Morning EVO family. Today is a rest so I will take advantage of this and get some naps in and prepping food for the week. We have to make a quick trip to the store to get more shrimp and fish, going back with another filet of Halibut. If that is not available then snapper it is.

Yesterday was core and cardio day.

Friday I have two tan appointments with the last one show day morning. I will get some then.

I am as ready as I can be. I put in the work, stuck to the plan to the T and ready to experience it all.

My apologies for the lack of updates this week. Been mainly focused on getting the training sessions done, meals down, steps in, cardio completed and rest.

Today was the last workout for the week as I am tanning twice tomorrow and once Saturday morning, then hitting the stage. I am ready and looking forward to it. Once this is done we right back into another peak week as I opted for one more show the following weekend at Texas pro. Looking forward to that one as I will watch a few of the pro guys and women compete and observe their stage presence.

It has been a fun journey and one that I really enjoy. This type of training, everyday life suits me perfectly as I like structure, organization and planning. Meals do not bother me as I do not mind eating the same thing over and over. Actually prefer it as I can control the variables from day in to day out.

What a day, it was fun and lots of waiting (this tested my patience). Very happy with the way I looked especially seeing what I looked like 8 months ago. I knew size would be an issues but I wanted to bring in a lean/conditioned looked. I feel we achieve that.

Now we prep for next week

@ROIDDERS Thanks man for the compliments, greatly appreciate them. Regardless of place, I am happy with the package I brought as I was concerned since this was my first show and first prep. Especially since I just made this switch from CF to bodybuilding this past Oct. Looking forward to more and building on this.
 
@Mobster Well note and I had the same thoughts. I will for sure be implementing it this weekend.

@2Thick I am the same, this first show was more for me to see if I enjoyed this and I 100% do. I loved every aspect of the journey and the stage. Thanks for the complements.

You look amazing!! Hard work really paid off brother 🙏 💪 if you dont mind me asking where did u get the posing trunks ? Im competing in physique next year and need to start looking for some.
