Big step for me because I'm not a fan of eggs and the oats aren't too compelling. But the amazing changes here instigated by @ugland @Gains Man go beyond some steroid cycle. Im 40. My princess is 3 and with their guidance ill stay healthy and strong for decades to come. So thank you both. You're more than a coach and vendor to me.
Eggs and oatmeal, thats a staple for bodybuilding and growth :D love this.

Apologies to all. I cheated on diet today. Stuck in traffic for 2 hours and I was falling asleep. Red bull and chicken. Strip's.

For the remainder of this week you shall address me as "tubby or fatty or similar of.your choosing. "

Plus side. Home safe. Better fat than dead today.
You're not the first guy in the EVO family to cheat on diet :P lol we all do it honestly. I tell clients to keep protein bars and cookies around in case sweet tooth hits, car, work etc. @Robules

Try to get into the 15-20 rep range on many of the exercises, especially the inclines, get volume in there.

Start adding almond butter to the protein shakes to lower the insulin spike post. :D

Goal is 85kg .
Cant do nuts.
I have some veggies too and fats tba. On road all day. Chicken was lunch but hopefully this stops me eating fast food

Today's session was about mobility. Stretching and some obscure lower body stuff ive forgotten the name of.

I am dealing with some tightness and this helped.

Post workout shake and you guessed it. Greek yoghurt.
You're doing a lot of green yogurt, add some protein powder to it :D

A good burn out option is running the top rack from the lowest weight into the highest weight on the top rack, i do that from time to time no break in-between sets.

I love this. I sometimes do.it with dumbbells. Go from 1rm all the way down. Last time I was fighting for my life curling 3kg when a hottie walked past and looks so.comfised at me 🤣

I did mine towards the end of my pull fay last week and i couldn't even put up the 45s by the time i was done lol, i did sets of 12 for each weight lol
