I noticed in your bloods your estrogen is very high. This was taken around your aromasin dose?
What gear brand are you using?

I started the dose of Aromasin after this blood work. I go back to get tested next week.

How long have you been on retatrutide bro? I did 8 weeks with testosterone and it was amazing, really incredible stuff my diet is completely different now.

I started the dose of Aromasin after this blood work. I go back to get tested next week.

You look big in the pics with solid muscle base, just carrying a bit higher body fat right now. Good call starting Aromasin since that e2 spike can happen fast on Sustanon with Reta in play.

Keep your 200mg sustanon steady till bloods confirm e2 is in range, don’t bump dose yet.

  • Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
  • cardio how much do you do? when etc
  • If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Or use an app like myfitness pal or cronometer. Very easy.

@Hittharoaddude glad to have you on here! one suggestion i think its crucial is on the 200mgs sust and 6mgs aromasin EOD. i can almost guarantee you are crushing your estrogen too much. i would either do the 200mgs sust every 2 weeks and completely drop the aromasin OR i would lower the aromasin dose down to 5mgs a week only split

yeah thats pretty normal blood pressure for me.

And thank you I've done tons of reading on this board and a lot of research to come up with my protocol hopefully it's goes as planed.

I get tested end of this week so I'll know so far I feel great.

I thought aromasin was mild. Compared to a-dex. Like 25mg is similar to 1mg a-dex. So I spilt a 25 lmg tab into fours this week will make 3 weeks. So Ill check before I crash my e2.

Do you have a cuff so you can monitor your BP regularly? You're starting a tad bit high and the test and other compounds will raise it. Keep an eye out bro cuz high BP can kill.

I can tell you've done a lot of reading. Great work there! Follow your plan and make sure you get some bloodwork done mid cycle to see how everything's going. Don't wanna fly blind right.

40 protien (chicken, lean ground beef, sirloin, salmon two meals a week)
40 carbs (white rice, sweet potato, red potatoes,veggies)
Fats(avocados a few through the week)



Breakfast
1/2 cup of eggs white two whole eggs
Two raisin toast
Scoop of protien

Lunch
8oz protien
Cup of carbs
Green veggies

Dinner
8oz of protien
Veggies

Snack
Protien bar, fruit,
Fresca to drink

good you're tracking, @Hittharoaddude but what is 8oz of protein? 8 oz chicken breast and 8oz of soy is different. please add foods :D

Aromasin is mild, but it still is extremely powerful
 
I'm not really lifting that heavy. moderate weight with a nice tempo not taking a big long rest in between. Sets or exercises.
But I definitely can add more reps, 20-25 across the whole workout.
Tempo training is actually very beneficial with certain people. Other people will benefit more from high intensity and then other people will benefit more from more high volume, lower intensity just depends. @Hittharoaddude

Little more insight in June and July I had 4 surgeries on my right leg had a pretty wicked injury not workout related. So I had 3 mouths to plan. Reading those guys response on other people log gave me some insight.

@Hittharoaddude You are a big dude for sure. Once you get your Body fat lower Then you will be dangerous. I think you've got good muscle structure and it seems like you have a good workout routine. You're definitely committed.

Smart move easing in with familiar movements after that leg injury, rebuilding from 4 surgeries takes patience. Adding volume slowly and controlling reps will keep recovery clean and avoid setbacks.
You should be doing bpc/tb regular imo and you need bone broth in your diet @Hittharoaddude

I order bpc-157 didn’t know enough about the combo.

Anavar and GH are good for healing wounds like that espeically burn, you can also look at peptides for your leg like BPC/TB500. Did you run a healing protocol?

Ouch. That looks like a tough one. I'm glad that you came out of it. Okay.

When you're ready just start at 2iu a day. If you want fat loss you can split it into 1iu twice a day.

I need some with help with retatrutide. Im having trouble eating enough food. Only trying to get 2800 calories a day coming around 2100 calories. Im only taking 2mg split into two dose 1mg Wednesday 1mg Sunday.

