Forgot to weigh
At 4pm it was go time—until it started raining about 5 minutes into the walk, so I had to retreat. “So what?” I said, knowing it will stop soon since it’s Melbourne, and alas, 30 minutes later it goes from overcast to sunshine—until it starts raining again as soon as I literally fucking step out the door; I was once again forced to retreat… Frustrated and losing hope, I wait another 30 minutes.. It’s now 5:09 and it is no longer raining, “it’s now or never”; I change my hoodie and I make my move. The rain would stop and start throughout the entire walk—but I was unstoppable by that point, I had fully warmed up and there was no way I was going to walk 30 minutes back fuxking home.
As you can see, I’m surviving on petrol station protein bars/drinks.. but that is no matter, the musashi high protein bar has never let me down, it has fought with me through thick and thin since the beginning. The lean body protein drink is the only protein drink/bar I have tried that tastes like shit—but it does have fantastic macros 7/10.
Mid walk I was running low on Estrogen so I walked over to my local starbucks to buy a skim milk soy latte, unfortunately it was closed and I thought I was doomed. Luckily, there was a coffeetime near by and I got a skim milk flat white instead—it doesn’t make me as emotional as starbucks coffee does, but it did the job.
Oh, and energy was good at gym. Getting stronger, so possibly starting to recover that lost strength from when I was sick.
