Approved Log My Testosterone enanthate Cycle Log

Hey EVO fam,

I just started my first actual cycle. I messed around with Enclomiphene + Anavar (not the smartest combo, I know) for 2 months before, followed by Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin for recovery and body composition.

Peaked at over 230 lbs, then cut down to 170 lbs in one year. I ended up lean but flat and stringy — barely any muscle at all. Since then, I rebuilt with smarter nutrition and structure. Got hit with a rough sciatica + AC joint injury that set me back, and I landed at a weird skinny-fat physique.

Recently moved to Sydney and left behind my family and my ex-fiancé, who ended up having cold feet before our wedding and our move here. I was depressed and mentally out of it and thought to myself, “Hey, might as well get on with this and bounce back as a completely new person.”

This is my first proper Testosterone cycle, and I’m considering adding another compound later depending on response and labs.

As of today - 30/10/2025 - I just finished 4 weeks out of my 12-16 week cycle.




Starting Stats & Relevant Info​

Age: 30
Starting Weight: 82 kg (180 lbs)
Estimated Body Fat: ~15-16% *not sure about this one all I had was those electric InBody scales at the gym
Training Frequency: 5–6x per week
Training Experience: Years on and off, but only truly consistent the past 2 years. Most of that consistency was just focused on losing weight though.

Current Plan:
A 12 to 16-week cycle if blood work permits. Originally planned to bulk for 8–10 weeks, then cut for the remaining phase — but now considering extending the bulk. Not 100% sure yet though. So it'll be more like a recomp I guess. Maybe you could give advice?




Current Phase – Bulk


Compounds:
  • Testosterone Enanthate – 300 mg/week (Started 100 mg M/W/F but now moving to EOD)
    *Source isn’t from EVO — didn’t know this place existed before, but will definitely source here for future vials.
  • MK677 – 12.5 mg/day (only until I finish up my old vial — not wasting it lol)
Peptide Support:

  • KLOW Blend (GHK-Cu : BPC-157 : TB-500 : KPV 5:1:1:1) – 3.2 mg/day for ~3.5 weeks
  • MOTS-C – currently considering adding this soon
  • Retatrutide – taking 2mg/week to counter some of the negatives of Test on biomarkers

Support Supplements:
  • Creatine
  • Fish Oil
  • Vitamin C
  • NAC
  • B Complex
  • Magnesium Glycinate
  • Zinc
  • Vitamin D
  • CoQ10


AI / SERMs

Have Arimidex on hand but not taking any.
Bloods this week to monitor E2 and Prolactin before making adjustments.

PROBLEMS RIGHT NOW:
E2 significantly higher than I want. Below are some of the things I feel:

- Bloat (Really bad)
- Some anxiety
- Higher BP/HR but not extreme
- Time-to-time I'd have itchy nips but it comes in passing. Just one scratch and I'm done lol. No spicy or painful nips.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS:

Libido:
high — horny almost every day
Mood: calmer than during my dark, “suicidal thought” days after everything that happened
Energy: strong throughout the day except for my usual afternoon dip
Acne:
I’ve always had folliculitis — small pimple-like bumps all over my back, chest, and arms that no meds have fixed (antibiotics, creams, gels, you name it). Aside from that, nothing major. Got a few face spots in week 2 that cleared up with Benzac.
Hairline: perfect
Sleep: 6–7 hrs/night
Injection Comfort: started subQ TRT-style (was scared of needles lol), now doing IM — much better

TWEAKS AS OF 30/10/2025:

0.5mg Arimidex 2x weekly for 2 weeks and retest e2
- Increase frequency of test to daily OR lessen it entirely (Maybe someone can help me assess which is better?)

Additional bloodworks (No-pre, sorry. I didn't know the right bloods to take initially)

Nutrition (Daily Averages)

Calories: 3,200 kcal (vs ~2,900 TDEE)
Protein: ~200g
Carbs: ~400g
Fats: ~89g

All meals are cooked and tracked regularly.


