Workout yesterday.
Was a good one but I was a bit annoyed that the second time I wanted to incorporate the hack squats it was taken. Did the hammer strength V squat instead. Definitely not as good as the normal hack squat.
For calves I tried to implement what I think
@SPOONMAN366 has been doing with 20 rep sets. Went pretty well, couldn't quite get 20 on the last set. I used weights that meant I did the following: first set full 20 in one go, second set a bit of rest/pause for the last 5 and final set a bit of rest pause for the final 10.