My fear is im not eating enough. Im sure to eat 200grams of protien a day. But im getting full asf quick. 3 meals and a snack.

That’s normal on retatrutide, appetite drop can be rough early. @Hittharoaddude

Use shakes, bars, and liquid meals to bridge calories easier between your 3 meals. A protein shake with oats, almond butter, or banana 2x/day can get you to 2800 without feeling stuffed. Just a shake with honey and banana alone is enough to boost you up.

Your body adapts man, I would get super sick at the start when I was running it, after some weeks it eases up.

I recon Just dial it back slightly 750mcg x 2 a week

But If your enhanced and still hitting your protein Goals then you should still be pretty sweet at 2100 cals a day

Was this your starting dose my brother? Maybe you started to high.

Disclaimer I’m a pretty private guy really not big on posting on the Internet so I wanna started this post. Wasn’t sure how involved I’d get into it. But after the warm welcome, I’m gonna try to make this log better. With full transparency so you guys can help me along the way.

Update my Recomp Log

So when I started this log, I was about two weeks into increase my susta 400mg/wk EOD. Once again, I did this based off a ton of reading, Watched some videos, and read some boring studies. Mostly about Aromasin and how much is prescribed and what is typically seen for E2 reduction based off mg prescribed. So I had some confidence moving forward with the increase of test got my bloodwork back today after doing 400mg just shy of three weeks seems to be holding true. My goal was to get my e2 down in the 70s came in pretty close. Got my e2 down and Testosterone levels up and free test with minimal sides. Some Itchy nipples no swelling, and some water retention I can see it in my face but I’m thinking that go away as my body adjust. Other wise I feel great!

I’ve also made some changes to my workouts based off some feed feedback from the evo fam. @LevButlerov and @Pigsy. I’ve changed my rep ranges. Going up to 15 to 20 across the board. Some exercises I was able to keep the weight the same surprisingly others, I’m having to adjust the weight for the increase in volume but overall better work out and better pumps💪🏿.

Other change I’ve made as a switched from working out in the morning with my fasted cardio to splitting it where I go in the morning and get fasted cardio and working out in the evening. For a few reasons, I need more time before I was cramming it in because of my business. Another reason is, I want to move my macros around. I wanna eat most of my carbs the meal pre-workout And let my last meal be veggies and protien.

So now with my blood work back, not really happy with my IGF-1 so I’ll probably adjust my diet and reduce retatrutide so I can’t eat more Whole Foods. So I can grow!

We will see what I tweak next I’ll get some pictures up later on my meal plan once I get it updated and I’ll take another progress picture. I don’t think I look much different, but we’ll see.

E2 at 61 is still on the high side so you’re close but need a small Aromasin bump or tighter dose timing. can you do that?

The new training split and higher rep range sound good for recomp, you getting better pumps? :D @Hittharoaddude

High rep training is great man, thanks for sharing bloods too, as Lev said E2 would be the thing to try and control - but remember if you feel good and dont have symptoms is the main thing dont stress numbers too much

Yeah I thought 61 was in the range for my test levels. 2%to5%.
 
on the road to getting to recomposition . From the first day back in the gym to about a week ago. Starter at 292lb now I’m down to about 266lb. Going to go for a bf scales once I can maintain low 250lbs.

Think I’m gonna end up backing the dose down to 200 mg a week in a couple weeks. Continue to work and recomp. Until I get my body fat down beow 18%. Gonna try to get on here more and get some pictures of the food and put meals and workouts on here put a little bit more time into the log, but here’s a mini update from now.

Shortly after bumping to 400mg. Woke up with early signs of gyno left pec was swollen and around the nipple so I added 20 mg for 7 days went down after three days or so.

When up from 6mg EOD 25mg /week to 12mg E3D 36mg of Aromasin a week. Trying to get my e2 down a little lower than my last blood test.

that will work but I would keep the tamoxifen there 2 weeks only lets see after.
36mgs of aromasin is A LOT for 400mgs test, can you check if you loading syringe right please? @Hittharoaddude
