Only thing I would recommend because you’re really worried about the virtilization is unless you really trust your source or you have seen labs / blood work posted by some one else with that lab! Is possibly buy a roid test kit and check make sure it’s Anavar! Over the last 2 months I’ve gotten into the best shape of my life. I found this forum and wanted to share my current progress, push the progress more and really see what I can do. I’ve been a gym bunny for what feels like decades now. I have had on and off experience with compounds like Clenbuterol and MT2, but that’s about it. The HGH is mostly for longevity, anti-aging, better skin, hair, nails and sleep. I don’t expect to make any serious or noticeable muscle gains or fat loss. Its my first time using HGH, so im excited to see how it helps.
The Anavar I strictly want to limit to lifting days. I am very concerned with Virilization, so if anything at all changes, I will discontinue this. Like the HGH, this is my first time with an AAS.
The reta is what makes dieting not feel like such a physical and mental torture session. I’ve slowly built up to this dose over time. I can live my life and make progress while reaping all the other benefits, like insulin sensitivity and the anti-inflammatory properties.
A big part of my fitness focus is the health and longevity aspect. Of course I want to burn more fat, build more muscle and get stronger, but I also want to be healthy, physically and mentally.

I don’t count calories or macros. I let my body tell me when its hungry, and I’ll eat if it does (or wont). I have a lifetime of counting calories and weighing absolutely everything I eat and drink, so I have a very good idea of whats going into my body. The reta does make it very hard to overeat, as I generally have zero food noise, I get very full very quickly when I eat, and stay full for a long time. I prioritise lean proteins, healthy fats, fruit and vegetables. My desire to eat is very muted, so its easy to eat very “clean”. Getting in nutrient dense foods in the mail goal.
Overall Goals:
Ideally I’d like to recomp, burn fat, build muscle and get stronger. This is my first time doing something like this, and im honestly a little nervous. Im not the best at taking photos lol.

The day started off good, i was tracking and everything was going smooth. Workout was good, food finally had some instagram worthy food
But dinner was a birthday function and untrackable, and especially dessert, so i gave up

Breakfast - Overnight weetbix. - Americans; weetbix is a wheat based cereal, shape into bar. You usually just eat them in a bowl with milk.
How you eat your weetbix, is a point of great debate in our nation. Do you crush them up immediately and eat them like wheat flakes? Do you slowly chip away at each bar? Do you add fruit, yogurt, what kind of milk? Its a big deal here.
The common healthy person thing is to make overnight ones, like overnight oats. So similar concept.
Morning Snack - Flat white coffee
Lunch - Chicken, rice, lentils, quinoa and greens
Dinner - Pasta bakes, dinner rolls and salad.
This is when i all went south. I made a plate and ate it. It wasnt very large, but i really could accurately guess the calories or macros. It was a portion size that i would normally eat, so i can only assume in within my average daily. It was homemade, and yummy, so i can assume alot of oil
Pre-bed - Choc Mint loaded Brownie. Americans again; We have a quintessential cookie called the "Mint Slice". Its a round cookie with a peppermint layer, covered in chocolate. Very good. The person who made the dessert at the dinner i was at made a brownie, filled with cut up mint slice cookies, with a mint layer (just like the cookie), a chocolate top (just like the cookie) with more crushed up mint slice cookies on top.
I had a small piece, but lord knows how many calories was in that little bite of heaven

While its sort of embarrassing, its a massive relief to know my body is still healthy and im capable of a menstural cycle. Lots of females struggle with inconsistent periods, and lots of people don't understand the health issues that can come with that. Anyways, the workout (stepping down from my soapbox)

Im not sure. I suppose it depends on the flow. Sometimes i feel rubbish and cant train 100%, other times im ok. Im just happy my cycle is "normal".Solid session! Also a friend came back from bali and got me some Tretinoin cream, in various strengths. This stuff is pretty aggressive, but its the "steriods" of anti-aging
Some people get bad side effects and it just nukes their skin. I might try at the very lowest and see how i go! HGH, botox, KLOW and tretinoin, the skincare cycle