Training

Split:
  1. Chest + Back
  2. Arms + Shoulders
  3. Legs
  4. Push
  5. Pull
  6. Legs
  7. Rest
Frequency: 5–6x/week (rest if sciatica pain flares up)
Goal: Hit every muscle group twice weekly

As for compounds — I’m very limited due to the sciatica and the AC joint issue, but still pushing heavy within safe range. So my workouts are heavy on plate-loaded machines (Chest press, shoulder press, pendulum squats


Cardio & Recovery

Cardio: 3–4x per week, 2.5-5 km Zone 2 runs
Goal: maintain cardiovascular fitness and manage blood pressure
Sleep: 6–7 hrs/night
Stress Level: Moderate (6/10)


Goals

Next 6 Months:
Recomp with gradual mass gain

3–4 Years:
Aesthetic hypertrophy, proportionate build

Long Term (35 onwards maybe?)
Blast and cruise TRT approach under medical supervision — balance performance with health and longevity

Priority Order:
Foundation mass → aesthetics → performance → longevity



Feedback Requested

  • Is it a good call that I started AI today? (30/10/2025)
  • Is my AI dosage correct? (0.5 2x weekly)
  • Should I lower test dosage or increase frequency of pinning?
  • Should I keep my focus on gaining muscle and bulking or should I stop test right now and cut down to a better BF% before restarting my cycle again?

  • I believe I started relatively high bodyfat % and could have started with a lot more mass. I was just in a bad place mentally then and thought this would be good route to take. I estimate it to be 15-16% with the help of an InBody scale (I know it's not that accurate)
  • I have gained some weight and am holding more fat now
  • I’m aware of the risks and fully accountable for my choices.

I've been doing 30+ years and trust me when I say STAY here on EVO. It's a hot mess out there right now and you'll find real people who care here with sports science degrees and 1000's of years of experience.

Just really quick... your e2 is through the roof!

Is it a good call that I started AI today? (30/10/2025)
God yes! But I'd switch to aromasin.
Should I lower test dosage or increase frequency of pinning?
No but you should have ran aromasin from the start at 12.5mg EOD and then checked bloods to see if it was keeping e2 in check. Now we're in catch up mode so I'd increase your adex to 0.5mg eod for a couple 2-3 weeks and get your e2 checked again. Pay out of pocket if you have to. Having your e2 at twice the normal range for too long can some serious side effects and long term issues.

Itchy nips = gyno forming, aromatization in full swing

Increase frequency of test to daily
Probably a good idea at this point, keep spikes to a minimum and keep a steady state.

Support Supplements:
One thing I learned on here and it was invaluable is that digestion, and specifically of proteins in the gut, is often overlooked. Get yourself some raw psyllium husk and apple cider vinegar. I take 15g before each meal and I eat 2MAD, you can get by yourself with at least 5g before each meal (in water swirl and chug). I take a swig of ACV before each meal as well but one tablespoon is the recommended dosage.

I hear you on the use of AI. I followed a "Your First Cycle" guide on reddit (lol) and read that I should just take AI when symptoms occur which in hindsight, I shouldn't have listened to and should have just did it from the start.

A few questions though:

1. Why switch to Aromasin? What's the difference?
2. Do I keep doing 0.5 EOD until I get my hands on Aromasin?
3. Do I just swap it out upon getting my hands on it? As in just drop the Arimidex and start taking 12.5mg Aromasin.

On your other points, I will definitely increase dosing to daily for now, thanks bro. And will also work on my workout log. Will just look back at my own notes (I write them down on a notebook old-school style lol). I'll try to clean it up as much as possible because at one point I was doing trial and error to help manage my sciatica and AC joint problems. Will update ASAP.

The recomp plan at 300 mg test is fine for now, and the 0.5 mg arimidex 2x/week should lower e2 but IMO, you can do with 0.25mgs arimidex 2x/week without an issue.
Keep MK677 nutrobal only until the vial is gone, and use it PM only pre bed.

Physique wise you’ve made visible progress already, your week 4 pics show thicker delts, fuller arms, and tighter midsection. You’re definitely bigger and leaner even with the water layer, and the structure looks more athletic now. Very much a win!

Hey EVO fam,

I just started my first actual cycle. I messed around with Enclomiphene + Anavar (not the smartest combo, I know) for 2 months before, followed by Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin for recovery and body composition.

