Well these logs seem pretty awesome. Im new here and going to add mine then. This might be a bit more detailed because its starting at week 7 rather than week 1 so a bit more info to pack in but I'll do my best.
Im 46 male, from the cold north in Canada 173cm. Stats pre-cycle were 170lbs 14% bf. I've worked out on and off for a total of about 10 years with 9 months consecutive prior to beginning my cycle late December.i started TRT 140mg/wk in April due to being hypogonadal. I was mostly just doing it to be fit, eating decently at mostly maintenance but really started becoming interested in strength numbers. Now that's become an obsession. I decided to structure my cycle and workouts around increasing strength.
Lifting stats pre-cycle DL- 345 x 3 reps, BP - 235lbs x 2 reps, S -265 lbs x 3 reps. Nothing crazy just some intermediate level numbers. Never did 1rm before kind of regret that but estimates are reasonable working with lower rep ranges.
For my cycle I ordered test e, dianabol with asin, nebivolol, and nolvadex all on hand just in case. Planning 16 weeks here. No PCT just return to TRT.
Weeks 1-4: 500mg Test E. These weeks went okay. I ran into some E2 issues early in week two. I remedied by having to take 37.5mg asin over 5 days and changed to daily pinning. By the end of week 2, start of week 3 E2 was dialed in and no symptoms through the rest of these 4 weeks. I also ordered some primo to have on hand for the addition of dbol into my cycle. Had bloodwork done and everything was good.
Weeks 5 through 7: beginning of week 5 on top of the test base I added 20 mg dbol daily split into am/pm dosing. Dbol was added for the ability to increase strength. My intention is to run this for 8 weeks. Today is end of week 7. I also started primo on this past Monday as high e2 sides were starting to creep in. Got bloodwork done and e2 was way high. Took asin while awaiting primo ai effects to kick in. They since have and im feeling good for the past few days. BP has maintained well so far consistently around 125/70.
Weeks 8-12: continue with test E, finish with dbol at end of week 12.
Weeks 13-16: wrap up last four weeks with test e.
My program is a power lifting program 4 days / week. Each of the 3 big compound lifts are done in some variation 3 x per week with multiple top sets typically at 80 to.90% 1RM. Added in is are accessories lifts with volume built to improve those three main lifts. Each workout is approx 90 minutes. When I have time I add in a 5th lighter day focusing on arms and calves. I also do about 60 to 90 mins per week of LISS on off days with one full rest day.
This past week was a modified deload week but Each of the big 3 had one top set where 3RM was run. Those numbers ended up at: DL 395 x 3 clean, BP 255 x 3 clean, S 305 x 3 clean. So progress is happening.
TDEE at start was about 2600k. I have been running about 400+k with about 370 carbs+200protein+70 fat. I intend to increase this to 3300 by increasing carbs 50g and healthy fats. Might drop protein by 20g but still fine tuning with a coach.
Now I have a place to update my journey. Im worried some of you are going to shit on my for having 3 compounds on my first cycle especially two highly estrogenic ones but im comfortable with it and am having bloodwork every 4 weeks and being advised appropriately.
Hoping this is an appropriate way to start a belated log.
