A lot of the recipe stuff I look at is Asian type stuff. This was surprisingly simple as well. Just let the beef sit with the baking soda while I cut the veg, then pretty much chuck it all in. Sauce was simple as well.

Yep my wife makes the exact same dish the same way. Intjim she uses corn starch instead of the baking soda though. Quick and delicious.
 
Workout yesterday.

Was a good one but I was a bit annoyed that the second time I wanted to incorporate the hack squats it was taken. Did the hammer strength V squat instead. Definitely not as good as the normal hack squat.

For calves I tried to implement what I think @SPOONMAN366 has been doing with 20 rep sets. Went pretty well, couldn't quite get 20 on the last set. I used weights that meant I did the following: first set full 20 in one go, second set a bit of rest/pause for the last 5 and final set a bit of rest pause for the final 10.

Yeah bro 100% i think Arnold was onto it when it came to calves

When I used to run everyday I did a lot of beach running up in the softer sand which stretches the calf muscle

Hence why when I started training them with weight they really grew well

I heard Arnold talk about this also,makes a lot of sense in my opinion

Stick to the approach bro you will notice next time around youl get that muscle connection,the first I tried it my calves were BURNING

@waggat Man you are a wizard in the kitchen for sure. That's some good looking meals. I was not even aware about using baking soda to tenderize the beef. Tell us more about that.
Hey mate, it's called velveting. I think it's an Asian method. You just cut the beef and mix in the baking soda and let it sit for 20 minutes. Then rinse it off. It apparently breaks down the fibres of the meet to make it tender.

I just started trying a bunch of recipes to find stuff the family likes. I suppose you start to see trends. I don't think I'm a good cook though, maybe just good at following recipes. It keeps it interesting as well to see if you can get it to turn out the same.

Naw you're definitely a good cook bro. Following a recipe isn't as easy as it sounds. If I tried what you're doing it would turn out a mess lol.

Plus cooking from recipes is just how you build a knowl base. I bet you could freestyle a meal easily at this point.

Weighed myself this morning and was up 2.2kg from the day before.

So I would like to nominate myself for aromitisation king 🤣. @LevButlerov can we get a badge for that?

This prompted me to make a record of my cycle in terms of gear, AI and E2.

Appears as though even at 1:1 the EQ isn't doing enough. Also, I guess up until this last week the Nolvadex was masking the high E2?

I plan on getting bloods on Wednesday next week. Maybe from here on out I'll try 12.5mg Aromasin EOD?
 
Ok so in the last two days I've had some nipple tenderness. It prompted me to take 12.5mg Aromasin yesterday morning. Was still feeling it in the evening so took another.

Weighed myself this morning and was up 2.2kg from the day before.

So I would like to nominate myself for aromitisation king 🤣. @LevButlerov can we get a badge for that?

This prompted me to make a record of my cycle in terms of gear, AI and E2.

Some of those symptoms could be psychological, it happens often when you expect e2 sides. I’d avoid pushing aromasin so hard so no E2 crash. @waggat

If you need something by feel, tamoxifen is safer short term for nipple relief.

I'm concerned going by feel will really tank your e2.

To echo what Lev has said, in my first cycle, I had all the symptoms of high e2 but ended up being low e2 but fluctuated very quickly on bloods, I ended up crashing it with adex and getting worse and worse, sometimes it pays to ride it out a little and see where you land

2kg of weight gain can be a pretty natural flucuation aswell based on salt, food etc, its crazy how much the symptoms of low and high can crossover a lcms e2 test is truly the only real way to know, I can pick it now off feel somewhat reliably after doing labs and confirming

Few contenders for that title 🤣

Judt a reminder EQ takes about 10 weeks to saturate.
And you will need a lcms e2 test to detect the difference between e1 and e2

Don't take any aromasin sunday lets do bloods and see without it @waggat

That's a great question, def over my limited knowledge.

It still takes x amount of time for the ester to be cleaved off, before that the boldenone isn't being used. Pretty sure thats the case someone correct if not so.

So my hypothesis would be that there is a point of limited return. Once e2 is crashed its not going to crash at the same rate any further.

So the person who gets the low e2 effects straight away probably needs a much smaller dose???

Yeah i agree here just be carefull brother you dont want to overshoot on something that may not have actually shot first. So go easy with the ai until bloods tell you.