Peaked at over 230 lbs, then cut down to 170 lbs in one year. I ended up lean but flat and stringy — barely any muscle at all. Since then, I rebuilt with smarter nutrition and structure. Got hit with a rough sciatica + AC joint injury that set me back, and I landed at a weird skinny-fat physique.

Recently moved to Sydney and left behind my family and my ex-fiancé, who ended up having cold feet before our wedding and our move here. I was depressed and mentally out of it and thought to myself, “Hey, might as well get on with this and bounce back as a completely new person.”

This is my first proper Testosterone cycle, and I’m considering adding another compound later depending on response and labs.

As of today - 30/10/2025 - I just finished 4 weeks out of my 12-16 week cycle.




Starting Stats & Relevant Info​

Age: 30
Starting Weight: 82 kg (180 lbs)
Estimated Body Fat: ~15-16% *not sure about this one all I had was those electric InBody scales at the gym
Training Frequency: 5–6x per week
Training Experience: Years on and off, but only truly consistent the past 2 years. Most of that consistency was just focused on losing weight though.

Current Plan:
A 12 to 16-week cycle if blood work permits. Originally planned to bulk for 8–10 weeks, then cut for the remaining phase — but now considering extending the bulk. Not 100% sure yet though. So it'll be more like a recomp I guess. Maybe you could give advice?

PROBLEMS RIGHT NOW:
E2 significantly higher than I want. Below are some of the things I feel:

- Bloat (Really bad)
- Some anxiety
- Higher BP/HR but not extreme
- Time-to-time I'd have itchy nips but it comes in passing. Just one scratch and I'm done lol. No spicy or painful nips.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS:

Libido:
high — horny almost every day
Mood: calmer than during my dark, “suicidal thought” days after everything that happened
Energy: strong throughout the day except for my usual afternoon dip
Acne:
I’ve always had folliculitis — small pimple-like bumps all over my back, chest, and arms that no meds have fixed (antibiotics, creams, gels, you name it). Aside from that, nothing major. Got a few face spots in week 2 that cleared up with Benzac.
Hairline: perfect
Sleep: 6–7 hrs/night
Injection Comfort: started subQ TRT-style (was scared of needles lol), now doing IM — much better

TWEAKS AS OF 30/10/2025:

- Increase frequency of test to daily OR lessen it entirely (Maybe someone can help me assess which is better?)

When in doubt go with what @LevButlerov advises. Adex is strong strong so he's right to start low and slow but that e2 does have to come down.

And I mentioned switching to aromasin as it's less aggressive and is more forgiving if you want to run it low dose for peace of mind on an aromatizing cycle if you can't get bloodwork, whereas adex is faster acting which with your e2 levels now adex is what you want.
 
Mostly just my face and midsection feeling very puffy in the morning. It’s subsided a lot recently though when I introduced electrolytes and less sodium in my meals
@pr0doggy a lot of people are the opposite. they will get more inflammation as the day goes on and they eat. so this is very interesting

Oh yeah? I’ll observe more. Usually it gets worse whenever I eat high sodium meal. But normally, my sodium is in check
then that is linked to electrolyte imbalance. its something you would need to play with

@pr0doggy you shouldn't have gyno if you keep estrogen in check. But yeah, it's smart to always have things on hand. Hopefully you don't have to use anything in a pinch.

UPDATE 1 (31/10/2025):

Took my first AI dose yesterday. 0.5mg Arimidex. Not sure if placebo but woke up feeling much better compared to yesterday.

I slept better than yesterday. Not much anxiety that kept me up at night compared to the day prior. Also woke up brick hard and with less anxiety.
Feeling pretty good actually.

BP and HR still elevated.

BP at 138/67
HR at 80 resting (used to be 55-60)

Took my first AI dose yesterday. 0.5mg Arimidex. Not sure if placebo but woke up feeling much better compared to yesterday.

I slept better than yesterday. Not much anxiety that kept me up at night compared to the day prior. Also woke up brick hard and with less anxiety.
Feeling pretty good actually.

BP and HR still elevated.

