Bros, the cable pull overs look fantastic! @Stans chest dips are also no joke. Those are some good training and work well.

@Stans seated cable row and cable pullovers on point. peck deck chest flys are also on point. keep the grind going

@Mobster Medium mate good question as I didn’t specify 🙌
Tops. I don't use the high row (prefer Pulldowns) but I do use the low and mid iso row (did that today to 100kg/220lbs x reps a side - one arm at a time). You don't wanna know my best weight when on cycle and a strength training routine ha ha

Looks like I need to pick up my game 🥹 haha

@War Born Peptides GH has me sleeping like a log. Currently running the 150iu kits, black tops at 5iu nightly.

Pretty happy with all the other stats from this morning. I will be tracking blood glucose levels from next week, waiting on delivery of the monitor.
My levels pre GH were normal but slightly high, so it’s something I need to take a look at eating a high carb diet and introducing GH. Will grab some metformin if required.

As for the workout, feeling strong and energetic. Pleased with how the hack squats went, some decent weight there for me. Leg extensions will probably jump up a plate soon enough if I can keep hitting 12 reps at 103kg on first set.

What's the max weight on the leg extension machine? 103kg would be close to max?

Is legs one of your fav workouts?

I think max weight in hammer strengths is around 130kgs. So getting there brother haha
Legs 💯favourite workouts these days! 🙏

Rest day yesterday, no training just a bunch of meal prep. Attached some progress photos from over the weekend.
The bulk is definitely on haha. Sitting in over 82kgs now. Current daily calories around 3800.

@War Born Peptides HGH and Reta helping me stay lean during this phase. Just don’t let me get any fatter than this please 😂

Thanks @LevButlerov for the support🙌

I’m only logging for @War Born Peptides at the moment, and they’ve already sponsored the first 8-10 weeks worth of GH and peptides for me that I’m running.

Check out my review of their products so far, which I’ve previously posted in my thread 👇
Hey guys, as mentioned a while back I teamed up with @War Born Peptides to run their GH and a few other peptides. A few people at the time asked to update the log with how they went, so I wanted to do that.

I’m a couple months into GH now and it is slowly starting to show its effects. I am definitely keeping lean in this growth phase, and my physique is slowly starting to fill out in a way it hasn’t done before. I’m 2 weeks in now on War Born GH and after upping to 5ius it feels like the effects are amplifying.

Growth Hormone 150iu 💉

Reconstitutes super easy, I have been using 1ml BAC and drawing 33 units per dose. No cloudiness, pins super smooth.
I am dosing 5iu every night about an hour before bed.
Recovery is fantastic right now, DOMs do not exist anymore haha. My hair, skin and nails all seem to be growing at an extreme rate, which no doubt is also helped by the Ghk Cu.

Another noticeable side effect is the lethargy this GH is giving me. By mid afternoon all I want to do is nap, it feels like I can’t get enough sleep to keep up.

I have bloodwork coming up soon, so will be testing GH and Igf-1, but with product testing like provided I’m sure the results will be great.

Ghk Cu 100mg 🔵

Now this is really starting to shine for me, I’m starting to think this peptide needs to be in the rotation full time. The improvements in my skin already are obvious to see. This is a huge positive as I have struggled with acne previously on the back/delts and this is clearing up a lot of marks etc. Skin and hair is growing/repairing at an advanced rate.

I am dosing 5mg per day, taken first thing every morning. I mix with 2ml BAC, which means it does have a slight sting to it, but that’s good with me. Super impressed by this so far.

Reta 10mg 💉

So this one is a little harder to notice the effects of as I’m not cutting at the moment. However, after switching to 1.5mg of War born Reta I have noticed that trying to get my current cals in has been a struggle. So the plan is micro dose from now on at 500mcg 3x weekly and see how that goes.

I am keeping the Reta in the routine for insulin sensitivity. So long as I can keep getting the food down me, the Reta will stay in.