It did for me brother! Now i cant give you evidence from a scientific stand point i can only share my own experience.
I was on a gram of test, 300 mast, wont add the other compound as it doesnt influence this, and 25mg of aromasin ED and could only get my e2 down to 167pmol. Which isnt to bad when test is that high, but was on 25mg daily asin which isnt great.
Dropped everything and test back to 500mg weekly for 4 weeks as 1g was shithouse i didnt feel good i was bloating and was a pretty dumb cycle to be honest.
After 4 weeks at 500mg i added in 400mg eq, no ai whatsoever for 4 weeks so my e2 would have bumped as the test dose was smoothing out without an ai.

A little over two weeks after adding in the eq my estrogen was nuked. Wouldnt even pick up below the lowest reading.

Yeah you still got a ways to go bro before the EQ can manage the E2 for you. You're like 8 to 10 weeks for blood saturation so you're barely halfway there LOL. Hopefully the AI can keep you in check for a bit then the EQ can slide on in there and finish the job and topple the king LOL

Hmm im not entirely sure that has to be the case of eq fully saturating before it influences e2. There has been at least 4 other aussies who were the same as my self where it got hit straight away. Such a hostile compound from person to person and its effects.

I feel now that if someone is thinking about eq, gotta be willing to run regular bloods to find your sweet spot or you may find yourself chasing tail to get to where you want. Fuck the American boys make it seem sooo easy haha.

It would be great to see you try the cycle your on now from the beginning and see if it still has the same effects on e2 at the start.

Yeah mate awesome hey. Have just recently changed to them from leg press as main quad exercise due to seeing so many people do them. I love that they seem to hit the lower area hard.
 
Pretty much normal. I guess I'll get tests again in a few weeks and see if it's back to normal.
It's possible you were fighting something off and never got sick. I've had similar blood tests before. Pretty much exactly with elevated neutrophils. If I remember right that means it's a new infection, but don't quote me on that

Your white cell count at 3.3 with neutrophils at 1.6 is mild suppression, nothing serious there imo @waggat
and most of the time it comes from stress, recent illness rather than anything serious, i agree with @BeMe its likely past illness
This level usually rebounds once calories, sleep and recovery improve.

I would sleep a bit more, add a nap or 2 here and there, and add an extra deload day per week to start off
Means you're probably fighting some type of illness. How are you feeling?
 
I had Neutrophils at 1.3 - it turned out to be a copper deficiency from running high zinc while trying to restore fertility - took me months to work it out.
interesting, this is why we need a blood work sub will start one soon talking to management @Dreamer

Your bloods are actually quite solid, could be a little dehydrated giving a higher HCT and Urea, but see the e2? Definitely not high and as I was saying the symptoms can overlap, if anything, on a ratio to your free t, its probably a little lower than optimal.

Hey mate, yeah thanks for 'talking me down' 🤣

It's interesting, I see some people comment on high E2 regardless and other (like you now) talk more about the number in comparison with T numbers.

I crashed my e2 on one of my cycles convinced it was high, but nah, it was already low and I started popping arimidex and it just got worse and worse haha.

My e2 is actually at 215 with my free test at 1250 and I feel great. E2 isnt always the enemy

I was like but I'm an electrician and I handle copper all day lol. Guess it doesn't work that way apparently.

I got on a copper supplement after as well. I was sick at the time of the original test though so I think it was a happy coincidence in the end.

I went down a rabbit hole of copper supplementation - it actually does ALOT, I feel so much better after adding some copper into my supps, apparently takes months to fully restore, its also apparently why my ast/alt is often high, even though ggt is fine and all my scans show literally nothing.

I love this stuff - its like a puzzle haha

Ya me too. You should get a fitness tracker. If you like geeking out on little changes and how they effect you a tracker is a lot of fun.

I use Oura ring man, I had a whoop but could never get good readings with my tattoos, I think Whoop had better data for lifting though

Oh shit ya that's right. I like the pics you post with the layout for oura with the floating tiles. Yea the tats mess whoop up. When I wear my bicep strap I have to put it on the inside of my arm.

I think almost everyone here would appreciate a tracker. Even if you don't kick out on all the metrics, it really gives you a lot of motivation for life improvements. I stopped drinking altogether because of my whoop and do more cardio because of it. They really push you to be better

Same man, when I was drinking, it would just absolutely tank all my metrics, worked out pretty quick I was never going to get my fitness goals with that, funny enough, even full cycle doses arent as bad as 6 beers on the metrics haha
