Ok I know I am not the typical person who ends up here, but I know i need a change and I am not the best at half measures. I worked out in high school, I was one of the strongest guys in class without even trying. I even had the nickname Hulk. That strength stayed with me a long time just be staying active.
Then covid happened and I started working from home. I had two jobs, kids yada, yada, yada. And I woke up one day and was HUGE and felt like I was dying. So I started my recomp at the beginning of 2025.
I started working out again and walking. But struggled to loose weight. Got on Zepbound and lost 50 pounds. Which was great. But still felt terrible. Friend told me about TRT and my number was 178 so i got on. BINGO, that is what I have needed for what i am now sure is years.
Goal:
To erase the last 10 years of bad living, and set myself up for 40 years of making my health a priority. I am willing to throw everything including the kitchen sink at it.
I am looking to just max out my genetic potential on TRT that i am TOTALY never getting off of. I want to make the next twelve months as much of a total transformation as possible.
So i need to both loose another 100 pounds and leave muscle in its place.

I am looking to be at or just around my max genetic potential. I don't know if that is possible in one year (probably not), or especially in such a cut. But that is what the long term TRTplus is i suppose.

- Current weight: 331 lbs (down ~50 lbs from start of 2025, goal somewhere around 220 {Kind of guessing on that number})
- Training history: Previously sedentary for several years, lifting now consistent 3x/week for 6 months, (just recently went to 4x a week) building back strength and endurance
- Cycle history:
- TRT 200 mg/wk (daily micro-pins to minimize issues, ongoing)
- GLP-1s: Tirzepatide (10 mg/wk, thinking of trying to switch to Retatrutide.
- No prior anabolic blasts, currently exploring first cycle options (Anavar, Primo, etc.)

- Walking ~4000 steps/day, adding distance slowly
- 1 mile daily ruck w/ 25 lb pack (increasing distance gradually)
- Light GPP on off-days: kettlebell, club bell, eventually sandbag work

- Calories: ~1800/day (GLP-1 supported appetite control)
- Protein: ~200 g/day (lean meats, shakes)

- Cardarine (GW-501516) → endurance, HDL↑ LDL↓ | 10 mg/day I really want this for the HDL Benefits before I start Anavar.
- AOD-9604 → joint support, fat loss aid | 250–500 mcg/day (split AM/PM)
- L-Carnitine (inj.) → fat oxidation, pumps | 500–1000 mg/day
