Tonight I did chest and threw in some calves in the end and it looked like this:
Incline Machine Press 120kg x 6
Fly machine 120kg x 8
Dips x 20
Standing Calf Raises 200kg x 10
Weight has crept up to about 95kg in the morning fasted
My output probably has been a touch lower lately which would be contributing to that
Due to being a bit unmotivated during this phase as progress is obviously limited I've been focusing a lot more on work and coaching the boys so workouts have been a bit shorter and as my daily cardio is walking the dogs the shitty weather means I've probably missed a few days there when its been raining heavily
If I really wanted to get that shit done and nailed it all I could obviously but for the moment I'm not unhappy keeping training and cardio at maintenance and using this opportunity to take advantage of being able to work more where my progress in that side of my life is not hindered and can actually benefit from this situation
Still hoping to blast early September will gets bloods done later this month to make sure all is good to go

Feeling better and back in the gym
Weight in the morning is now up around 96-97kg which is just a little fluid gain from the increased gear kicking in
I'm looking a little fuller and not any fatter so once this initial weight gain balances out will only be aiming to gain max 1kg a month as I would like to keep this relatively tight and at the point I'm at in my bodybuilding journey I can't expect to gain any more lean tissue than that

For my 18th bday, my mum bought me a gym membership. I stayed for 12 years before giving it away. Back then I was paying $200 for 200ml bladder of test cyp. Test E and Test P also came in bladders too. I'm now 55 and started lifting weights again 22 months ago. My 3 boys all pump weights too.

Arms are pushing solid weight, 22.5kg curls for 12 clean and rope hammers full stack show strength is up. Triceps pressing heavy too with the dip machine loaded, that’ll push thickness through the back of the arm. How much of a pump post dips? :P I love it. @Gains Man

Macros at 3500 with 250P and 400C is a good setup, fats at 100 keep hormones covered. Sitting at 98kg fasted with more food coming in means you’re in a prime spot to add size without losing condition.
