Little update on the cruise and @Liquid Gold Labs products.

Weight holding at 110kg another 10 days till we blast again.

Been using 2mg of Reta from @Liquid Gold Labs and it’s fantastic. No hunger on my low days of 2600 calories and fasted BGL mid 4s

How long are you's anticipating the second blast / push phase to go for?
 
My coach wants to do it quick 6 weeks blasts with fast esters and orals and insulin. Then 2-3 week cruise then 6 week blast again.
6 week blast, that would be nice growth time! @Tommo2398

109kg is a strong weight. i think with reta you need to give it a solid 3-4 weeks to really start seeing the hunger changes but keep us updated @Tommo2398

i think you have a good read on your body. appetite and insulin sensitivity are both important factors. @Tommo2398 much love for this one!

looking unreal as usual mate, unreal progression, re the reta, i upped mine from 1 to 2mg when i transitioned to cruise and even now im getting hungry on 2mg, but i think it may be a dosing thing, do you do it once per week or split it? i shoot it monday and find by the weekend i start getting hungrier
All in 1 dose and I notice by the end of the week the hunger is much stronger

Sorry for the lack of updates I just moved house and been a shit show getting everything organised. Training and diet have still been on point and today hit an all time high body weight of 115kg

We didn’t miss any meals or sessions though and hit 115kg for a few days.

Entering a short cruise phase for a few weeks then we will blast again.

Solid setup, that split hits everything twice in the week without being overkill and you’ll get plenty of volume in. Having your own gym now makes it way easier to stay consistent too, no excuses with travel or waiting on machines. Stick to pushing the weights up steady on that rotation and you’ll be in a good spot to add size and strength. :D

112kg steady with food at 3500 is a good place to sit, appetite being strong makes it easier to hold. Leg day covered all bases, pendulum and hack squats for power with hamstring and adductor work filling it in. Keeping weight stable here before the next push will set you up well to grow clean. :D

This is one hell of an iron session on the legs. @Tommo2398 You not only pounded them hard on the weight training but you also pounded them on the cardio. That is the way it's done.