It instills a lot of confidence when a vendor produces their own independent hlpc testing 😍

Keen to see what we can keep achieving with the help of @War Born Peptides

And just for some gear porn, I’ll post the touchdown photos again too, because their too nice not to! 😍

Day off work yesterday, had some things to do, so stated the weeks training with a 5am workout. I love training in a quiet empty gym, I’m seriously considering training at 4am in the morning now before work.

Still avoiding any bicep work, so smashing triceps at the moment. My favourite Tricep movement at the moment is skull crushers performed on the smith machine. Super smooth and get a great stretch on the long head. I position the bench on a slight incline.

Weight is up around 82kgs, steady rise up which is good to see and is the aim!
Got myself a blood glucose monitor as I wanted to check my levels regularly now I’m eating a ton of carbs and have introduced HGH.
Pretty happy with that result, which is actually lower than what I was reading previous when super lean and in a diet. This is another reason I was keen to keep Reta in the routine.
Bloodwork will be getting done next week so will get a more accurate measurement then, along with hbA1c.

6️⃣Chest Fly- peck deck
75kg x11
82kg x8

Finished the workday week training with a later evening workout. Started on my favourite chest press machine, it’s a Cybex plate loaded one. Get a really nice stretch and range on the press on this one.
Got a nice back pump on the pullover machine. Been focusing more on rows this past month due to a bicep problem, carried in with that trend here. If I do any pull downs/pull ups lately it’s right at the end of the back workout so the weight is lighter.
Finished on peck deck managed to jump up a plate on the final set and get a solid 8 reps, nice progress there.

I think I am due a little rest from training, the last time I had more than one day off in a row was the start of December last year. I do feel a slight build up of fatigue coming on, so I will train this weekend as normal, and then take a few days off next week prior to my bloods being taken. Aiming for Thursday AM at the moment, so it will work out well not training for a few days prior.

Attached is the bloods I have ordered, it is the BB3 panel from imedical with a couple of extra tests ontop.
@War Born Peptides I will have some nice numbers for you next week brother 🫡

@War Born Peptides I will have some nice numbers for you next week brother 🫡
good chest day :D 120 on the incline bench big! @Stans
saw your panel waiting for the results

@Stans you're not going to go wrong with the seated cable rows and the lat pull downs and the chest flies are also fantastic. Definitely go with it.

Fasted Weight-
82.9kg

Weighed in a little bit heavier this morning after eating slightly off plan last night.

What a great start to the weekend with a touchdown from @War Born Peptides
I’ve been running the 150iu kits, but grabbed one of the 360iu kits after eying them up for a while. Be keen to give these a try, will see when they get added in.
Currently running 5ius pre bed time, which is giving me fantastic sleep and recovery. GH is fast becoming a staple in my routine, it’s in to stay! 🤣

Heading in to train legs a little later, time to get after it.

Had a pretty insane, deep sleep last night. 96% can’t complain with that at all! @War Born Peptides GH working its magic at 5iu pre bed!
This will be my last leg day until next weekend, I will be taking an enforced rest to get bloodwork done this week.

Late update from Sunday, this was my upper day. And with that completed I will not be training again until Thursday most likely. I want to be well rested for bloods set to be taken.

So let’s summarise what I have been doing up until this point. My current protocols are as follows ⬇️

Test E 350mg per week
EQ 75mg per week
HGH 5iu nightly
Retatrutide 2mg weekly
Ghk cu 3.75-5mg daily

3850 Calories
226g Protein
569g Carbs
55g Fats

OTC supps
Magnesium glycinate 300mg daily
Omega 3 3000mg daily
Multi vitamin
Nac 1200mg daily
Berberine 1000mg daily
Daily electrolytes 6.5k sodium, 5k potassium
Vitamin D3 and calcium
Zinc 25mg daily

Interested to see what my bloodwork looks like with Eq in the mix. Keen eye to see on where my e2 is at. Hopefully all is good and I can carry on with this push phase 🤞 First tile running Eq so an adjustment might be required.

