This Log will track the remainder of my cruise/cut phase, leading into my first lean bulk in a very very long time, kicking off on August 25.

2. 2 x scoops of wpi & 1 Banana
3. 250 grams lean beef mince and 125 grams of rice
4. 250 grams chicken breast and 125 grams of rice
5. 1 serve Chobani yoghurt