BP at 138/67
HR at 80 resting (used to be 55-60)

MEAL 1:

Mostly just my face and midsection feeling very puffy in the morning. It’s subsided a lot recently though when I introduced electrolytes and less sodium in my meals
Damn that's weird... when I wake up is when I take my 'in the mirror look at me everyone' shots. It's the only time of day I can stand looking at my reflection LOL

This is definitely not placebo... Adex is strong bro. I've only had to use it a couple times otherwise I use aromasin it's like a .50 cal vs. a nuke LOL. I used letro early on in my gear career and wondered why my bones felt like they were gonna crack under the bench press LOL

Ok cool, glad to hear it's not placebo and that hopefully my e2 is trending downwards. I'll keep the 0.25mg dosage 2x per week for 2-3 weeks then take bloods again!

Originally planned to bulk for 8–10 weeks, then cut for the remaining phase — but now considering extending the bulk. Not 100% sure yet though. So it'll be more like a recomp I guess. Maybe you could give advice?
Have you decided on what you're doing I haven't seen a concrete decision here posted yet because whatever it is these macros are all f--ked up (sorry I'm blunt but passionate sometimes). The only reference to it is you saying "hoping to keep making gains".

You said maybe extend the bulk but then maybe a recomp and never let us know which so I'm assuming the bulk is still going? Because those macros mean one thing vs. the other, big time. Protein should be 300+ in my opinion anyway with calories at 3600 on a bulk, minimum.

This is a great log because you're starting from scratch and taking guidance to get things dialed to get this to a 50+ page log where you nail your goals like a champ, and you will! Keep logging brother you've got a great base it looks like you could put on some serious muscle. Arms are already thick and big we're on our way!

So he's bulking then it seems, then those macros make more sense. But I'm on board with 240-250 P for sure.

Update from yesterday. I didn’t get to update all meals but this is what I ended up with. I upped protein as per @LevButlerov

I didn’t get to workout though as I felt like shit. Been feeling flu/fever like symptoms since Wednesday. Week before that, been waking up with sore throat and still kept pushing it at gym. Wednesday, I ran outside while it was raining and o guess that’s what fucked me up. Feeling much better today though.

No more nip itching sometimes I feel sensitive on my nips but overall much better than when I first got high e2 readings.

Will take another 0.25mg adex tomorrow. My schedule is Sunday and Thursday. I pin test EOD 3x a week and do adex 2x Sundays and Thursdays.

One question though could this fever/chills/flu problem be related to E2? Or am I actually sick? It feels like my typical sickness when I catch a flu. And I read up that e2 shouldn’t give you chills and body aches and headaches at the top of your head. Mostly just back of the eyes and temples.

Additionally my blood pressure is still pretty normal though my heart rate stays elevated. 75-80 resting heart rate versus 50-65 before.

Still feeling a bit sick today but will push to go to the gym.

Good update, that sounds like a real flu not e2 related since high e2 doesn’t give fever or chills like that. Elevated heart rate while sick is normal from immune stress and less sleep so keep resting and stay on your usual adex schedule. @pr0doggy i wouldn't shift hormones now.

If you still feel the fever or body aches then rest 1 more day, gear or not recovery beats forced sessions when immune stress is high. You're better taking 3 days off deload and recover.

Hey EVO fam,

I just started my first actual cycle. I messed around with Enclomiphene + Anavar (not the smartest combo, I know) for 2 months before, followed by Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin for recovery and body composition.

Peaked at over 230 lbs, then cut down to 170 lbs in one year. I ended up lean but flat and stringy — barely any muscle at all. Since then, I rebuilt with smarter nutrition and structure. Got hit with a rough sciatica + AC joint injury that set me back, and I landed at a weird skinny-fat physique.

Recently moved to Sydney and left behind my family and my ex-fiancé, who ended up having cold feet before our wedding and our move here. I was depressed and mentally out of it and thought to myself, “Hey, might as well get on with this and bounce back as a completely new person.”

This is my first proper Testosterone cycle, and I’m considering adding another compound later depending on response and labs.

As of today - 30/10/2025 - I just finished 4 weeks out of my 12-16 week cycle.




