V.I.P.
EVO Logger
Hello Evo.
I have started a log to showcase the quality products of @Anabolic Advancements advancements. Have used some vendors here for my gear in the past just never committed to a log.

Ped history
I've dabble in PEDs in the past run a couple of decent cycles from some vendors here but have decided its time to actually log to help keep myself accountable.

cycle goal.
I'll be running a 20 week cycle of Test E, NPP, EQ and GH with the goal of adding on some size after a fairly serious cut, (128kg to 83kg to date.)

supplements ancillaries and vitamins.

vit b c d e and k
fish oil
nac
telmisartin 40mg

meals

After the restrictive nature of my cut im looking to up the calories to 3000-3500 and hit 240g of protein daily, aiming for around the 100g of fat and bulking the rest out with carbs 90% of the time though being a bit less restrictive and throwing in the occasional Macca's or dirty bird I haven't allowed myself in a while.

As a father of 3 who works full time I end up very time poor, so my training sessions tend to be short and intense to fit in with the schedule.
I'll be throwing out regular progress pics and meals hoping to showcase the quality and effect of the gear from @Anabolic Advancements on someone with time constraints and training habits like mine.

Was never confident enough to take many pictures of before so having to rely on those taken by others, but felt good enough to take some of those a little while into the cut as well as some recent and current, excuse the loose skin 😅.

Looking forward to the next 20 weeks 🤙

Thank you kindly for that brother, grateful to be here amongst a ripper bunch 🙏

I am looking to recomp this cycle moreso because I've only really just gotten to a point where im happier with the amount of body fat im at and don't want to lose the definition just yet 😅 but do want to put on a bit more size so it shows through better.

though depending on the outcome of this cycle i can see a hard bulk coming up in the first quarter of next year.

I'll definitely be throwing up as much info as I can over the course of the cycle, both dietary and training wise, as well as a few blood panels over the course and any input or advice from yourself or any of the other legends here will be greatly appreciated 🤙

As far as digestive supps I've only ever really made sure I get a fair bit of yoghurt in my diet and thrown in some pineapple as a snack through the week and that has seemed to sort me out fairly well. Though like I said, im happy for any recommendations that are going to maximise the results and health stability on this little journey.

Cheers again brother 👌

muscle transformation look sensational on this. big changes from dad bod to yoked. you look strong and ripped @Fumbles159

The time poor thing. Back when I worked a a fulltime job and all that jazz I'd still manage to squeeze stuff in. It WAS hard. No question.

Get it done
Absolutely dude, it'd be taking the easy route to melt on the couch after a massive workday and sorting out the little ones, but im still managing to get my 45 mins at least in 6 days a week and not stopping anytime soon 💪

@Fumbles159 welcome to the EVO family my man. glad to see you start this log. totally underestand how busy you are with 3 kids. that is a huge responsiblity but you are also teaching your kids how important nutrition and training is so they will grow up doing the same

@Fumbles159 bros the 20 weeks is on point with the plan. what do you mean though you dabbled in PED? like orals?
Cheers @ceo , yeah I have tried a fair few orals over a lot of smaller cycles the past 18 months, I jumped on trt originally around 2 yrs ago after a woeful blood test result and went from there, I've run a few smaller length cycles with different compounds thrown onto my base of test, to see how i reacted while i was cutting down.
Now that im happier with the base I've built, its time to run a real one and see where we can get

Thank you kindly brother, been a lurker for a little while but stoked to put the big boy pants on and throw in with such an awesome community.
That's the main aim man, the reason I started, keep fit and healthy, be around as a role model for my boys and set the standard for my little girl, hit that nail on the head ❤️

@Fumbles159 looking jacked bro!

OK so first little update lads

Second pin with the products from @Anabolic Advancements and couldn't be happier, feel great and pins have been smooth as butter, no noticeable pip at all, definitely recommend 👌

A little sneaky of my first few sexy vials in there for ya

As far as the diet is going tbh im struggling to get in enough food to meet the macros im aiming for and keep it clean, smashing my protein goal but lacking in the fats and overall calories being in a deficit and eating such low volume has taken a bit of a toll on my appetite but im sure I will adjust over the next week or two.

