Still a bit early in terms of gear, but what is something I can look into? For something safe, I think Primo can get me somewhere?

why primobolan why not use equipoise? @Jayster3in about 3 weeks 3/20/26 I'm going to get Bloodwork from 200mg of test everyday, 4 iu of HGH and 6mg of reta. I want to start primobolan after as well. Will there be someone who can help guide me and what to watch out for when I start? I may not have updates every week because I'm tracking on app. I'm dialed in calories besides the weekend.
Weeks 1-2 macros are 180p, 227c 70f 233.4lbs and 233 lbs

There is an aspect of fat loss and muscle gains you're not taking into account, you can gain about 1lb of mass in 4 weeks even in a deficit in theory and drop some bodyfat. No no bro this is a good pace for fat loss. Muscle is dense and heavier and you want to keep that on. Don't worry so much about the number on the scale, you'll see it in the mirror bro. You're not dropping 'weight' you're dropping fat (vs. muscle) and this takes longer and the scale moves slower as well. I had the exact same stall when I started test, there’s going to be water weight and your body will try to put on fat if your cortisol and/or estrogen are high. As long as you get your e2 under control with your AI you’ll start dropping weight retaining muscle and your water weight will go away.
We also have periods of weight stagnation. It’s not a linear process your bodies just trying to keep you alive lol![]()

It’s pretty important to get frequent bloods to be able to analyse how everything is interacting.
In saying that, some people that are skinny aromatise alot aswell but in general the more body fat you have the more you’ll aromatise

You cant really gain muscle and lose fat effectively at the same time, you can absolutely hold muscle and lose fat on your dosages or you can gain muscle - but the fat remains.
The drugs and dosages dont really change this, whether your eating in a surplus/deficit does.
But on 200 Test/ 200 primo, eating in a slight deficit and training hard, you will look a million times better at the end of 12 weeks , you will hold all your lean mass maybe gain a little and the fat will come off.
I was in 2300 calories now at like a 1750 calories. I am taking Reta too. 6mgYou would have more lean mass than you think, but take the primo out of the equation for mass or muscle its to control your e2 - anything else is a bonus.
I would keep cutting down and get as lean as I possibly can if I were you.
What sort of deficit you eating in, past 500-700 calorie deficit becomes underfueling and more harmful long term - have you considered reta or gh if your not using them already?

You shouldnt be eating under your basal rate, I know its hard mentally to think more food would fuel better fat loss, but working out your TDEE and eating slightly under that is the way to cut without losing any lean mass and looking worse; when you eat too low, your body will effectively start catabolising and rather than using fat for fuel, it will hold the fat and burn protein instead. You definitely don't want to drop weight too quickly. If you do (and the gear will help prevent this but only to an extent), a significant amount will be muscle. That means that: 1) you won't look that good anyway and 2) you'll effect you're metabolism in the long-term.

100mg will be a good place to start, it wont crash your e2 and if you feel flat libido, sore joints, low energy, brain fog etc - do bloods sooner - but primo will take 2-3 weeks to fully express in your bloods/body anyway.Haha thank you! I would go with taking aromasin @Jayster3 you shouldn't use steroids as an aiI know being over 30% body fat can cause some amortization. What should I honestly do. Wouldn't primo crash my e2? Ultimately my goal is to build muscle but I know I got a long way to go.
Given 5 weeks of training. Putting on almost 4lbs of lean muscle is normal or good?

Food and training are #1 and #2, PEDs are far down the line. The issue is you're not really updating food or training so how can we help? @Jayster3Question. If someone can provide me some more clarification on PED.
With test as base and added like hgh and primo, am I suppose to feel different. Like with a locked in nutrition and exercise, how much would it be different if I didn’t use any enhancements?
To this day since I don’t have muscle like all of you have to show, I know the importance of food, but at the same time I don’t seem it like top top. I feel like working out is more important. If someone can understand what I mean.
I know muscle take time to grow, I thought ped would help it? I know I’m carrying some fat too but even losing it I feel like I’m scrawny.
I would concentrate on fat loss first and go from therein everyone experience in a caloric deficit, muscle gain and training progression is not optimized to it's fullest extent right?
I know my goal is fat loss first bringing body fat a bit lower with exercise and training. but obviously my lifts arent like sky rocketing especially at a 1800 calories.

I dropped HGH because I want to measure my igf levels this week.
I'm swamped so I haven't been posting here, but I'm almost on the next step.
This Saturday I'm going to get a full BB bloodwork panel. Question, to see where my test level is at, what am I looking for? I have a dose on Friday so do I still take my dose or wait until after bloodwork? What is the next mg of test I should move up to assuming BW is fine?
It's sad to see, but it looks like when I lose fat, I'm going to look like when I was at my skinniest with basically no muscle.
I also bought 2 vials of tren because when I lose a bit more fat, I'm actually trying to consider it. It can be that I'm not eating enough, but putting muscle always is a struggle. What are all your experiences?

I'm still waiting on test results with estradiol to see how im reacting to primo. So far as for symptoms, not really anything. If anything feel good and ready to workout.
Today I took 1/3 dose of 300mg of test. My plan is to keep at my deficit and really shed this body fat. Maybe 1-2 more months? I don't have a target weight as it's hard to tell. I will get a dexa to see bodyfat % soon as well.
How do you advise either now or when I shed a bit more weight to start focus on building muscle. I have tren A 100 on standby for when I'm ready and have clearer guidance.
From bloodwork, the only thing is Lipid. I'm assuming it's because of the primo. To help counter or mitigate the effects, I'm taking 2500-3000 epa, 1 1200mg citrus bergamot. Any other recommendations?
When should I add tren? Is 300mg of test good? How would you justify to increase it or not after 200mg?

Testosterone, Primo, Retta, and HCG are a pretty good stack. I am just not a big fan of HCG. @Jayster3 I don't think there are many benefits versus risks.216 today