Starting Stats & Relevant Info​

Age: 30
Starting Weight: 82 kg (180 lbs)
Estimated Body Fat: ~15-16% *not sure about this one all I had was those electric InBody scales at the gym
Training Frequency: 5–6x per week
Training Experience: Years on and off, but only truly consistent the past 2 years. Most of that consistency was just focused on losing weight though.

Current Plan:
A 12 to 16-week cycle if blood work permits. Originally planned to bulk for 8–10 weeks, then cut for the remaining phase — but now considering extending the bulk. Not 100% sure yet though. So it'll be more like a recomp I guess. Maybe you could give advice?

PROBLEMS RIGHT NOW:
E2 significantly higher than I want. Below are some of the things I feel:

- Bloat (Really bad)
- Some anxiety
- Higher BP/HR but not extreme
- Time-to-time I'd have itchy nips but it comes in passing. Just one scratch and I'm done lol. No spicy or painful nips.

high — horny almost every day
Mood: calmer than during my dark, “suicidal thought” days after everything that happened
Energy: strong throughout the day except for my usual afternoon dip

Woke up feeling much better. I think I'm good for a quick but lighter workout today. Won't push it as hard just yet.

Slept really well woke up in a good mood, not much anxiety. I normally wake up with anxiety (diagnosed) but when high E2 started, it was much worse. Now I feel better.

Will take another dose of test this morning plus 0.25mg adex. This will be my 2nd dose of Adex. Will continue taking for 3 weeks and then retest my E2.

Woke up with BP at 128/67 and resting heart rate a bit lower but still elevated at 73 vs 55 baseline.

Yes brother, I'll keep the bulk up until 10 weeks maybe then see where to go from there. If I packed on a lot of fat, I will cut for the last 6 weeks. I plan to add anavar here.

Ultimate goal for this first cycle is see how test affects me (and I'm learning a lot right now! I am apparently a high aromatiser lol) and also look better at the end of it. After this cycle, PCT (or cruise? idk yet) before starting another proper bulk cycle with additional compounds if needed.

Reason why I say cruise maybe is because I am running the Sydney Marathon and I kinda feel like being on gear during the marathon might be beneficial lol but idk yet I haven't researched enough for that. That's a problem for next time. Gotta focus on this cycle first.

Good to hear you’re feeling better and e2 symptoms easing, that 0.25mg adex plan for 3 weeks is fine. :D

BP and heart rate still a bit high but will settle as e2 normalizes.

Believe it or not running only Test for a marathon might not be your best gear choice. There are peptides can go increase your VO2 max and EQ will get your RBC up. This is more for someone like @stevesmi to take on.

I was actually looking into Test + EQ because of its endurance benefits. Watched a few videos and read up a bit about it but haven’t really gone into much detail.

All I know is that EQ takes a while to kick in and to get out of your system and that’s why i was considering doing a cruise instead of a full pct just yet.

If I end this cycle at 16 weeks, my pct will be mid-Feb. Timings might be tight if I plan to fully recover and be ready for the marathon in Aug/Sept... or is it just right? But would love to hear more from you guys.

As for lifts, below are some of the improvements. Few notes:

1. No bar exercises until my PT allows me (I have sciatica and AC joint injuries)
2. I am limited to plate loaded machines that allow me to hit one side at a time.
3. Once I get the go signal (estimated in 2-3 weeks) from my PT, I will test my squat, bench, deadlift.
4. Leg exercises will be updated tomorrow once I do my workout again. For legs, I am also limited to machines. (Pendulum Squat, Leg Press, etc)

Felt much better today overall. Mood was very good. I feel like Arimidex is starting to work well. BP and HR were still up and down though. And still some anxiety throughout the day but not as bad as the first few days.

1 question though:

I just got my Ralox from @Wolfenstein. Is it smart to take it preventively while my E2 is high? In my head this is to avoid potential build up of gyno. Protocol would be 0.25mg Arimidex 2x per week + Ralox until I test for E2 again.

Or is that a dumb idea? It was just a random thought I had while showering and I haven't done any research about it lol.