Today's meals went like this

Breakfast
6 eggs on toast with a poofteenth of low sugar bbq sauce for flavour

Cal: 509
Pro:39g
Fat:32g
Carb:18g

Protein shake w/ water

Cal:140
Pro:30g
Fat:1g
Carb:3g

Meal 2
Grilled chicken breast with sweet potato, green beans and Greek yoghurt

Cal:587
Pro:89g
Fat:13g
Carb:44g

Meal 3
Creamy chicken pasta with garlic, swapped Greek yoghurt for the cream

Cal:690
Pro:92g
Fat:15g
Carb:40g

Post workout Protein shake w/ water

Cal:140
Pro:30g
Fat:1g
Carb:3g

Meal 4
Spag bol small serving

Cal: 620
Pro:23g
Fat:9g
Carb:51g

So overall total

Cal:2686
Pro:273g
Fat:71g
Carb:159g

Left me feeling pretty bloated and full most of the day as it has been since I upped the food intake, but im sure the body will adjust pretty quick, on the other hand damn have i got some more energy 🤣

Had a smashed day at work today and was pretty knackered when I got home but still ended up getting in a nice little training session doubling up arms and abs, tracked out like this

Decline situps 10kg

20
20
20

Candlesticks bodyweight

20
20
18

Kneeling cable crunches 60kg

20
20
20

Single arm curls superset into hammer curls 17.5kg

16-8
16-8
18-8

Preacher curls 40kg

12

12-15
12-15
12-9

Rope tricep push downs 40kg

25
21
15

So overall feeling pretty optimistic through the start of this one, I know its only been a few days but feeling good sofar on these compounds, training well and working myself up to that goal food intake. May be a bit of wishful thinking beinf so soon but feeling a bit bigger and fuller already, if a bit puffier 😅

Check in in a little bit 👌

I'll be throwing out regular progress pics and meals hoping to showcase the quality and effect of the gear from @Anabolic Advancements on someone with time constraints and training habits like mine.

Was never confident enough to take many pictures of before so having to rely on those taken by others, but felt good enough to take some of those a little while into the cut as well as some recent and current, excuse the loose skin 😅.

Looking forward to the next 20 weeks 🤙
@Fumbles159 glad to have ya man. Great start to the log. I’ll be following along.

Cal: 509

Left me feeling pretty bloated and full most of the day as it has been since I upped the food intake, but im sure the body will adjust pretty quick, on the other hand damn have i got some more energy 🤣

Had a smashed day at work today and was pretty knackered when I got home but still ended up getting in a nice little training session doubling up arms and abs, tracked out like this

The reason you're bloated is lack of digestive aids, you need daily probiotics digestive enzymes and psyllium husk, what do you have right now? @Fumbles159
You look good in the pic, strong size chest big arms!

To date I've been getting away with putting as much yoghurt in my diet as I can as a natural probiotic and the occasional yakult to top up, but i guess that ship has sailed now 😅 I'll be picking up some digestive enzymes and psyllium husk on the way home today, are there any brands in particular that you'd recommend or are they all much for muchness?
Thank you kindly brother 😎

@Fumbles159 you're in Australia right, i don't know the local brands there :D sorry. But adding cap probiotics on top of natty ones usually best too.

The gear from @Anabolic Advancements still pinning smooth as, and definitely doing the job, couldn't recommend more.

Unfortunately still not hitting the calories i set myself, struggling to put the volume of food i need in and keep it clean. Still feeling incredibly full over the course of the day but not anywhere near as bloated, big shoutout to @LevButlerov for the advice with the psyllium husk and probiotics, changed the game and a definite must from now on 🤙 Putting on size much more quickly than anticipated averaging around the 2700 calorie mark per day over the week. Up 5 kg from 83-88 in just over a week, feeling amazing, energised and strong. Lifts have gone up a bit and feels like the size has as well. On the downside to that definitely getting fluffier, abs are getting noticeably less defined even through the loose skin.

Knew that was going to be the case but going to keep the cals at 2700 for the next week and see how that goes.

