I think the vinegar worked, I will split my dose over the course of the week though maybe they will also assist…just get a bit lazy with all the other frequent requirementsWas it the apple cider vinegar that did the trick or lowering the reta?
It worked for me literally right away. That first nasty drink calmed my reflux instantly. Yea I remember you mentioned that before and the variety was all for her. That's why I said she's such a lucky lady. Pretty impressive all the different stuff you're prepping there. Hopefully she's showing her appreciation where I counts lol.hahaha
I’m going to tell her you said this!!! I only do it cause my wife can’t hit the repeat button on food like I can and I can’t really seem to find a good meal prep company here in Aus, the more popular ones I know of have to be lying about the macros in the meals they’re all well under

Still hitting daily calories - 3129
Weight has increased over these first couple weeks currently sitting at 105kg
I've only managed to get into gym once so far this week and trained chest
Ill be taking advantage of the weekend and getting a couple more sessions in
Everything's feeling great cycle wise and everything has remained the same except for a couple peptide additions
SUSTANON - 700MG split eod
EQ - 315MG split eod
HGH - 4IU pm
RETA - 1mg split over 3 injections
NEW ADDITIONS
bpc/tb 250mcg x 2 daily
ghkcu - 2mg ed

started the bpc/tb for some little niggles and want to see how it goes, don't notice anything just yet
mots c is a game changer though, noticeable energy increase thats getting me further through these long days
ghkcu has got its work cut out if it has any hope of making me look younger
Further updates over the weekend

Weight climbing to 105 while keeping diet tight is exactly what you want early on, shows food is going to the right place even with training frequency down. Chest session in the bank is fine, just hit it harder this weekend to balance things out. Cycle setup is already plenty strong with sust, eq, gh and retatrutide, so adding bpc/tb makes sense for nagging spots. Good to hear mots c is giving you that energy boost, that’s a solid tool for long workdays. Keep logging, curious how the recovery and peptides play out over the next couple weeks.
Haha good call on dropping the italics. lolI almost went blind reading this, lesson learnt no more Italics
You’re right there’s enough support to keep everything moving in the right direction
Finishing off back and biceps right now so log update coming in soon

Hahaha I’ll remember this next time im whinging about cals…January 2026 you’ll see me type “I miss eating”If I was your size calories would be the last thing I ever worry about. With that much muscle your static caloric but rate but be awesome. Then when you hit a session like this in the gym consider those calories burned lol.
Nice that you still made time to get to the gym while you had family visiting.
Like @LevButlerov says "Calories are for fat people, you're a body builder"Hahaha I’ll remember this next time im whinging about cals…January 2026 you’ll see me type “I miss eating”
No excuses this week, we training HARD

Na no show for me, but I’ll cut again after this bulk…a little slower this time around and I’d like to use some different compounds that are conducive to cutting not just reta…play around with a few things
I reckon any of the newish peps that influence mitochondrial function is definitely worth looking into.. @Pigsy has been running these catagory of peps in his logs.![]()

Good pull day considering the weekend food, close grip pulldowns up to 95kg and rows at 120kg for 12 show your back strength is solid. Preacher curls with 25kg after all that pulling is strong too, arms are working. Bulk always feels rough at first after cutting, but those calories will pay off once you settle into the momentum this week. Was great to get into the gym after a very busy week work wise
Smacked out a Back & Bi's session, wasn't a bad session but really need to get some momentum this week

Big numbers on the shoulder press, that 125 kg for 5 is a solid jump especially stacked on top of high rep volume. Arms are moving too, curls into the high teens with control shows the work’s paying off. The bump to 875 mg test with daily pins will keep levels smooth, just monitor that low e2 since the dry joints are the first red flag.Finished the week off strong with another Leg session, Hamstring dominant
Ped update - ill be bumping my test up to 875mg a week and I've switched to every day injections
I'm noticing some low e2 sides, my joints are drying out so much
Will be getting bloods done in another week to balance out these ratios
No other negative sides presenting, feeling really good mentally and physically with boosted energy levels
Was gifted some injectable superdrol from a friend so ill be trialling that this afternoon before chest.
