

70kg x 12
70kg x 9
50 x 6 - drop set

All in all not a bad session, left there feeling good. In a significant deficit so with the increase next month across the board with food and supps should start seeing some decent strength gains and an increase in energy in the gym.....Tomorrow we hitting chest