Here's a pic of dinner, made some pretty not pad thai tasting pad thai that ran in at 750cal 55g protein, 30g Fat

Was feeling good so had a nice back session with some high volume hammers to blast them biceps as a finisher, went like this

Looking great legend.

Most of the 5kg will be water weight from increased calories and possibly bloating. Id say stick to your weekly average calorie intake of 270p for 2 weeks. If your bodyweight continued to go up then you're on the right track (especially if you want to keep visible abs as you put on size).

Keep it up 🤜🤛

Pull ups bodyweight

8

Wide grip row

70kg x 15
80kg x 12

@Fumbles159 arms are looking solid man. Quality update also.

Hey lads, sorry for the late update, been trying to get over a nice little case of man flue the last little while, though still feeling strong, training has taken a bit of a back-seat to recovering so as not to burn all that progress down, but feeling well enough to get back to it tonight with some light work on chest, been itching for it.

Managed on the standard with the cycle and calorie intake while i was down and out so that hasn't changed a whole lot, still feeling great on the gear and the strength and endurance are out of this world on the up thanks to them premium products from @Anabolic Advancements
As is the size, as before, gaining a bit of fluff for sure but up another 6 kg averaging 93.5kg now and can still see the abs in the morning, only barely in the evening but we all must make some sacrifices in pursuit of gains hopefully all gonna be worth it after that little cut on the end of cycle 👌

In for a little chest session tonight finishing with a bit of tricep

Flat bench

100kg x 15
120kg x 12
120kg x 12

Chest press (big squeeze at the top)

90kgx 15
90kg x 15
90kg amrap (lost count pushing)

Cable chest flies

25kg x 20
25kg x 20
25kg x 20

Overhead tricep extensions

45kg x 15
45kg x 15
45kg x 15

Mainly just trying to burn it out and get back into it without sitting myself back on my ass

Bit of a higher carb meal tonight to help the recovery along, lots of garlic in this one prepped by the lovely missus

Spag bol pic provided

Cal 888
Protein 43g
Fat 16g
Carbs 86g

All in all still chugging along and trying to be consistent as possible trusting the process, the pharmaceutical help and all of the support and advice from the legends on this forum goes a long way towards making the hard parts easy, so cheers for that lads and I'll check in again sooner rather than later 🤙

Looking great legend, shoulders and arms are popping.

Man flu sucks. I'm sure you wanted nothing more than to get up and go to work, but you are to selfless to risk spreading it to others ;)

@Jordo looking at your avatar you have a thick back and good arms :D what you cycling now? TRT?

Had to put that food on the table so sharing the love at work, can't be messing with others gains though, that's blasphemy 😅

Appreciate that mate.

Just trt at the moment brother during mini cut

Jumping back on very soon 😈
@Jordo, you on TRT? lets get a nice TRT log started for you with a push to mini cut. You have the size, why not start? :D

Howdy howdy,

Coming out of the last little bit of sickness feeling better and more energised than ever, still got a bit of a cough to me but otherwise feeling awesome, changed my dosing times up through the week to be more frequent while keeping the same weekly dosages, which from the feel of it has been a really good decision, and super easy thanks to @Anabolic Advancements products being so goddamn smooth, really can't recommend enough 👌

Definitely feeling bigger and stronger, especially after my little forced deload week, had an absolutely explosive back and bicep workout with a bit of a different feel, decided to go balls to the wall.

Everything was 4 sets, with a warm-up set of 12 and the last 3 being amrap

Started out with pullups at bodyweight

Went to wide grip rows maxing out the pin loaded row I've got at 90kg

Same thing with close grip rows right after at 90kg

Went into bent over cable rows with a long rope, big squeeze at the top, was magic 👌

And finished out with cable curls at 45kg with Rope, focusing on that twist at the top and blasting those hammers when fatigue was cooking me.

Definitely one of the best feeling sessions I've had, was a great night for it.

Felt like absolute death trying to pose for the progress pics, everything was on fire 😅

Went straight up for a quick shower and smashed down these two bad boys in pic the incredible misso had prepared, its a big win to have that home support as well to be sure.

