Ahh I can't my leg extensions are one movement I can't do drop sets. I'm still trying to fix the problem in my right knee. That's why my weights are so low. Duno if you remember but I found that massive imbalance in my right leg and pain when I switched to single legs after maxing out my machine.steady@BeMe

thats awesome, try to hit over 500-550 carbs and lets get protein down to about 300 level to see how you feel on it.

leg ext you have 90 x 15 115x12
try this
70 x 25 slow
115 x 12
drop
90 x 15
Duno if I can manage 500-550 carbs. I usually eat pretty low carb and all these carbs in eating got me pretty bloated lol.
What's the thinking behind dropping the protein and increasing the carbs? @LevButlerov