How many business days since blood drawn? Shouldn't be too long now? Keen to see these results 🙌🙌🙌

🩸 Bloodwork results are back! See attached.

Now I am certainly no expert when it comes to reading bloods, so if anyone has any advice etc please feel free to offer it.
@LevButlerov @War Born Peptides

I am still waiting on sensitive LCMS and GH/IGF-1 results, they are not included just yet. I also shot 10iu IM of HGH around 3 hours priors to the test, more on this to come.

So non sensitive E2 is in a good spot, I will wait until the Lcms comes though to better judge it, but fair to say EQ doing what it should be there. Sitting at 210 is lower than my last test and I’m running a lot more Test E.

So CRP has came back a bit high, as well as some elevated white blood counts. I don’t train for 2-3 days prior to the test. But I’ve also been dealing with some pretty strong allergies at the moment, possibly could be the cause.

Really happy with the Hct and Hb readings being so low, staying hydrated keeping that under control.

HbA1c is in range which is good, despite an elevated blood glucose reading. I have been checking my fasted blood glucose at home and it has always been in range. I wonder if the 10iu GH shot has caused a spike. Either way I will continue to monitor at home and retest if needed. Probably also should order some metformin.

Biggest worry is probably Hdl, which has been smashed somewhat. I’ve never seen it that low and I’m not running any orals.

CRP High could be due to allergy or you could also be feeling ill from an infection which could also share some symptoms of allergy. Cough, sneezing etc. Could be a cold/flu either beginning or ending. Though hayfever is a b*tch in different parts of Australia more so than others also.
I think the fact that it isn't up near 10 or higher means your gonna be sweet but just monitor how your feeling brother over the next few days/weeks.

WBC slightly out of range isn't a concern and would be explained as your bodies response to fighting infection/allergy problems.

Test levels are solid. I think there will definitely be some skewing of test readings due to EQ. Test on LCMS would come back even higher I believe.

e2 will come back lower 100%. Whether its going to be under or over 50 depends. Hard to say entirely however I've seen similar ratios of Test:EQ show crashed e2 and some are sound. Its all one massive science experiment and 100% different for each individual.

Doing well brother !

I was expecting the Free and total T to come back higher for sure. On 175mg I’m around 1400 Free T. So I’ve doubled the dose for just a small increase. I have seen EQ do this on other peoples bloods, just wonder whether the EQ can skew the test readings.

Really excited for the IGF and GH readings. Team War Borns first bloods ! LFG.

How you feeling on the doses rn? Ever have e2 symptoms which made you worry? I think you respond well to it by the looks. LCMS will tell the full story
So Imedical will have the GH and IGF-1 results back within 7 days they have informed me. Hope I get them back sooner 🤞

Regards the e2 feels like it’s in a pretty good spot, was actually happy with that number. But yeh Lcms will confirm for sure!

I wonder if the 10iu GH shot has caused a spike.
Yes it would have.

Doing a 10 iu shot before bloods it more about showing you how your body would be sitting if you were running 10iu.

Countless little things can change overall outcomes for blood work, if you had a shot sleep, higher or lower sodium the day prior each possible factor can have the ability to change another factor. Even down to 100ml extra of water or urinating an extra time that morning. Hell a small scab on the skin can change aspects of your blood work slightly.

But all in all bloods look great 💪

No sensitive E2 reading came in at 210 pmol/L. Lcms E2 reading I should have back in 1-2 weeks. It takes the labs here in Australia a little longer to process Lcms readings.

Would you be concerned on cycle about Hdl being at 0.7? I’ll be making some adjustments/additions with this is mind.

I would wait for e2 to see if we are worries about anything else :D dont worry about hdl though get some fish oil in there

Some more bloodwork back guys, see below for Growth hormone serum levels I posted on the @War Born Peptides vendor thread a little earlier.
Been running War Born HGH for a while now, and went and got some bloodwork done. Super happy with the results! Not that it was in any doubt, but bloodwork aligns with all the independent jano provided and positive feedback to date.

