Approved Log First Testosterone Cycle Log

Well these logs seem pretty awesome. Im new here and going to add mine then. This might be a bit more detailed because its starting at week 7 rather than week 1 so a bit more info to pack in but I'll do my best.
Im 46 male, from the cold north in Canada 173cm. Stats pre-cycle were 170lbs 14% bf. I've worked out on and off for a total of about 10 years with 9 months consecutive prior to beginning my cycle late December.i started TRT 140mg/wk in April due to being hypogonadal. I was mostly just doing it to be fit, eating decently at mostly maintenance but really started becoming interested in strength numbers. Now that's become an obsession. I decided to structure my cycle and workouts around increasing strength.
Lifting stats pre-cycle DL- 345 x 3 reps, BP - 235lbs x 2 reps, S -265 lbs x 3 reps. Nothing crazy just some intermediate level numbers. Never did 1rm before kind of regret that but estimates are reasonable working with lower rep ranges.
For my cycle I ordered test e, dianabol with asin, nebivolol, and nolvadex all on hand just in case. Planning 16 weeks here. No PCT just return to TRT.

Weeks 1-4: 500mg Test E. These weeks went okay. I ran into some E2 issues early in week two. I remedied by having to take 37.5mg asin over 5 days and changed to daily pinning. By the end of week 2, start of week 3 E2 was dialed in and no symptoms through the rest of these 4 weeks. I also ordered some primo to have on hand for the addition of dbol into my cycle. Had bloodwork done and everything was good.

Weeks 5 through 7: beginning of week 5 on top of the test base I added 20 mg dbol daily split into am/pm dosing. Dbol was added for the ability to increase strength. My intention is to run this for 8 weeks. Today is end of week 7. I also started primo on this past Monday as high e2 sides were starting to creep in. Got bloodwork done and e2 was way high. Took asin while awaiting primo ai effects to kick in. They since have and im feeling good for the past few days. BP has maintained well so far consistently around 125/70.
Weeks 8-12: continue with test E, finish with dbol at end of week 12.
Weeks 13-16: wrap up last four weeks with test e.

My program is a power lifting program 4 days / week. Each of the 3 big compound lifts are done in some variation 3 x per week with multiple top sets typically at 80 to.90% 1RM. Added in is are accessories lifts with volume built to improve those three main lifts. Each workout is approx 90 minutes. When I have time I add in a 5th lighter day focusing on arms and calves. I also do about 60 to 90 mins per week of LISS on off days with one full rest day.

This past week was a modified deload week but Each of the big 3 had one top set where 3RM was run. Those numbers ended up at: DL 395 x 3 clean, BP 255 x 3 clean, S 305 x 3 clean. So progress is happening.

TDEE at start was about 2600k. I have been running about 400+k with about 370 carbs+200protein+70 fat. I intend to increase this to 3300 by increasing carbs 50g and healthy fats. Might drop protein by 20g but still fine tuning with a coach.

Now I have a place to update my journey. Im worried some of you are going to shit on my for having 3 compounds on my first cycle especially two highly estrogenic ones but im comfortable with it and am having bloodwork every 4 weeks and being advised appropriately.

Hoping this is an appropriate way to start a belated log.

Welcome to EVO! This is a great start for your log! I don’t think anyone is going to shit on you, per se, but I do think most of the experienced members here would have you start more conservatively. It’s fine though! If things get hard to manage you’re in the right place for sure! I’ll bet you’re loving the strength gains! Nothing like setting personal records every single time you lift!

Yes the strength gains are phenomenal. Each time I go to the gym it seems things that felt heavy just feel lighter and easier.

Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good, i see basic macros but how about some foods? :D
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger

@leaperfr good job on these pictures, man. Now you have a good basis to work with. Now from here we just gotta improve. Let us know how the laser works. It did not do well for me. I spent thousands on it. Hopefully it works better for you.

Nice job on this for sure. I like the layout that you have. @leaperfr when it comes to dianabol my advice is to be flexible with it. Keep an eye on your blood pressure and also keep an eye on your estrogen.

@leaperfr that's some good job on the training. Deadlift 395 and the cleans as well is pretty damn good, even for a lighter week.

