Ok thanks! Do you remember how long you ran it for? I have a bottle of 200mg/ml that I could run at 600mg ED and it would last 30 days.
It was a 30ml bottle. I think it’s something you can run for a long time if you like it. I’m not sure when it’s best deployed. It’s not a super powerful thing, but it does something for sure.

That's what I figured. Simple possession of Schedule 3 here isn't a crime believe it or not. But I don't want to get them all seized either if they wanna be assholes. My brother who's running the course needs gear and I was going to let him take a look at my stash and give him some NF at my cost but I'll just travel with my Rx TestE if anyone hasn't had experience getting it through checking on Canadian domestic.

Flight to Nova Scotia went well and was safe travels. The instructor barracks for the 5 Wounded Warriors attending Monday morning has a great reflection in the window at night for stage-like pics. Very happy about that.

The owner and lead instructor is carnivore and is having local vegetables brought in so we see eye to eye on diet and there’s a mini-gym here so I’ll be getting creative but still hitting it hard!

Nice bro! Hope it goes well. How did you feel after that day fasting last week?
I loved it! Abs looked great and woke up not hungry at all the last 12 hours were easy. There’s a period toward the end where I actually had more energy vs when unfasted.

I plan to do it more when I get back from Nova Scotia.
 
That stuff… doesn’t work for me?
You have to leave it on at least twice as long what the bottle says. I leave it on for like a half hour. Don’t rub it in like cream as much as you just cake it on and let it sit. Use 2 full bottles put extra where it’s coarse like mid chest and get in the shower looking like a white zombie.

It's really trippy how it works.. when I found out about the gh incease when fasting it explained a few things but there's all sorts of far-out mystical shit that starts happing after that point. I've read some wild things in Buddhist texts about it, sure there's lots of spiritual texts about it atcually and been meaning go searching.

Having a bunch of techniques like this instead of drugs for certain things is what I'm aiming to build up over the next five or ten years. Seems like a lot of common methods are just ignored by bodybuilders.

I plan to do it more when I get back from Nova Scotia.

aawesome bro! I'd be keen to join you doing some experiments. Im thinking one of the weeks after my cycle I'll try a five day water fast and see what affect that has on the loose skin thing. I think there's some secrets waiting for us to discover there.

I love your honesty... I only did that once myself too (not with HarleyGirl). It was a drunken addict relationship and she'd punch me out all the time I kinda liked it when she'd be mad and deck me I'd laugh... one night I didn't like it though. Did 3 months for that LOL. My brother, you are the living proof that we just don’t know what people have gone through or what they are going through. We drive in traffic, walk thru stores, sit in movie theaters surrounded by people who all have things in their lives we could never know.
The fact that YOU survived the aftermath of someone’s suicide, especially in that way, is something that I have the utmost respect for, being strong enough to deal with some things just isn’t easy.

  • Nova Scotia trip was compelling and a successful healing camp at the Ranch for Operators with PTSD and Operator Syndrome. Five other US 🇺🇸 and Canadian 🇨🇦 operators altogether is about as healing as it gets
  • Been mod'ing more than updating and I literally had a dream that @s.gentz and @LevButlerov DM'd me to update my log :ROFLMAO:
  • Got HarleyGirl's bloods back and her test levels tells me that pinning once a week 7.5mg vs. twice a week should be her range **see pics**

  • I cheated. Once. I knew we'd be working out in Nova Scotia and have been on TRT so I pinned 1ml TestP and 1ml Trenomast (tren ace and mastP) two days before takeoff. I brought no gear on the plane. I couldn't help myself I'm fucked and wanted the psychological boost and/or placebo boost LOL. Gonna wait for these fast esters to clear for my TRT bloodwork. - I'm torn. My body wants to be at 180lbs. If I don't eat big I can't stay above 200lbs but I'm wanting to bring my BF% down without being in a deficit and losing weight. That kind of recomp is gonna require a special cycle come end of December. I'm on it don't worry.

I'm gonna write up a thread about this as I figured out we were dead wrong in Aus/NZ thinking this was expensive. If you remove all the smoke and mirrors and calculate it on raw mg of ingredients and dosges needed it's considerably cheaper even after being slogged by the exchange rate and postage. Looking forward to this, Lev thinks I should start at 3 caps a day and see how I react.

I'm gonna write up a thread about this as I figured out we were dead wrong in Aus/NZ thinking this was expensive. If you remove all the smoke and mirrors and calculate it on raw mg of ingredients and dosges needed it's considerably cheaper even after being slogged by the exchange rate and postage. Looking forward to this, Lev thinks I should start at 3 caps a day and see how I react.

Ok will do. I have an ultrasound scheduled in January for it the doc wants to check for a hernia. It's big enough that I can push my 4 fingers into it and when I am on my back and crunch up it creates a pyramid looking form. It's pretty separated LOL. But I'll try the dead bugs and cable chops for sure.