Was about to mention gw but you guys beat me too it lol, sprinkle in some mots c and that would give you a serious fuel tank for a marathon 😉
EQ is good for endurance since it boosts RBC count, but you’ll want to stop it 12-14 weeks before the marathon so hematocrit normalizes. I would stack it with cardarine gw for your goals @pr0doggy
@pr0doggy Perfect advice right here and love the cardarine and gw suggestion. And the timing of your marathon in Aug would give you time to run it (after PCT) for 12 weeks ending in May and then going off 12 weeks for the marathon in Aug.
Spot on. I was planning to do Test, EQ, Cardarine, MOTS-C, SLUPP332. But I'll be asking for your help again towards the end of this cycle. I wanna focus on this one first. Thanks for the guidance though!

UPDATES:

Nutrition on track now averaging 3.2k calories on 220-230g protein. Experimenting on upping calories further to hit 250g protein.

Good side chest in that pic, arms and delts have come up and your shape is tightening fast. The progress from late October to now is clear improvement even with the machine only pumps :D

On the Ralox, don’t add it yet unless you actually feel gland or puffiness under the nipple. Keep the Arimidex 0.25mg 2x /week for now and retest e2 first imo @pr0doggy

Macros still in check. Planning to up to 3.5k calories for the next few weeks before starting the cut part of the recomp. This means upping protein to around 250g.

Will also try to get labs as soon as next week. I feel so much better in terms of E2 sides. Almost feeling nothing anymore which is such a relief!

1. Given that sides of high e2 have subsided, should I still keep taking Adex? Just finished first dose of week 2 today.
2. Should I add any other compound? I was planning to add Anavar for the cut portion of this cycle. Maybe 40-50mg. I used to do 25mg. Additionally, I saw @Infinity Labs had Mast E available. Considering adding it so I wouldn't need AI. Or even Mast P. I've seen one featured supplier here with Mast P recently
3. If not Mast, what else can I add to grow even more quality muscle?

Also, not the best pics but here are some legs updates lol. Wish they could have grown faster and bigger but sciatica is a bitch. There are days when I can't even walk.

I’ll prolly take a blood test on Saturday but only for e2 and test since it’s a bit out of budget right now to do everything all over again.

Which between EQ and mast is better at this stage? I’m considering running it until I transition into a cut. I would assume mast?

I would go with equipoise right now lower dose.
 
Imma take better shots later. Just headed to the clinic to retest e2 right now lol. Hopefully all is well.

From 320+ to 125 after 3 doses of adex. I’ll keep taking it for another week or 2 then retest.

Seeing your in range after 2 weeks , I would keep it the same till the end of cycle. Also You get a rebound effect from Adex so e2 should come back even stronger, if you stop

Currently on 0.25 2x weekly, brother. I do not mind keeping at it or maybe moving to aromasin to avoid rebound? Idk. Was also looking to adding mast or eq. Depends on what I get my hands on first.

Thats a real low dose, you found a nice lvl at a low dose adex perfect.
Id keep it just as is for the rest of cycle.

Save the EQ for next time, its a prick to get the right dose for e2.

Can add Mast but just be careful with new vendors bro, Small orders only.

Was actually considering adding something like:

EQ 100-150mg test 300mg and see how it goes from there. Then maybe 20mg/day of tbol for 6 weeks while waiting for eq to kick in. Reason for this is more endurance. As I stated earlier in this thread, I’m starting to train for a marathon.

As for mast, I’m supposed to log mast for infinity labs but while we’re not there yet, I’ll maybe just to eq first.

Can I swap eq out for mast in case the logging for mast pushes through?

Balancing your e2 is going to suck and you cant get a normal e2 blood test to check, I just don't see the point in adding it to this cycle, your on 300mgs of test now right?

Try minutes instead of kms, at a minimum 30mins x 4 times a week then once accustomed add in a 1hr long run on weekends.

From there You have to build up slow or you will break.

Eventually should be doing 1hr x 4 - 5 days and 2hrs on weekends. With 2 speed or form sessions a week.

Whats your 5k pb? 10k pb?

longest run is 21km at around 7:20ish only done 21.1k twice ever

And yes sir. I’m on 300mgs test. Lev suggested to micro some eq for remainder of cycle is ok so was considering it. Have some coming soon but also not eager to hop on it I can always just keep it for future cycles.