@stevesmi Thanks man. The laser is something I had done before but stopped doing for a few years. First time back last week and it's already working it's always worked for me. Just a heads up on that a lot of these laser places don't know what they are doing and aren't hitting it at a strong enough setting. If it doesn't hurt and your back doesn't feel like it's burning, they aren't doing it right and success is less likely!

@LevButlerov Thanks man. My sleep is my biggest struggle honestly. Some nights it's great. Many nights it's poor. I usually get enough REM&deep sleep. but many nights less than 6 actual hours. If I use trazodone or zoplicone I can usually hit 6.5 to 7 hours but I don't like using it ofen. And melatonin only works if I wake up at like 2 or 3 and use it to return to sleep.

What dose and how often and for how long? This will help interpret your bloods
I use asin as needed at 12.5mg. Some weeks none but the dbol has seemed to jack the shit out of e2.So I've taken it 3x this week as symptoms have presented (Sun, Tues, Last night). Hoping the Primo AI effects stabilize soon and are able to remove the need for the AI.

Each new week of my workout start on Saturday, this week is 4 x full body days

Warmups consist of internal, external rotations, 5 mins treadmill, light work on glute press to warm up legs, prone trap raises, glute squeezes, foam stretching. This is consistent every workout

Exercise 1: Pause Deadlift (holding bar just below knees for a long 1 second count then finish ROM)
4 warmup sets: empty bar 45lbs x 12 slow reps, 135 lbs x 6 , 225 lbs x 4 315 lbs x 4
4 working sets, 2 reps, RPE 7: Set 1 - 365lbs x 2, Set 2&3 - 355 x 2, Set 4 - 315 x 2

Exercise 2: Pause Bench Press (bottom of range just above chest for 3 second count then finish ROM)
4 warmup sets: empty bar 45lbs x 12 slow reps, 135 lbs x 6, 185 x 6, 205 x 4

Total kcal - 1000, carbs - 92.9g, Fat - 33.5g, Protein - 76.8g
This is a spot where I think I can cut out one egg and add in 50 g of carbs instead. I am struggling to find out a spot to add 50g of carbs in my meal plan. I know I can drop 20g of protein from the 200+ I am getting per day. I think I will change it up here starting tomorrow.

Im 46 male, from the cold north in Canada 173cm. Stats pre-cycle were 170lbs 14% bf. I've worked out on and off for a total of about 10 years with 9 months consecutive prior to beginning my cycle late December.i started TRT 140mg/wk in April due to being hypogonadal. I was mostly just doing it to be fit, eating decently at mostly maintenance but really started becoming interested in strength numbers. Now that's become an obsession. I decided to structure my cycle and workouts around increasing strength.
Lifting stats pre-cycle DL- 345 x 3 reps, BP - 235lbs x 2 reps, S -265 lbs x 3 reps. Nothing crazy just some intermediate level numbers. Never did 1rm before kind of regret that but estimates are reasonable working with lower rep ranges.
For my cycle I ordered test e, dianabol with asin, nebivolol, and nolvadex all on hand just in case. Planning 16 weeks here. No PCT just return to TRT.

Weeks 1-4: 500mg Test E. These weeks went okay. I ran into some E2 issues early in week two. I remedied by having to take 37.5mg asin over 5 days and changed to daily pinning. By the end of week 2, start of week 3 E2 was dialed in and no symptoms through the rest of these 4 weeks. I also ordered some primo to have on hand for the addition of dbol into my cycle. Had bloodwork done and everything was good.

Weeks 5 through 7: beginning of week 5 on top of the test base I added 20 mg dbol daily split into am/pm dosing. Dbol was added for the ability to increase strength. My intention is to run this for 8 weeks. Today is end of week 7. I also started primo on this past Monday as high e2 sides were starting to creep in. Got bloodwork done and e2 was way high. Took asin while awaiting primo ai effects to kick in. They since have and im feeling good for the past few days. BP has maintained well so far consistently around 125/70.
Weeks 8-12: continue with test E, finish with dbol at end of week 12.
Weeks 13-16: wrap up last four weeks with test e.

My program is a power lifting program 4 days / week. Each of the 3 big compound lifts are done in some variation 3 x per week with multiple top sets typically at 80 to.90% 1RM. Added in is are accessories lifts with volume built to improve those three main lifts. Each workout is approx 90 minutes. When I have time I add in a 5th lighter day focusing on arms and calves. I also do about 60 to 90 mins per week of LISS on off days with one full rest day.