Each burger has 590 cal. 47g protein 25g fat and 40g carbs

Have started a twice weekly for now, then twice monthly after the next week vitamin b12 injection for immune support as well on advice, so will advise on how that works out going forward as well.

All in all staying the course, loving the cycle, hitting those macros more reliably now and feeling great, gains be coming fellas 💪😎

Seems like after a sickness, you feel really good. The body really is an overdrive. Just don't overdo it. Give it a little time to come back. I like your strategy. @Fumbles159

Thays good news feeling better 💪

@Fumbles159 glad to hear you’re felling better. Physique is looking on point big guy

Howdy howdy, cheers for all the support fella, been trying to post this update but having some technical troubles that I've sorted out now.

Worked out well though as I got a sneaky little package from @Anabolic Advancements the mail today, so have some sexy gear porn to post 👌

Been chugging along feeling great and hitting it hard for the most part, hitting most of my macro targets and getting good training sessions in after long work days, recovery between sessions is probably the best its ever been for me, which I'll attribute to the excellent gear and increased food intake.

Last night's abs and arms session and pump was a goodun

Howdy all,

Been a big week to be sure, got my bloods back and most was ok but had a bit of an issue with the lipid profile as though I've always been in the higher this is the first time anything has been outside normal range.
Posted up here.

Have spoken with a few people I trust and consulted with a doc and am taking more steps to mitigate any further steps in the wrong direction.

Have introduced a small bi-weekly dose of retatrutide starting this week, along with tudca and milk thistle. Being in the trades when I was teaching steps on my cut i was hitting 10,000 by lunchtime and there's been no change in that, but will introduce evening walks every other day, as well as a dedicated cardio day once per week. Have also switched up protein sources to leaner options, such as switching to lean mince from buying bulk, and cutting out the sunday bacon. Last step probably being the hardest is setting myself a more consistent and reliable bedtime to make sure im getting enough sleep, with time constraints and how full the schedule is this is going to cause some things to fall by the wayside but healths gotta come first, can't make them gains when youre laid up.

Hopefully these steps will show in my next lot of blood work, definitely showing the importance of having it done on a regular basis, because otherwise I've been feeling better and stronger than ever.

Still loving the gear from @Anabolic Advancements, products have been great, everything comes quick and correct, and the support has been unreal, definitely recommend hitting up via Threema if anyone in Aus is looking 🤙

Good work tightening things up, you’re doing the right stuff and I like that food pic.
Keeping the cardio consistent and adding evening walks will really help with the lipids. Sleep is going to be just as big of a factor as diet and training so making that a priority is smart. The supplement stack is solid, just keep an eye on how you respond to the retatrutide. Leaner protein swaps and dropping the bacon will add up over time more than most people realize. Stay steady with these changes and the next bloodwork should reflect the effort you’re putting in. I do think you need a lot more psyllium husk in this.

In other news had a ripper little arms and abs sesh tonight finished off with some lean beef soft tacos for dinner post workout

Did Decline situps weighted 10kg 3 sets for 20

Cable crunches

Barbell curls

40kg x20
40kgx20
40kgx18

Cable hammer curls

70kg 3 sets for 20

Tricep pushdowns

55kg x20
55kg x 25
60kg x 17

Tricep overhead cable extensions

60kg 3 sets for 20

Macros on the tacos were
cals 1000

On target with the cals atm but changing things up a lil to deal with that cholesterol, putting on the chub but putting on the size too and feeling great, bout halfway through the bulk phase on this cycle and overall almost 15kg up on average.
Few hiccups but really happy with how this one is going, check in shortly 👌
bros that taco meal looking good for sure. just make sure you use quality ingredients with the shell. that is important @Fumbles159

Howdy all,

Been a big week to be sure, got my bloods back and most was ok but had a bit of an issue with the lipid profile as though I've always been in the higher this is the first time anything has been outside normal range.

Have spoken with a few people I trust and consulted with a doc and am taking more steps to mitigate any further steps in the wrong direction.

Have introduced a small bi-weekly dose of retatrutide starting this week, along with tudca and milk thistle.