I weighed in a 46.6kg today, another random low weigh in. Last Friday I was 46.8kg then every day after that was around 47.1kg...until today. Female weight fluctuations are weird!
Didn't sleep great with yesterdays migraine but woke up feeling a bit better and the headache was gone most of the day. Until it came back again for the evening![]()

Today was a rest day, and i really took that rest. I didnt do much today, i honestly didn't feel like doing much. Steps were pretty low, 6k. But the headache, less than ideal sleep and hormone fluctuations, it just wanted to chill.

I also randomly really felt the Reta today - dry mouth, zero appetite and fatigued. Haven't had any symptoms like that for weeks now! I did use a slightly shorter needle tip for the peptide pen, but didn't think that would make a difference?

Thats a good idea. I like baggy shirts though!One of the things I can recommend for you is to throw that shirt into the laundry. @Sheshredz it on a setting where it can shrink it, then it will start fitting you better. Trust me, I do it all the time with my clothes ever since my wife died.

This could be the time in your period cycle where fatigue is at it's peak, from what I remember when trying to conceive it was day 3-7 of menstruation.Gosh i was tired today. Felt so exhausted and run down. I can definately feel a de-load week being needed soon. Ill push through this week and next week, but im looking foward to the week off!
If this isn't menstrual fatigue and once you're in ovulation phase and if the fatigue is still there I'd deload sooner than later because these are the signs to. Big mistake as I’d run myself into the ground physically and mentally. Even before I started this log, i had made a pretty drastic transformation. Starting a log and making that last little extra push was good and fun, but i think my candle is about to burn out.
I got 3 more days of this week, then i think the last week of the log will be a deload, then a break from logging for a week, and we'll start the new bulk log fresh and ready!

Im leaning heavily towards having a de-load after this week. Today i was exhausted again, more than usual. Even on my period, i dont normally feel this run down.
Even before I started this log, i had made a pretty drastic transformation. Starting a log and making that last little extra push was good and fun, but i think my candle is about to burn out.
I got 3 more days of this week, then i think the last week of the log will be a deload, then a break from logging for a week, and we'll start the new bulk log fresh and ready!
Food
Breakfast - Protein pancake
Morning Snack - Protein iced coffee
Lunch - Half a veggie wrap
Afternoon Snack - Pea crisps and a grenade bar
Dinner - Roast dinner - turkey, ham, pumpkin, greens and corn with a little gravy
Dessert - Tiny slice of cake
Today was one of those days that i started good, but as my tiredness built, i lost the movation to track. Im confident i maybe ate about 1900 cals, with 110 protein. I eat a similar portion size pretty consistently and have a pretty good idea of my general intake. I think we all end up in a pretty standard eating pattern.

Exercise
I had motivation for the first exercise, but then it drained super quick. Wanted to go home, and ended up only having enough in me for 4 exercises. This was the point of the day that make me realise a de-load is needed.
Leg press 100kg x 6 (4 sets)
DB RDLs 12.5kg x 10, 15kg x 8, 8
Back extension with 10kg x 10 (3 sets)
Glute focus kettlebell squats 20kg x 10 (3 sets)

Not going to lie, a bit of a down mood. I know why though, its just because i need a break. I've been pushing myself pretty hard, and i've made great progress, but i need to take a step back, to take more steps forward!

Your honesty and openness is amazing. All of the above tells me to tell you to listen to your body. That in itself is a skill as we learn, as much as macros/training/supps/PED use.

Good plan! Maybe if you want to, also consider eating an extra 50-75g of carbs each day, for the next few days, to fuel your last few sessions for the weekWeek 11- Day 4

It was a liquid suspensionIs the liquid anavar injectable or oral? I have never heard of this. I’m also relatively new. I’ve only used tablet.