This past week was a modified deload week but Each of the big 3 had one top set where 3RM was run. Those numbers ended up at: DL 395 x 3 clean, BP 255 x 3 clean, S 305 x 3 clean. So progress is happening.

TDEE at start was about 2600k. I have been running about 400+k with about 370 carbs+200protein+70 fat. I intend to increase this to 3300 by increasing carbs 50g and healthy fats. Might drop protein by 20g but still fine tuning with a coach.

Now I have a place to update my journey. Im worried some of you are going to shit on my for having 3 compounds on my first cycle especially two highly estrogenic ones but im comfortable with it and am having bloodwork every 4 weeks and being advised appropriately.

Hoping this is an appropriate way to start a belated log.

Nothing wrong with running 3 compounds man, I have for all my cycles so far, just make sure your labs, cardio, ancils and supports are in place

Valerian is an interesting thought. I'll get some. I now have Zinc and already use Magnesium glycinate.so I'll give that combo a go. Maybe look at CBN as well. Thanks for the suggestion

Got it Lev. Will add to the ever-growing list!

Last Saturday I made a noob mistake and try 1g of reta. Reason is I was hoping to.lower some of the water retention to allow for a closer accuracy of scale weight. Needless to say the appetite suppression was on full display next day. Or at least I think.it was that. But also when my e2 is too high I suffer badly with indigestion and bloat and irritability which is what is happening for the past 3 days not allowing me to eat enough calories. I took 12.5 asin on Friday evening and just took.another same dose just now this AM. But if this does not fix the issue I suspect it's the dbol itself causing the indigestion. If that's the case, I will cut my dbol cycle short at 3.5 ish weeks. Fine if that's what to do. Got some good strength boosts. Getting the correct nutrition is more important than the correct drugs.

For those following the laser hair treatment, thus is today. Two weeks out from first zap. So it's doing its thing
Thanks for the followup on the laser therapy... do they give you a quote for upper body vs lower body or back/chest, etc? I'm wondering how much of a budget killer this would be.

Yes they will structure in any way you want them to. Standard pricing is around 160 per session for back in most placesb but I bought an 8 session package that worked out to 140/visit at the spot i use

Last Saturday I made a noob mistake and try 1g of reta. Reason is I was hoping to.lower some of the water retention to allow for a closer accuracy of scale weight. Needless to say the appetite suppression was on full display next day. Or at least I think.it was that. But also when my e2 is too high I suffer badly with indigestion and bloat and irritability which is what is happening for the past 3 days not allowing me to eat enough calories. I took 12.5 asin on Friday evening and just took.another same dose just now this AM. But if this does not fix the issue I suspect it's the dbol itself causing the indigestion. If that's the case, I will cut my dbol cycle short at 3.5 ish weeks. Fine if that's what to do. Got some good strength boosts. Getting the correct nutrition is more important than the correct drugs.

I posted up blood work earlier that was from Blood done on Thursday. I also had blood done on Monday for Estradiol which was high a day after 12.5mg of asin and two weeks ago. My blood has shown me that dianabol has caused me to require an AI consistently. I have added Primo but I understand that takes time to take effect.

But after discussing with others elsewhere, they all seem to think it's the reta causing this issue. I am through one half-life of it plus two days so I expect the symptoms to dissipate soon. I will also skip dianabol for now until this all clears up and then I can slowly re-introduce it to see if I can tolerate it. Do you think that's a reasonable course of action?

Sorry no I think it is causing the current bloating/slow digestion issue. E2 not related.

Well these logs seem pretty awesome. Im new here and going to add mine then. This might be a bit more detailed because its starting at week 7 rather than week 1 so a bit more info to pack in but I'll do my best.
Im 46 male, from the cold north in Canada 173cm. Stats pre-cycle were 170lbs 14% bf. I've worked out on and off for a total of about 10 years with 9 months consecutive prior to beginning my cycle late December.i started TRT 140mg/wk in April due to being hypogonadal. I was mostly just doing it to be fit, eating decently at mostly maintenance but really started becoming interested in strength numbers. Now that's become an obsession. I decided to structure my cycle and workouts around increasing strength.
Lifting stats pre-cycle DL- 345 x 3 reps, BP - 235lbs x 2 reps, S -265 lbs x 3 reps. Nothing crazy just some intermediate level numbers. Never did 1rm before kind of regret that but estimates are reasonable working with lower rep ranges.
For my cycle I ordered test e, dianabol with asin, nebivolol, and nolvadex all on hand just in case. Planning 16 weeks here. No PCT just return to TRT.