I pinned 10iu at 3am, bloods were drawn at 6.30am. Igf1 results still a few days away.
Thanks @War Born Peptides for providing top products as always.

7️⃣Standing calf raise
3x sets to fail

Good to get back in the gym and lifting some weights after a steady week. This is only the second day I’ve trained, I managed to do shoulders/arms on Thursday after having a rest for my bloods.
Also I added in to finish approx 20 mins of incline walking on the treadmill. Aiming to have a heart rate between 120-140 as some form of moderate cardio. It was definitely a bit of a struggle, but it’s an area I need to pay a bit more attention to. I’ve thought that having an active job and doing lots of steps was enough, but I need to get the heart rate up a bit more than that. So this is something I’ll be adding in more of, no matter what the phase is.

This is one of a few minor changes I’ll be making to the routine/diet/supps, will update here when I’ve come up with the confirmed plan.

Great session brother very solid

Amendments/adjustments ⚖️

Right guys so I’ll be slightly switching up a couple of things, nothing too drastic, more in response to bloodwork/feel.
My fasted glucose is back down to 4.8nmol this morning, which is about baseline. It was raised for a good few days after taking 10iu for bloodwork. On Thursday it was at 6.3! So safe to say I won’t be pushing the GH much higher, if at all, than the 5iu I’m currently dosing.

1️⃣ Swapping small amount of carbs for fats
I’ll be adding in around 30g of almonds per day, and taking out my morning bagel. Idea here is to assist getting some more healthy fats into the diet, and assist with feeling full/digestion. Not a big amount, just a minor adjustment. My new intake will be-
3850 cals
237P
520C
66F

2️⃣Upping omega 3 fish oil
The fish oil I currently take only has 600mg of active EPA + DHA per 1g. So my intake here has actually been quite low. I’ll be upping the dose of fish oil to get around 3-4G of EPA and DHA daily.

3️⃣Designated cardio
I’ve been slack over the years thinking having an active job and doing lots of steps is enough. I need to add in some moderate cardio for general heart and lipid health. Aim is to do around 20 minutes 3-4x per week with a heart rate between 120-140 bpm.

4️⃣Adding citrus bergamot 1g daily
Aim here is to help Hdl levels so will be adding this in

5️⃣Psyllium husk 10g daily
Aid with digestion and the slow release of carbs

6️⃣ Upping Test
The exciting one! So will explain my thinking here, as I’m around half way through this phase, and I’d like to continue for another 8-12 weeks. So this will be another push up.
I’d like my E2 around the 200 mark. So my non sensitive E2 result was pretty much perfect, at 210. But true E2 will likely be lower than this on Lcms. So I will leave the Eq at 75mg, but for the next week I’ll bump the test to 400mg, with the aim of getting up to 450mg.
I’ll know better what to do with Eq dose once Lcms test is in, but I suspect it won’t be changing too much from the 75mg currently.

Changes look good brother. One thing I always suggest is using krill oil instead of fish oil. They're not necessarily higher in epa/dha but they're absorbed better due to being bound by phospholipids so you only need a smaller dose to have the same or better net result

Thanks @Eveflorence I’ll take a look at those and maybe switch up on my next supp order 🙏

First session done for the week. Morning weight is still climbing up. And finally able to train biceps again pain free. Been about a month where I haven’t done any isolated bicep work.
I will be aiming for this 20 minute style cardio 3-4 times per week. So I’m trying to keep my heart rate between 120-150 bpm here.
I’ll be doing this on rest days which are Monday’s and Fridays, and then where I have the time/energy another 1-2 times after an upper workout spread across the rest of the week.
This is my first week also up at 400mg of test, I will stay here for another 2 weeks and then raise to 450mg if all good.
Still waiting for Lcms E2 results to come in, it’s been a week now, so it should be any day.

You’re absolutely right, however I have only raised the test 50mg, so being super cautious. I’m confident my E2 is in a decent spot going off the non Lcms.
What’s an extra 50mg between Evo friends 🤣
