Hey EVO fam,
I just started my first actual cycle. I messed around with Enclomiphene + Anavar (not the smartest combo, I know) for 2 months before, followed by Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin for recovery and body composition.Peaked at over 230 lbs, then cut down to 170 lbs in one year. I ended up lean but flat and stringy — barely any muscle at all. Since then, I rebuilt with smarter nutrition and structure. Got hit with a rough sciatica + AC joint injury that set me back, and I landed at a weird skinny-fat physique.
Recently moved to Sydney and left behind my family and my ex-fiancé, who ended up having cold feet before our wedding and our move here. I was depressed and mentally out of it and thought to myself, “Hey, might as well get on with this and bounce back as a completely new person.”
This is my first proper Testosterone cycle, and I’m considering adding another compound later depending on response and labs.
As of today - 30/10/2025 - I just finished 4 weeks out of my 12-16 week cycle.
Starting Stats & Relevant Info
Age: 30Starting Weight: 82 kg (180 lbs)
Estimated Body Fat: ~15-16% *not sure about this one all I had was those electric InBody scales at the gym
Training Frequency: 5–6x per week
Training Experience: Years on and off, but only truly consistent the past 2 years. Most of that consistency was just focused on losing weight though.
Current Plan:
A 12 to 16-week cycle if blood work permits. Originally planned to bulk for 8–10 weeks, then cut for the remaining phase — but now considering extending the bulk. Not 100% sure yet though. So it'll be more like a recomp I guess. Maybe you could give advice?

- Testosterone Enanthate – 300 mg/week (Started 100 mg M/W/F but now moving to EOD)
*Source isn’t from EVO — didn’t know this place existed before, but will definitely source here for future vials. - MK677 – 12.5 mg/day (only until I finish up my old vial — not wasting it lol)
- KLOW Blend (GHK-Cu : BPC-157 : TB-500 : KPV 5:1:1:1) – 3.2 mg/day for ~3.5 weeks
- MOTS-C – currently considering adding this soon
- Retatrutide – taking 2mg/week to counter some of the negatives of Test on biomarkers

AI / SERMs
Have Arimidex on hand but not taking any.Bloods this week to monitor E2 and Prolactin before making adjustments.
Bloodwork (So far)
PROBLEMS RIGHT NOW: E2 significantly higher than I want. Below are some of the things I feel:
- Bloat (Really bad)
- Some anxiety
- Higher BP/HR but not extreme
- Time-to-time I'd have itchy nips but it comes in passing. Just one scratch and I'm done lol. No spicy or painful nips.
OTHER OBSERVATIONS:
Libido: high — horny almost every day
Mood: calmer than during my dark, “suicidal thought” days after everything that happened
Energy: strong throughout the day except for my usual afternoon dip
Acne:
I’ve always had folliculitis — small pimple-like bumps all over my back, chest, and arms that no meds have fixed (antibiotics, creams, gels, you name it). Aside from that, nothing major. Got a few face spots in week 2 that cleared up with Benzac.
Hairline: perfect
Sleep: 6–7 hrs/night
Injection Comfort: started subQ TRT-style (was scared of needles lol), now doing IM — much better
TWEAKS AS OF 30/10/2025:
- 0.5mg Arimidex 2x weekly for 2 weeks and retest e2
- Increase frequency of test to daily OR lessen it entirely (Maybe someone can help me assess which is better?)

Feedback Requested
- Is it a good call that I started AI today? (30/10/2025)
- Is my AI dosage correct? (0.5 2x weekly)
- Should I lower test dosage or increase frequency of pinning?
- Should I keep my focus on gaining muscle and bulking or should I stop test right now and cut down to a better BF% before restarting my cycle again?

- I believe I started relatively high bodyfat % and could have started with a lot more mass. I was just in a bad place mentally then and thought this would be good route to take. I estimate it to be 15-16% with the help of an InBody scale (I know it's not that accurate)