Weeks 1-4: 500mg Test E. These weeks went okay. I ran into some E2 issues early in week two. I remedied by having to take 37.5mg asin over 5 days and changed to daily pinning. By the end of week 2, start of week 3 E2 was dialed in and no symptoms through the rest of these 4 weeks. I also ordered some primo to have on hand for the addition of dbol into my cycle. Had bloodwork done and everything was good.

Weeks 5 through 7: beginning of week 5 on top of the test base I added 20 mg dbol daily split into am/pm dosing. Dbol was added for the ability to increase strength. My intention is to run this for 8 weeks. Today is end of week 7. I also started primo on this past Monday as high e2 sides were starting to creep in. Got bloodwork done and e2 was way high. Took asin while awaiting primo ai effects to kick in. They since have and im feeling good for the past few days. BP has maintained well so far consistently around 125/70.
Weeks 8-12: continue with test E, finish with dbol at end of week 12.
Weeks 13-16: wrap up last four weeks with test e.

My program is a power lifting program 4 days / week. Each of the 3 big compound lifts are done in some variation 3 x per week with multiple top sets typically at 80 to.90% 1RM. Added in is are accessories lifts with volume built to improve those three main lifts. Each workout is approx 90 minutes. When I have time I add in a 5th lighter day focusing on arms and calves. I also do about 60 to 90 mins per week of LISS on off days with one full rest day.

This past week was a modified deload week but Each of the big 3 had one top set where 3RM was run. Those numbers ended up at: DL 395 x 3 clean, BP 255 x 3 clean, S 305 x 3 clean. So progress is happening.

TDEE at start was about 2600k. I have been running about 400+k with about 370 carbs+200protein+70 fat. I intend to increase this to 3300 by increasing carbs 50g and healthy fats. Might drop protein by 20g but still fine tuning with a coach.

Now I have a place to update my journey. Im worried some of you are going to shit on my for having 3 compounds on my first cycle especially two highly estrogenic ones but im comfortable with it and am having bloodwork every 4 weeks and being advised appropriately.

Hoping this is an appropriate way to start a belated log.

Food updates: Despite digestion issues earlier in the week, after getting the digest enzyme thanks to @LevButlerov I managed to get back into a caloric surplus on Thursday. I also changed by Dbol dosing to once daily. These two things have seemed to fix any issues I was having.

I suspect i crashed my e2 a bit with too much aromasin and adding primo in to the cycle. I got blood done yesterday just waiting to see what my estradiol is to confirm. Tuesday I woke up with my joints feeling dry and painful, skin sensitive like a bunch of open nerves hard to explain& lowered libido. All the classic signs. So we'll see.

Aside from the little bit of cardio today I will just be chilling tonight and hanging with the wife.

Well its been sometime here. Unfortunately had some things come up in personal life with my a dad that kept me busy - left me with just enough time to continue with my fitness journey, regular work and family life but I did end up taking it easy a bit on heavy volume the past few weeks.
Still pushed through my power focused programming and did run a 1rm last week.

On deload week now but really need some nagging injuries to heal so I just did higher volume higher weight Friday/Saturday on machines and cables and along with yesterday and today I will take tomorrow for R&R - just cardio.and walking the dogs then I will start volume 2 of power focused programming which im looking forward to.

Im still runnin 500mg test/280mg primo/4iu/daily hgh and added 1g/daily of Bpc157 tb500 for some additional healing properties. Stopped the Dianabol over a week ago and had bloodwork done this AM.

I'VE bumped my calories to 3200 with typical macros now sitting at 420 carbs/100fats/200/protein.

Really looking forward to getting back at it Wednesday. I want to hit the gym tonight but I realize the importance of rsst and am staying patient.

I'll be able to consistently log everything here again.

My current weight is now about 185lbs. And I still have abs. Probably sitting arounfld 16% bf.

On the cycle front hard to say your situation you had issues with e2 right? what happened there?
 
I did but im all clear of everything now. everything is going smooth and really looking forward ti getting back to heavy weights.
