Big push day, pressing 3 plates a side on prime incline for 12s is solid strength and the standing press at 2.5 plates keeps shoulders heavy too. Side raises and triceps work balanced the session out well.
At 5050 cals and appetite still good you’re fueling the growth, holding steady around 110-112 is a perfect spot before the next push up. :D

Supreme packaging zero chance of any breakages and can see care has been given.

that is a big stack with 1200 test. make sure you are controlling the bloating @Tommo2398 you also are the man on that anavar 25mgs. i would raise it to 50mgs at some point

Ok how did I miss this freak show log? @Tommo2398 your 'base' (if that's what a base looks like for open category contender - the word base seems like it doesn't do you justice LOL); your base back in the Spring on such low amounts of PED's is Kevin Levrone freaky. Now with 1200 test I'm almost afraid for your subQ fat it's gonna disappear and you're gonna burst through your skin! Your legs have those striated fingers on them it's nuts.

Congrats on being promoted to BODYBUILDING COACH as well on 29June I'm certain it was well deserved! For you Canadians out there this beast is 246lbs and shredded and is on a gaining phase.