If you can fit 4 fingers into the gap and it domes into a pyramid on a crunch then that is a true wide separation and you are doing the right thing getting the ultrasound to rule out a hernia. :D @HarleyGuy

Ok this is good advice. I've never really addressed it until I had a lipoma on my back and asked him about gyno surgery at the same time, took my shirt off and he notice the pyramid and said I had diastasis recti. I was like "huh?" then he explained it while examining it and I said "oh ya I used to be a fatass I lost 80lbs". Then he equated it to what happens when women get pregnant and I was thinking "oh great I let myself go that bad, nice job dickwad HarleyGuy way to fuck yourself up good and proper LOL"

Hahaha ya bro we Canadians live on that shit! I take mine black. I went from double double while I was fat HarleyGuy (2 cream, 2 sugar), then tried to get healthier with them and went to 2 cream 2 sweetener, then to 2 milk 2 sweetener then I said WTF just drink it black and you don't have to count it and it's great black!

A large double double has about 30g of carbs all from sugar and 14g of fat with 236 calories. So 3 of these a day and you've just added 90g of sugar to your 'cutting' diet and 42g of fat with over 700 calories.

I've stood outside AA meetings with some guys I'm 'coaching' on their diet and training and they're telling me their diet isn't working while they're sipping on a large Tim Horton's coffee with a TT written on the top in white marker (triple triple!!). At least 3 guys I'm helping on their diet in AA have DD's or TT's in hand and when I see them at meetings with one I just shake my head at them and they laugh.

We were gonna do a cold plunge it was mentioned but never happened. I might be going back in January and then that will be a proper cold plunge in Canada! LOL

It's about 14F. We're down to about 14-19F overnight now and it's only November.

We get as low as -22F in January and February in Ontario here. In the Yukon province it's gone down to -81F about 60 years ago and they're commonly around -40F in the winter.

If you remove all the smoke and mirrors and calculate it on raw mg of ingredients and dosges needed it's considerably cheaper even after being slogged by the exchange rate and postage. Looking forward to this, Lev thinks I should start at 3 caps a day and see how I react.

Thanks man I'm pretty stoked about both of those things :) got 4-6 more weeks to let the EQ work (on week 5) before I try it but I've got it in for lab testing already and there's another Evo logger with the same gear (@trentwin1) and he's already started so not going first for once haha. I'm gonna write a thread about getting the n2guard to NZ, it's awesome man I'm really happy I've got it.

I think so man, with the exchange rate and shipping it seemed pretty difficult and unreasonably expensive and out of reach but I compared it to a local clone and also getting core ingredients in suitable quantities for a 4 or 6 week run on orals and once I did that it put everything into focus. It's tjr opposite of what I thought, and even with the huge shipping costs (which are not going to n2bm!) and poor exchange rate it's far cheaper, and not expensive but atcually cheap imho.

The n2guard is designed for that exact purpose so this one bottle is all I need, I gave the 2nd one to the guy who's trying the anardol first - anything else requires multiple bottles, several products, etc.. my van would start looking like your place if I could somehow acquire all those bottles ;)

As it stands the 7 caps a day being 30 days comes out at $7.25 NZD ($5.74 CAD) which is totally reasonable to support your cycle. I think I'll take your lead and use these all the time if I can.

I've never really addressed it until I had a lipoma on my back and asked him about gyno surgery at the same time, took my shirt off and he notice the pyramid and said I had diastasis recti. I was like "huh?" then he explained it while examining it and I said "oh ya I used to be a fatass I lost 80lbs". Then he equated it to what happens when women get pregnant and I was thinking "oh great I let myself go that bad, nice job dickwad HarleyGuy way to fuck yourself up good and proper LOL"

I'd do it in a heartbeat but it's like $18,000 to do the lower stomach skin tummy tuck along with they lower chest fat and glands removed. So I might just save up and and get it done in a couple years.

Yes!! I'm an oblique freak because when I was super fat my midsection gave way and I can never have that vertical line down the center of my abs. It's called "diastasis recti"... pregnant women get it and I got so fat I literally permanently busted my abs down the center!

@LevButlerov do you counsel any dudes with diastasis recti? All I can do for it is get surgery to sew it back together. Nothing I can do about it otherwise.

I can see mine bulge down the middle doing abs, not horrible maybe a finger and a half width but looks bigger when i'm straining. I figured if it's okay with him i'm not gonna stress it. I have enough body dysmorphia as it is lol. My recent kick is i'm soo pale my quads look like a freshly plucked chicken🐔

I used to go there to raid the pharmacies, can buy any steriods over the counter to, like Rimobolan, no shortage of that in the atcual pharmaceutical industry. And gentropin pens, whatever...

I think that's a good blast test/eq/anavar but masteron will be very hard to get.

I have always had this damn issue I think it's my personality. I'm liking the new advice to switch everything up with both diet and the rep ranges. I'll lower weight and lose the ego go with time under tension and higher reps. Roger that.

To be honest I just wanted to workout fasted. I don't ever seem to get hypo issues and can grit through the low blood sugar and maintain strength so what I picture is after a workout they're starving for glycogen so that's when I wanna flood them with it. For leg day I've been doing it pre workout. I'm open to any suggestions.

I have half a vial of MastE 100mg and half a vial of MastP and one full vial of Trenomast 100/100. Hmmm, trenomast, tempting but I want long esters for this next one and will finish off with short esters in week 13-14.

Some guys handle OMAD easier than 2MAD, some the other way it's usually 60/40. Stay with OMAD.
