Approved Log Testosterone and GH Health Phase Log

Monday September 8th

Pinned 3mg of mots-c and 2mg of ss-31, and 250mcg orally of slu-pp.

Energy has gone to a new level even though it's still early days. I've noticed I haven't been cold once since starting this protocol, I think it's definitely started to speed things up metabolically but maybe too early for any mitochondrial adaptations?
Cognitively I feel a bit sharper too so that's a bonus.
Anyway I'm feeling good and usually by this point in a cycle I'm starting to feel a bit sluggish.

Will be adding in injectable L carnitine soon and will start dieting as we move closer to summer.

Powered through a back and shoulders session and didn't want to leave the gym.
Once again shout out to @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep for this opportunity and if you're considering these peptides to improve your overall health and wellbeing then hit these guys up because the proof is in the pudding.

Sorry brother things at home got the better of me last night. Here's an update.

Thursday September 11

Pinned 2mg of ss-31 and took 250mcg of slu. Left out the mots-c as I only run this on Monday Wednesday Friday.
I'm noticing a bit more vascularity particularly around the abdominals similar to when I ran tren back in summer.
Energy is still high and motivation to move is also strong.
Overall feeling really good just over a week into this protocol

Sunday September 14th

Beautiful day here today so took a few snaps outside in the sunshine. Currently 85kg. Thanks to the legends @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep I've felt amazing since incorporating this current peptide stack and feel that when I start tightening the diet up I'll hopefully reach a level I'm yet to get to.

Have incorporated injectable L carnitine back into the mix from @Ultimate Anabolic Pharmac
Running this Monday to Friday 400mg in the morning. I've had 4 pins so far, it draws easily and goes in smoothly. Does leave a bit of pip but nothing to complain about.
So my health stack now looks like the following;
SS-31 2mg Monday to Friday
Mots-c 3mg Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Injectable L carnitine 400mg Monday to Friday
Slu-pp 250mcg Monday to Friday

Sure brother. Using the SS-31 and mots-c to improve mitochondrial function and cellular resilience. The slu-pp is an exercise memetic so raises metabolic rate, helps get things firing on all cylinders. Using the injectable L carnitine to shuttle free fatty acids into the bloodstream to use as an energy source.
They all have numerous other benefits including cognitive benefits too.
Basically using the protocol to increase energy and overall sense of well-being.

It's ok @LevButlerov I've been on a nice little out of town getaway with the family the last few days so haven't been as active. Here's a pic from our balcony on this beautiful sunny morning

Tuesday September 23rd

Wife and I and our little fella have come home crook. The bloke I sat next to on the way up to the holiday was coughing and spluttering so chances are picked up something from him. Who knows though, I also went in a steam room which are notoriously bacterial infested.

Anyway, got a chest thing happening and a bit achy but thought I'd try a back workout today because I'm stupidly stubborn.
Felt ok whilst I was there but have since gone downhill and will likely need a few days rest.
I also dropped 3.5kg while away so the timing of being sick isn't ideal because appetite is in the shitter.

Thanks to @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep I've shot some glutathione and TA1 that will hopefully reduce the severity of this virus and nurse me back to full health

Took this pic a few days ago, no fancy lighting or pump, can tell I've lost a bit of size, not that I had a great deal anyway though.

Unlucky catching that bug, dropping 3.5kg while sick will definitely make you feel smaller but it’s just fluid and lack of food more than muscle loss. Smart that you hit glutathione and TA1, that’ll help speed recovery. Best move now is rest, keep fluids high, and let appetite come back before pushing training again. You’ll fill back out quick once you’re eating and moving normal. :D But tbh looking at your picture you're dryer and leaner than ever.

Thanks for the reassurance brother and yeah you're right just need to take things easy for a while and hit it hard when 100% again

Sorry to hear that you got sick. @Eveflorence It's always nasty to pick up some of these viruses from other people. Especially when you're traveling.

@Eveflorence looking great bro! Jacked and lean!

@Eveflorence man you’re looking killer and the raptor labs is treating you very well. Physique is coming along great.

Sunday September 28

Beginning to come to life after feeling like death the last 5 or 6 days. Influenza A and Pneumonia had me feeling breathless a lot and nighttime trying to sleep was the worst. Work of breathing has improved though and energy levels have also come back. Still probably a few days at least off being able to train but happy to be able to go for a few light walks with the kids until then.
Haven't been pinning anything- gear or peptides except for a couple of glutathione shots from @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep , haven't really felt up to it and figured it best just let the body do it's thing in trying to recover.

Tomorrow however being Monday and a new week, I'll jump back on the mots-c and SS-31, and injectable L carnitine.amd hopefully be back in the gym sooner rather than later.

Rough stretch with the flu and pneumonia but good you’re starting to feel human again and able to walk with the kids. Smart call holding off pins and letting the body fight it, those glutathione shots were probably all you needed for now. Getting back on mots-c, SS-31 and L carnitine this week should help recovery and energy, just ease back in before pushing training again.
and didn't you just get sick recently?

First training day after being interstate then getting sick. Felt awesome being back in the gym doing what I love to do.
Didn't go too stupid as I'm still not back to 100% so decided upon a light chest and arms session that I knew wouldn't tax me too badly.
I'll hope to start building again slowly until back to full fitness.

Shout out to @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep I truly believe the glutathione and TA1 fast tracked recovery and got me back in the right path.

Good to see you back in after being sick, smart to keep it lighter but still got quality volume in. Chest work looked solid, 120 on supine press for clean 8s shows strength is still there, and arms got plenty of pump with the curls and pushdowns. Easing back in this way will get you to full pumps without burning yourself out. :D

The superdrol from @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep is having a noticeable effect on my physique just one week in. Diet hasn't changed and I'm drier, leaner and more vascular. Performance in the gym has improved. I can see why this drug gets the hype that it does. I'm using 10mg on training days about 60-90 minutes pre workout and will run it for 4 weeks then reassess due to it's potential to be rather toxic.

I don't often eat breakfast on weekdays, usually first meal is at work. But this is typical weekend breakfast- egg omelette with spinach, avocado and toast.

Superdrol is kicking in exactly as expected with that dryness and vascularity showing up fast. 10 mg pre-training is a good entry dose so stay there for the full 4 weeks and keep liver support strong with NAC and TUDCA daily.

Training is spot on with big pulling volume and perfect intensity balance. :D
